Jason (service manager) took fantastic care of me today. I had run into an issue with another location not having tires that were ordered. When I contacted Jason it was towards the end of the day on a Saturday and he got me in, had the tires needed and stayed past closing to ensure everything was taken care of. He was very helpful through the entire process and made not only myself feel appreciated but all the other customers coming and going during a very busy closing hour. I recommend this location and Jason 100% to do business with.

Let me first address that in the past 3 months I’ve had 2 visits to this Tire Kingdom. I cant Say enough about my service from every staff member but Alex especially went out of his way to help me get on the road. I’ve effected due to Covid and I was Presented options in my price range. Alex is the GM and he is the best. Genuine and won’t leave you hanging. He is the Best & so is his staff. If your in need of this kind of service Tire Kingdom on Pondella is the way to go.

The young man at the front desk(Alex) has the patience of a saint. Unfortunately they need more staff but this young man kept calm and very polite during a bit of chaos with all the customers lined up out the door.. I would have given 5 stars just for his performance but they only deserved 3 because the owner of this company needs to hire more help and not overwork the ones he has.

The actual fixing of my flat tire was fine and efficient. The gentleman running the desk was rude and intentionally slow to help. Also, no staff is masked. Ill avoid this location going forward unless its an emergency. We had been taking all our vehicles here for 15 years.

Made an appointment at noon to bring in just a tire and rim off of truck to have the tire replaced. I sat there and watched 5 customers taken care of before me. After an hour they finally got to my tire. I if you spend hundreds of dollars you can get better service

I was given a quote of 110 per tire with free install great. I made an appointment for Saturday at 8am. Made this appointment a week and half ago. I get here they don’t have me on the schedule they don’t have my tires at the store. So I had to leave it there. They said they would call me when finished. I call 7 hours later. Oh yes you can is finished. Mind you they were supposed to do an alignment. When I arrived I was then told they could not do the alignment because my van is too big.

Honest upfront management. Good pricing on oil changes that include tire rotation unlike Grease Monkey.

I was just there to fix a flat. They did a great job but was stuck there for three hours.

Once again we was able to find great customer care and got good results thanks to Alex. You always go above and beyond to make the customer happy.

Not really sure if this place should be open.... took over 30 min just to drop off car no one at the front for service... droped car off at 530 for the apartment an at 645 still have not pulled the car in.... would not recommend this place to anyone an will not be going back..

This store is terrible. You wait in the lobby for 10+ min for an employee to acknowledge you. They either can’t do something small at the moment or don’t have the staff to get an appointment done on time. Car was in the shop for 4 hours when they said it would be 1. Last time I needed a tire they said it would be days and that they weren’t even accepting appointments. There is no leadership in this store and it has gone downhill bad since I first started coming. I will not be back.

This place deserves 0 stars, I just had the worse customer service ever, Ive been a customer of Tire Kingdom for quite some time, but I guess being a loyal customer doesnt work anymore. I took my car for a simple tire rotation drop off in the morning and told them to check a leak on on of my tires. Got a call at 12:15 saying the car was done and that the found a nail on the tire that had a leak, that I needed a new one that on Monday, I said ok go ahead and order the new tire and I will drop of my car on Monday again. When i went to picked up the car there was no paper work on the job the performed no copies or anything, went to look at a small mark I left just to make sure tires were moved around and the mark was still there and on the side. They totally LIE and they had nothing to say.

I was driving to work and a man pulls up next to me and informs me my back tire is very flat. I panic and roll into the first shop I see, which is the tire kingdom. And they like- refused to help at all. Honestly it’s probably a money thing; apparently they don’t make the big bucks on tires. And it was a real bummer because I know the old crew would’ve been very helpful ): Like, it’s called TIRE kingdom. Kinda misleading, wouldn’t you think?I will say, they did say I could leave the car there and they’d get to it in a few days...... for a tire. Like, this isn’t a complicated procedure.It’s whatever. Thank goodness that Mickey Franklins is right next door.

