Every time I call Saulisbury Business Machines I am greeted by a friendly voice who seems genuinely interested in helping me. I get a call from a tech within a few hours at the latest if its an issue someone call walk me through, otherwise a tech is on his way and has us back up and running in no time. I HIGHLY recommend them for all your copier/printer needs!!! Exceptional service! Today I just had to share because its an EVERY CALL experience! Ive been dealing with Saulisbury for the past 4 or 5 years as my office has leased RICOH/Lanier machines from them. They have the BEST customer service. Its not often that we have maintenance issues with any of our machines, but anytime we contact them for service or supplies, they are always prompt, professional, and friendly. Sally (Service Coordinator) and Clyde (Service Tech) are who Ive had contact with more recently, along with a delivery gentleman; unfortunately, I did not get his name. I work for county government, so our department doesnt always have say in the vendors used, but I hope to continue using their services for many years to come!

Our Law Firm switched from Carolina office to Saulisbury 18 months ago. We left CO because we were not getting quality, consistent service. Upon our first of three interviews I explained the complexity of our needs in detail and how integral IT and printers are to our business. I explained that my ultimate goal was to build a team of vendors for long term. We have opened 3 offices with them on our team and replaced our Xeroxs with the Kyoceras. They are absolutely amazing at responding to service calls. They understand that we cant be down any length of time and make us a priority. I called Saulisbury to see if they could service our offices Fujitsu scanner after an employee broke the pick arm recently. I left a message for their service manager and he called me back that day. Unfortunately, they dont service that particular brand, but he was very nice- he even said he had tried to check around to see if anyone else in town could do it. I appreciated his thoroughness in trying to help us, even when it was clear we wouldnt be spending any money with him. He was very kind and I would recommend them in the future.

This company is amazing! They replaced a clunker of a copy machine in a very high-volume office with a Kyocera TASKalfa 8002i that can really handle the job! This new machine is my best friend!! It does exactly what I want it to do when I want it to do it and does not break down, does not jam, or does not cut off in the middle of a job!Oh, and their customer service is out of this world!! I am so happy with the customer service and excellent knowledge of the technicians, especially Steve. I have dealt with a few companies who provided copy/print services, and Saulisbury exceeds them all. With some companies, once the machine is on your site, you are kind of left to figure things out and/or deal with horrible customer service when something goes wrong, however this is not the case with Saulisbury. As the office admin, they made sure that I had everything I needed from day one, continues to call and check on us frequently and if we have an issue with figuring out something, they will walk you through it step by step or make a visit. Today Steve came to my rescue! I was having trouble trying to figure out the proper setting to print a booklet and he not only showed me how to do it, he typed out instructions for me (with screenshot pics) so that I will have it for future reference. My advice to anyone looking for a business solution for copy/printing needs, save yourself the trouble and just go with Saulisbury.
