This is a horrible store sells broke items take advantage of special need customers! They took my sister who has special needs for $25 what a bunch of crooks dishonest people and Inspect everything You buy because when I say they sell broke items this is no joke.

Tried to go in on Sunday at 11 and tried again at 12p and they were still not open. Their hours say they are open 10-7p on Sunday

Love going in here and just looking around to see whats new. Prices are good. Employees friendly. They have everything. Great place to see if what you saw on TV is really worth it. Always stop by. Great location. Easy parking. Lots to look at. If you cant find it just ask they will help you.

I visited this store on last week. Heather who was the associate working at the time did not greet me and continued with whatever she was doing with her phone (texting, etc). I was looking for a particular item. When asked if they sold it, she rudely said no without ever making eye contact with me. As I headed out of the store, I asked her for her name. By the way I was treated, I will not ever step foot in the store again.

Worst customer service Ive ever seen.

Costumer service is severely lacking. The store is full of customers and they leave a bell at the register for customers to ring. Which was pointless because she still didnt come out right away. Then when she did come out she doesnt know how to say hello?!? Just starts to ring things up. Also the store is absolutely filthy for no reason at all. They either need to clean those carpets or replace them. But the least they could do is vacuum. The cashier I dealt with was Gina. If it werent for my son and wife really wanting the stuff I would have dropped it all on the floor and walked out. Also they do not do refunds of any kind so keep that in mind for product value and quality assurance.

Bought an item and realized 10 minutes later I had a 20% coupon. The worker refused to honor that because I already made the purchase. Last time in that store for me. Also, pretty sure he was high. Disappointing!

Employee was not rude, but not friendly. Very quiet, and needs to consider playing some music. We did find more than we needed, and I love that they have such a large collection of Melissa and Doug toys for kids.

Had everything youve ever seen in an Infomercial here. So much so its a bit crowded and overwhelming. But all in all enjoyed looking around.

I love this store. They always have ALL of the As Seen on TV gadgets. But what I like most is that the actually put their items on sale. So often times you can purchase cheaper than anywhere else.

Bought a colorful charging cable for my daughter’s iPhone and I asked if it has a warranty and the pregnant lady responds “its $5” with an attitude, like really?, just because its $5 I can’t exchange or return if it stops working. Gave it 2 stars cause the other person there cares about her job and told me that I can bring it back, btw the cable stopped working almost burned my daughter’s phone after 2 days of use.

I didn’t expect to buy anything and ended up finding something really useful. Great staff too!

Perhaps the rudest woman ever working on 1/7/20 around 1130. Got to counter she had her hands on her head like she had a bad headache, I said are you having a bad day she said what do you want not her to wait on me, they need to work on customer service, Thats for sure

They resell broken items people have returned. They don’t answer the phone and they don’t give you your money back, they give you a store credit so you have to buy more broken items. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.

JAMIE gave us HORRIBLE customer service and when asking the rude cashier for a corporate company number or a number to reach her manager she said there was no number and she was the only supervisor for the store... Will never shop here, and advise other people of color to not shop here either since me and my mothers skin color made the associate feel the need to lie about corporate policy. WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!!!

Its a fun shop with an eclectic collection of things nobody needs. I walked out with several bags.

Came all the way from sumter to go as seen on tv they are not open they missing a lot of busy they need better manage this is crazy