I had a great experience at Tire Kingdom yesterday. I went in for 4 new tires and I didnt have an appointment. They were very busy, I think there were about 4-5 people in the waiting room in front of me but they efficiently helped each person. They were able to get new tires on my car within 4 hours, even with the busy schedule. I really appreciate their hard work and wanted to take the time to write them a review.

Went in with emergency. Bulging tire and they changed the tire right away. Employees kind and helpful.

Waisted 1/2 of work day for nothing, got to my appointment on time to find out tires were not order, set for and oil change that I don’t need and lie on my face about who I call. I talk to same person over the phone that I talk to in person which told me when I make the appointment it was done through a call center which it was a lie. Worse people

I talked to John three times about getting tires mounted on my travel trailer. He assured me that he would get the tires from another store and that I didn’t need an appt, just come in when I could. We of course, we’re talking about a 2-day timeframe. I went and got my trailer from storage facility, showed up at the store and not only were the tires NOT there, but no record or paperwork of the bid John had given me was to be found. Unbelievable! I drove down to the Cape Coral store (4503 Del Prado) where they provided great customer service and work! Would NEVER recommend the Pondella store.

The value was great. However, I just had my car cleaned and my beige seat washed - cost me $71. The tech left black hand print on hood of the car and left black marks on my passenger seat - which made me a bit unhappy. The Sign in person, John - I would give a five star. Very friendly - very nice.

Went there at opening time (8am) on a Saturday for a leak in a tire. I was told that it could not be guaranteed to get back to me until Monday. I asked the question on why it would take so long the manager and only one working told me that there was a labor dispute going on and corporate would not allow him to hire any one new .This was a simple fix that Firestone that was about 3 mile away got me right in and on top of that gave me a tire rotation .

Went to this Tire Kingdom yesterday and was treated like family by Ted Clister and company.I was even able to speak with the gentleman who worked on my car and will be returning in a few weeks for additional needed repairs.Do your self a favor, drive additional distance and visit this store and deal with Ted - you will experience true ‘customer delight’.

Just purchased four tires and an alignment for my truck. Juan made sure that everything went smoothly. I scheduled my appointment on-line several days ahead of time, my tires had to be ordered. The tires were delivered ahead of my arrival so that there were no delays. Dropped my truck off at 11:30 am and the work was completed by 1:45 pm. Exactly as Juan has said. All in all a very good experience. Thank you Juan for your assistance and great customer service.

Waited 4 hours for a tire repair that they had installed 4 weeks before..Human feces in Parking lot..one tech said one thing the other said that tec was wrong. Short handed on competent employees..

Freddy used to be at the Del Prado location then moved to the Pondella store and I go at least an extra 15 to minutes further away from my home just for the service I get From Freddy and that store. No stars. I will never recommend a Tire Kingdom. You stand in the front waiting for somebody to show up at the desk for 10mins. When they finally show up, they tell you that its a three day wait. Yes, three days! Are you kidding me?!

Waited for four hours (with an appointment) for four new tires and an alignment when I was informed it would be two. The bathrooms had no paper towels. Staff was uncommunicative and unresponsive to their front desk the majority of my visit. This location needs help. Not a good experience and I won’t be returning.

I recently had new tires put on my vehicle at this location. I am a senior technician and know about cars. I believe the staff is honest and hard working.

Did amazing job on my 2011 VW jetta. Had many issue that needed work on it. They helped find the cause of issues fixed them in a quick manner. Prices were on point!

