I have used the team at Innovative Sight and Sound for my previous and current homes. These guys are truly amazing! Their quality of work is simply not found in Charleston. Their attention to detail and professionalism shows they take such pride in their work. I trust Ryan and his team with any task at hand and can say the end result is perfect. Ryan and his team did a fantastic job from inception to project completion. We were new to the area so we interviewed several firms. Ryan immediately separated Innovative from the competition. The communication throughout the process was immediate and professional. The installation team was very professional and went out of their way to make sure everything was to our total satisfaction. Definitely a 5 star performance!

I wish I could give 6 stars. Cant say enough about the team at Innovative. Ive used them to install a Control4 system, an outdoor TV as well as a few upgrades. Each time the quality of the work is top notch and their customer service is excellent.

We had a different company, NexGen of Charleston do our original install before we knew about Innovative. NexGen was poor in all categories but we stuck until they made us wait 6 months with exhaustive emails, text messages, etc. I found out about Innovative and called them. Ryan was onsite in 24 hours and essentially told us he could get a quote to replace some of the substandard equipment and wire things up correctly. We waited 6 months to do this review and they are 5 star all the way. In addition, they have after hours support when needed. I highly recommend Innovative. In addition they keep their techs. NexGen always had new techs that only stayed a minimal amount of time.

This is the second home I’ve set up using Control4 and I’m very familiar with the planning and installation requirements necessary for a great experience. Ryan and the South Carolina Innovative Sight & Sound team are also the 3rd Control4 Dealer/Installer I’ve worked with over the years.Ryan, Dray and the team are, by far, the best team I’ve worked with. They are highly organized during the planning phase and didn’t miss a requirement. Installation was done in conjunction with my builder and was on time and done to an impeccable standard. Their attention to detail in setting up lighting scenes, speakers, and even the keycap labels was impressive. Everything is well documented too.Most importantly, the post installation support (online with OVCR and with email/phone) has been superb and exactly what I would expect for a high end home automation system.If you are considering Home Automation on Kiawah Island I recommend Ryan and Innovation Sight & Sound without any reservations at all.

Ryan and his team recently completed a whole home installation for our familys new vacation home in South Carolina. Ryan and his team have been professional, on time, and have been great to work with. First Rate experience! From purchase to delivery and installation Ryan helped me to select and ultimately enjoy my new amplifier. All services were professional and customized to my needs. Despite the fact that my purchase was relatively small as compared to the systems Innovative installs, I was treated like royalty. Installation was prompt and on time. Ryan helped me to remove my old components with care before setting up my new system. He took the time to configure the components and explain the system and operation to me while making sure everything was working properly! Before leaving he offered to help me carry my old equipment upstairs for storage. Ryan has remained responsive to any subsequent questions with informed and prompt and replies. We had Innovative Sight & Sound come in to completely rewire, and replace some outdated equipment in my two full size racks of home automation, sound lighting, etc. equipment. They were thorough in their analysis of what needed to be done, and excellent in the actual work they performed. Our new home needed major audio/video, security and wiring help. We needed an expert to come in and clean up the wiring and to install updated systems. Ryan patiently educated us about the different systems available. He was responsive to our questions and prompt in his preparation of various proposals. He worked within our budget to provide us with the audio/video, security and wireless equipment we wanted. The installation was quick and flawless. We had a Control 4 system installed by another company. It hasnt worked right since installation. We couldnt get the company to respond to repeated requests for assistance. I found Innovative Sight and Sound from a Google search on Control 4 system. Ryan responded quickly. He came out and corrected the flaws in the installation. It now works as it was promised.

Innovative Sight & Sound installed a top quality audio and video system (numerous televisions, speakers, etc.) in our recently constructed home. The quality of their work as well as their customer service was exceptional. Almost all the hardware is hidden which improves the aesthetics of the rooms within the home. We run our audio system (Pandora, XM, etc) throughout the house for most of the day. The audio system is controlled via an app (phone, iPad, etc.) and quite simply awesome. Turn on the music, adjust volume, etc.. in any room with your app. Ryan and his team take the mystery out of the technology and make it user friendly. If your are thinking about upgrading or installing an audio video system for your home youd make a big mistake if you do not call Innovative Sight & Sound first.
