In response to the PATTY SIMONSON, comment, she came to us with her boyfriend, after no one else would put them in a car. they chose this car It had salvage title written in the window, I told them several times it had salvage title they did not care, as most desperate people do. Due to an unforeseeable title problem we offered refund of the tax/tag/400.00 down payment or applied to another car, she was not having it, threatened to sue. We put her in another car to drive until title got squared away. She put 9k miles on that car, with no payments applied to the other car paid (we put her in the first car for free, the county keeps the fees not us, but we have to collect it.) She could have kept the first car, but wanted the Salvage car. Finally title was squared away after the state inspected it and deemed it safe. Over the course of time they made 1/2 a payment and disappeared. She changed jobs and address we could not find the car. 2 years later she calls for us to pick up car because she was losing her insurance or license (I forget which) the only reason she called to turn the car in is the the pick and pulls would not take it with a lien on the title she tried to sell it for scrap first, she even took out the battery! She put 40k-50k on the free car she called junk, Car was filthy inside, she used cheap paint to put tacky butterflies and flowers on it, even liked it enough to stencil her name on the door. Sometimes the Dealer is not the liar and thief.

Just bought a nice clean 4x4 from here and drove it straight back to New England with no issues. They were very friendly and were able to work the price down (cash). Had some paperwork issues at the tax office mostly due to getting a transit plate and FL vs. VT vehicle laws but worked it out at the dealership. Would recommend checking them out.

John and his wife Judy (the owners) are amazing people. I have horrible credit and they bugged Banks etc for two weeks to make sure they helped me find a car for my family. They even took a price cut in order for me to be able to get in the car... They are friendly and polite the cars are nice and affordable. If I need another cat itll defiantly be from them

I’ve been looking for a truck for months and Pennington has been the first place to have exactly what I wanted in my budget. Worst place ever to get a car. The owner ripped me off so bad ... Ended up paying double than the price on window... Sold me a salvaged car ...took it back made me put ins and tags on the loaner ...put a random car I never owned in my name and I almost lost my drivers license ...then ... When he fixed the salvage it came back with broken front axle... He kept a lien on my title and still claimed I owe him ...payed tax tags and title 2 x who does that????? I told him to just come get it and the crook did... Hes a liar and a thief in my eyes

Ive bought 4 cars from John at pennington auto sales. I had a problem with one car and he and his mechanic fixed the problem the next day that was in 2017. Today I still drive the car. Thanks John and his staff.

Bought a car, bushings were bad. Got them replaced at LABOR COSTS explained tmit wasnt the problem and was ignored. Now a week down the road i have this car thats no longer running.