This is the only location I bring my Mercedes to. This last visit I was in a bind and had a tire leak, came as a walk in and luckily Shaun was handling the front. There was a line out door; he quickly got everyone’s needs prioritized and got me out the door within the hour. So thankful !!! I highly recommend this location, they take care of their clients. Been going to this place for many years. It is going the wrong way. I arrived for my 9:00 am appointment. Car sat outside till 9:45. Car finally came out at 11:00 am. I paid my bill went out to my car. No paper on floor or seat grease on floor matts and odometer not reaset. No coffee either

They had the tires I needed. they did the job quickly. as I was in need of that because I was getting ready to leave out of town.their prices were comparable with other places I had looked at. except they gave a little more. Like lifetime balancing. And tire repair.

After desperately searching for places in the area that would be willing to work on an RV, we were able to bring our Class C RV motorhome in to this facility for new tires and oil change. They did a thorough review of our RV for no extra charge and noticed the shocks were in terrible condition. We will be traveling cross country soon and were very grateful for this observation - when we drove it away, the difference was incredible. Staff was very friendly, honest and trustworthy. Would highly recommend.

I brought my Equinox in with a leaking front tire and a malfunction with the Tire Pressure Monitoring System. I came on a Saturday morning at 9 AM without an appointment; they let me drop the car off and I was able to pick it up at 1:00 PM that afternoon. The service was professional and prompt, and the rate was totally reasonable. After bringing my car to the local Chevy dealership for 2 years, Ill exclusively be bringing it to Tire Kingdom in NFM from now on.

I want to especially thank joe and morgan for there extreme dedication they went above and beyond to help me when no other shop could figure it out. They were amazing from the moment I stepped through the doors and the moment I left with the biggest smile. They were so considerate, they listened to everything I had to say without making me feel rushed they. They definitely made me feel like a priority and not just another car for them to fix. The staff here is great. They explain to you everything theyre doing and even walk you through what problems may arise in your car without pushing sales on you. Theyre so helpful and pleasant experience as far as auto places go. Sure you could find it cheaper somewhere else but the warranties lot their parts and labor far exceeds any local mom and pops shop around town. This is where we take our cars.

New Cooper Tires they are so quiet.

Im not one to write reviews but I had to do so for this location. I happened to be in Florida on an unexpected trip. Didnt have time to go over my Jeep before leaving Maryland. I needed to have my tires rotated and balanced before heading home. I went to another shop that happened to break two lug nut studs off my Jeep. They werent capable of fixing problem there. I happened to find this shop while driving down the road. I explained my situation to Juan. He was more than helpful. He spoke with the mechanic Joe, and then told me that they could have me back on the road in about an hour and a half. Which is exactly what happened. These guys stepped up and helped me in my time of need. The rest of the shop helped where they could. Im definitely grateful that came across this shop.

I had 4 tires put on my work van over 3 weeks ago. I purchased top of the line tires. Tires and front end allignment cost me over $ 1000 dollars . I was told it would take 1 hour. It took 2.5 hours. I noticed the very next day that my rear tires was leaking air. My sensors said it was my left rear. So I went back there. They didnt have time to redo the tires that day . Apparently they created a leak. Also they have the sensors reversed. The right tire is reading left. And left is reading right. So they put air in it I have been back 3 times since that for air. The last time was last Friday Feb 14th.I had made an appointment with someone named Ted for that Friday. When I arrived at 7am, my appointment was not scheduled. They took me anyway. Finally they supposably they repaired the tires valve stem that they broke. That took over an hour. I asked about the sensors that they reversed. They still had not fixed what they reversed! The assistant manager tells me to yet again come back another day to have that fixed. I have never had such poor tire service ever. I am actually being generous giving 2 stars. Only because Freddy the assistant manager. Tries to be nice. Thats got to be tough with that type of poor service. I am sorry that I ever tried tire kingdom. My sensors are still reversed. Also they never get even tire pressure in your tires !

