I entered the store and was immediately greeted by Anthony R. I told him what I needed for my vehicle, he looked them up and found items quickly. HE THEN OFFERED to install the lights for me. He performed his job with courtesy, professionalism and efficiency. Thank you Anthony R. For helping me feel safer on the road!

Eric was exceptionally helpful and friendly today when I purchased a new battery and brake pads. He took out the old and put in the new quickly and without delay, giving maintenance tips as her worked. He encouraged me to get the better battery with free replacement.

Had to change out my rearview although simple the staff was amazing. They were very helpful and even had the tools I needed to install the rear. Im happy I visited this store and will make this my main store. I was helped by a gentlemen named Vincent and he was so nice and professional.God bless this store and the staff.

Just Great Info, every time I visit this place.......

I am mobility challenged at the moment, but our car needed windshield wipers. I told my wife to trust the judgment of the staff to pick replacements.Next thing I know, out comes the manager with a great set of mid-priced wipers, and he installed all three quickly, and with a smile and great good humor.The wipers are PERFECT - I could not be happier about the purchase and the service.I will ALWAYS get parts and auto supplies from this store - and YOU SHOULD, too.

I have been using this Autozone for 20 plus years. The staff here has always gone above and beyond to help me. They are extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Love this Autozone. I needed a part that they didnt have in stock and they were able to have it shipped overnight, and didnt charge me an arm and a leg. Theyve always been very helpful and go above and beyond with their customer service. I would recommend this Auto Zone over all other auto parts stores in the area.

It’s sad to say that I’ve been using this autozone for many years. Granted just like any business it’ll be hit or miss. But this recent experience was the last time I’ll ever do business with them.. Vince the “manager” is extremely condescending an unprofessional. Due to certain events taking place in a friend of mines life when trying to warranty a part he would not goner it even after I explained the situation. Accused me of trying to warranty a part for a vehicle that wasn’t mine witch I had explained the owner did not have a vehicle to pick up said part. Yes I’m aware of the I.d policy. flat out lied to the owner of the vehicle after I had to buy the part that was under warranty he told her he told me I could pick it up if I brought her in witch never once was said…. Why wouldn’t I do that if he were to actually say that. Very unprofessional. I very much hope to hear from autzone to further go into detail of the situation.

This is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at any retail store. Definitely the best at any auto parts store. The assistant manager Eric S was extremely helpful and impressively knowledgeable about what we needed help with. He answered all our questions and then some. He made sure we had what we needed to solve our problem and took the time to explain everything to us. I wish all businesses had someone like him. I went in very stressed and left feeling confident and comforted by his information. I will be going out of my way to visit this Auto-zone if I have any other auto issues. Highly recommend this place! A+++

I have not had this kind of great customer service at any place in a very long time. When I walked in, everyone at the counter was busy, but as soon as I asked for a little help with my windshield wipers, Vincent immediately stepped up and gave me options and even installed my wipers. Joe R. & Matt H. helped us out in 10 minutes. My family and I went to 2 other AutoZones regarding an issue with our battery. The first one was going to swap it but they didn’t have it in stock. They called another store they had it and we were told they could do the swap. HOWEVER, the manager at the second location said it was against policy. And only charged it. We had the battery in our car for less than an hour before it died again. We went to this AutoZone and they confirmed it was a bad battery(like I said all day) and swapped it out and even changed it for us. I highly recommend this AutoZone and will travel to north fort Myers from Lehigh for all my auto needs.These two deserves a raise. Kudos to y’all !!

I had the great fortune to be a customer today and given the most professional service that was so above the call of duty. Shayne B saw me struggling with the correct weight oil and whether or not it was synthetic and made sure that my safety would be assured. He is every mothers favorite son. Eric is the best, I did not think this level of customer service exists anymore, really went above and beyond. This is my favorite parts store! These guys really know their cars and always have good solutions for me. A+ Side note Duralast have really good suspension components.

Ive been to this store twice this week. The same employee waited on me both times..I believe his name was Lee .I could be wrong ( He was their Mechanic) He was so helpful and very professional. I needed help with wipers and Headlight bulbs for my Jeep .. He installed wipers and the bulbs for me and wouldnt except a tip.. Its so nice to know there is a place that is willing to help a woman .. And not turn her away .. Five Stars AutoZone...and Lee .

Ive been hunting a simple timing chain and gears that turned out to be not so simple...after 3 fails with on-line shopping I finally went to the store. This is the worst place I have EVER stopped. Ordered 3 mirrors wrong for my car then Stacey F decides I cant get refunded because she cant find the part that never left the store. Absolutely horrible. They deserve a negative star.

This place was absolutely horrible. They refused to replace a part that had the warranty. showed them the invoice and because the original part was from Orlando they told me to drive a disabled car to Orlando to replace it with the warranty. Then when I said well just sell me the new fan assembly they said it was out of stock and I proceeded to show them it showed in stock online... I left went to another location and got the replacement with the warranty... absolutely ridiculous care and service. Would not recommend!
