Closed on a Sunday. No sign on door no nothing. Every other store in Tanger was open. Multiple people trying to shop but to irresponsible to even open the store. Slack. Its the world series and football season people are trying to spend money with your store and you cant even open the door I traveled from Summerville just to shop at lids.

Had a complicated order. The guy making hats was very helpful and very patient. His multi tasking skills are on point! I definitely like this one better than northwoods!

Love lids! Ive spent a lot of money here. I have a hat obsession! Great sales and I always have get some thing embroidered on my hats. 👍

They only had a handful of 59sixty snapbacks when I went in. Most of their hats were fitted. I expected more variety. Kinda disappointed

Lids at Tanger Outlets in North Charleston is one of my favorite places in the area to purchase hats to add to my hat collection. They have a really good selection and always seem to get new styles in all of the time. There is a really good feeling of getting a new hat here and wearing it out of the store.

Didnt have what i wanted ...SO we designed one and had it custom made and in hand in less than an hour!

I walked in there today (01.26.2018) at 4:30pm to get two different hat models with a logo on it to present to my company. The staff member did not greet me and had his phone on speaker to talk to someone about loading videos on YouTube. After I asked if he has a hat similar to the one I was wearing he said no only what’s in the store. I needed up finding exactly that hat and asked if he could put the logo on it. He didn’t know how to use the machine and went back to his phone call.I have over 350$ on my lids account from that store but will not go back. I have never been so disrespected as a customer. I’m now on my way to northwoods mall because I never had problems there and they actually know how to use their equipment. Wow, just wow!

7 the stores are opening up turn reminds me of the factory outlet mall if they have in Las Vegas
