I dont go to Doschers IGA very often but when I do I always find what Im looking for and at good prices. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. They always have fresh produce and it is delicious. If I cant find what Im looking for some one will stop what their doing and help me. Ive even had some stop what they were doing and go in the back and get me what I wanted. Not a lot of people will do that for you.

I’ve been shopping at Doschers for over 20 years. They have the best meat prices then any other store. Plus they will cut more on the spot if you need it. The only downside to this store is the location. If you have tough skin and not too good for a rough area you will be fine shopping here.

Employees are very friendly and helpful. They had no problem cutting meat as requested. This is my preferred store for groceries

The store is very clean, prices were very reasonable and employees were very friendly. I really liked that the aisles are adequately spaced so that customers are not running into each other.

They have really good deals on meat also the place is clean price are fair enough although they dont have a lot of selections of hams or vegetables I got a pretty good deal today I win and the stuff really nice and helpful. I definitely coming back the good deal they always had.

The only thing that I dislike about this store is that they have prices so friggin expensive, man! That is not the only thing, there is also people that are homeless in the area. And the managers dont even take the signs down. A few of the signs are from 2015! They NEVER had a remodel for the past 12 years! 👿 And this is so Ghetto! Ill NEVER come back to this store ever again.

IVE BEEN SHOPPING HERE FOR YEARS AND IT WAS SO SO WITH THE CASHIERS NOT REALLY BAD. RECENTLY THEY HIRED A NEW YOUNG LADY THAT IS VERY NASTY DOES NOT SPEAK AT ALL AND HAS VIDEOS PLAYING ON HER PHONE AT THE REGISTER. THIS LADY NEEDS TO BE IN THE BACK CUTTING MEAT OR CLEANING THE LOT BECAUSE PEOPLE ORIENTED IS NOT WITHIN HER. ITS THE LADY THAT LOOKS LIKE SHE SHOULD BE PLAYING FOOTBALL BIG HUSKY WIDE BACK. SHE IS VERY RUDE AND I HAVE HAD ENOUGH. I WILL BE CONTACTING MANAGEMENT OR SOMEONE THAT I FEEL IS GOING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE CORRECTLY.

Good day. Jpw are yall feeling? I am well, a deep subject as usual. My father, Mile Burkett, Sr. helped build this store.

Was in this store recently with a friend and walked up to the side of someone to get something off a side cap and a customer was standing there. As I walked back to my buggy the cashier very loudly and rudely told me I had to social distance from the person standing there but yet did not tell me and the person I was with we had to . We both had masks on. The cashier even started telling me again about social distancing as I was checking out. I called and spoke to the manager who did not care at all when I explained we were humiliated and racially profiled. I will never go back here again . And another cashier stood laughing as the first cashier wanted to argue when I told her she was very rude.

This Store is Generally Clean overall but not the biggest selection because its IGA but they have the basics mostly. The employees are always nice and considerate and their meat selection pre 3pm is pretty good and very budget friendly. No one is perfect so i give them a 4 star because they badly need a remodel.

This store has a good selection of fresh meats and produce at very reasonable prices. The store is well laid out making it very easy to find everything I needed quick and easy. The Aisles were a little messy as store was being restocked when I was there, but otherwise it was clean and bright. The customer service representatives were very friendly, knowledgeable about where items were located and very quick at checkout. There is lots of parking with easy handicap access. I will definitely return.

Friendly service. I cannot speak to all prices but their bulk cans of vegetables are the best price I have found in the area. That includes Costco and Sams Club.

The Doschers on Savannah Highway has way more items to choose from (meat department). The selection of meat at this store needs some work. But they did have the one item that we went there looking for. I guess its one of the qualifications at BOTH Doschers in Hanahan and Savannah Highway for their cashiers to be unfriendly and not greet the customers because thats exactly what we experienced at both stores. UNBELIEVABLE! I dont know who runs these stores but they need customer service training!!!!

Bought a bag of chicken wings in 7/2 $25... opened it 7/3 and it was completely spoiled. Called the store was asked to bring it back with receipt, why bring a spoil bad smelling bag of meat back? Btw we were too far from this area to bring the meat back. I’ll never shop here again, I’m disgusted!!

Overall the store is clean. Some of the meat they sell in the packs like beef was not as fresh... but the chicken, fish, turkey wings in the case was.

Ive went here once to get some meat for some cude steak and hamburgers. The place is really cute, and set up pretty well. The prices are higher on everyday items though. Im taking a star away because I was dying of thirst when I went in, and I had to die coming out. $2.99 for a bottle of water is insane!The meat is good though, so thats how I rated this place!

Sometimes the chicken is spoiled but I love the service always shop here.

Best Place To Go To Get Name Brands the Other stores like food Lion, Bi-Lo, Piggly wiggly does not have. Shopping carts are organized and neat. And the inside has a pleasant smell. I love this place this is one of the best places to shop when your focusing on prices and rare food brands.

I like this store. The staff are nice. The products are reasonably priced. They could have a bit more beer selection, but thats a corporate thing and not the employees.

No store cards needed for sale price and you get the deal if you buy one or five even if it says for example: 5 for $5 thats great for single or elderly customers.

Wish had no stars! Went and picked up the care package for a veteran that lives close by. Got collards soup juice stuff like that noticed when I got home some of the Collards were rotten. I seen a bad one at the store told the clerk, but when I got home mine also rotten right in the middle you couldnt see it went back up. The assistant manager manager who ever, met me at the door I told him what happened didnt have the receipt with me so he said he found it hard to believe. I then went over to the produce. Spoke with a nice lady over there. Stocking the shelves she said, oh yeah there was a problem Thursday and then we had them removed. One of the customers had reported it and they removed them. Which was me. The manager then came up and she told him that she had removed them and that they were bad. He still never apologized and then with his smug remarks about he still finds it hard to believe.He said he would give me two packs of what I bought . Would be all he would give me back because the other ones I didnt have with me so have what I had with me he give me two packs I bought like 6 packs of collards. Now get the money we are talking about. $ 3.00 thats what he called he a lier over. He I payed more for the dam gas. WILL NEVER GO BACK, NEVER TAKE NOBODY THEREIF I COULD ILL TELL EVERYONE DONT GO THERE!!!!

I really dont know why people trust to purchase meat from that store? It smells of spoiled meat upon entering, and the meat is some unrealistic color. Went in to get cash back and over years it has not changed, the smell is horrendous.

That lady on the register as you go in the door light skin need some more personality and know how to greet people instead of ignoring

The store was set-up was neat. The woman working in the produce department was very nice. Excellent meat in the meat department. I havent been to this IGA in about 8 years. A man with an light brown IGA shirt kept watching me until I got to the register, then he left. I have no problem being watch, but right next to me. But, this store has some nice stuff.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. However, the store looked old and dirty. Several of the items we purchased were within days of expiring and the fresh fruit was terrible. The WIC items were poorly marked and the selections were half of what we found at another grocery staff.

Lifesaver. Found the Southern home broccoli and cheese casserole and the cornbread dressing we eat at holiday meals.

Its okay for an old store, wish it was a little bit cleaner. It appears, to be one of the best places to find Meats, besides butcher places.

The need to get more they need to get more by already with some certain products and sometimes the prices are very expensive example like the mayonnaise they have it over.