This place is an absolute joke! My girlfriend had a nail in her LEFT rear tire and unfortunately took it here to have it patched. The car was dropped off and we awaited a call upon completion. After receiving the call, we arrived back at the location and noticed the car was lifted in the air with the RIGHT rear tire off...What?! We went inside and were told that the nail could not be patched due to the location in the tire. We asked why the RIGHT rear tire was off and were basically told Oops. We thought that is the one you said it was in. HOW does this happen?! We informed them that the RIGHT rear tire did not need to be touched. We were aware that it had a nail, but was holding air just fine. The original tire that was supposed to be patched was now in the process of being patched, however, these incompetent workers removed the nail from the RIGHT rear tire, and put it back in. Now the tire does not hold air at all. A new tire had to be purchased (NOT FROM TIRE KINGDOM). This would not have happened had they simply hired competent workers/managers who can differentiate between left and right. I escalated this to corporate and they were only willing to cover to $20+ dollar patch.These are NOT people that you want to be working on your vehicle. Stay clear!

I cant say enough good things about Shawn and the crew at this location. You can tell they actually care to help, listen to your problem and arent trying to sell/repair anything that doesnt need it. From 20-30 minutes of listening to customers in the lobby, I can tell other customers are just as happy as I am. Fair, honest and very reasonably priced.

Bought my tires here and came in with a low tire on a day I had to drive out of town for a conference. They had my tire patched and me on the road in a half-hour. They were truly concerned for my safety and well-being.

Charged me for 2 hours of labor when I was only there for an hour and twenty minutes. They charged partial hours for each line item, so I know nothings forcing them to round up to another hour. Considering they charge $125 per hour thats a significant $85 that I hope Ill be able to get back.

So I went in to Tire Kingdom on Monday and had a tire patched and an alignment done. Today is Friday and I decided to get new tires somewhere else. The new place checked the alignment and it was totally off there was no way that an alignment was done on Monday. 3 out of 4 of my tires were out of specs and the bolts didnt look like they were touched or anything in months. The best part about the experience was that they did refund my money. Beware...

Totally impressed with start to finish on the service. Solved my tire problem. Cleaned and adjusted my brakes. Showed me suspension and no repairs needed. Even added an oil change at my request. I am very happy with new tires. Thank you Tire Kingdom. Will surely return for future services on my 1994 Buick Lesabre. Again great job and I am not complaining about price. Great service is well worth the money especially when your original car problem was resolved. Again thank you.

Shaun got my tires ordered,delivered and installed in 2 days. Made room in parking lot, and guys got to work! Thrilled with the job and honesty about the tires I had on the trailer. Feel more confident after the blowout that brought me in to them. Thankyou.

Took my car there for 2 tires to be repaired, they came out and said my air filter needed to be replaced, so I agreed. When my car was finished, it took me 6 tries to get it started as the car would shake and turn off and the check engine light came on. Told them about the problem and they wanted to charge me $125 for diagnostics on the car when there was nothing wrong with the engine an hour previous when I brought it in there! What a terrible experience! Will never take my car there again because all they apparently know how to do is break stuff so they can charge you more money!

These guys over at Tire Kingdom are professional, courteous, and quick. Perfect for people that are trying to get their job completed and be back on the road. Much prefer them over Mickey Franklin next door. five stars

I normally dont write reviews at all, but I had to on how amazing our experiences with one of tire kingdoms mechanics. His name is Joe, very honest. He helped with an easier temporarily solution with our vehicle that had a cracked radiator. The next time i came in was to have them inspect a potential vehicle I was going to purchase. He was honest and up front with me about the vehicle having rust spray painted underneath to hide it, and gave me another potential option of place to purchase a vehicle. P.S dont buy from honest ziggys auto. Next time you go there I highly recommend having Joe look at your car.

Flat tire on the interstate and when other tire places wouldnt answer the phone or were too busy to help, this place came through!! So happy to be back on the road within an hour and had great, professional service.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! Took in a car with 14,000 mi for a simple alignment. Very minor adjustment needed, Quoted 89.95. That is about $10 dollars too high, as if you do your research Sears and Mitchs Firestone are Cheaper. 1 hour later I went in to pay and take the car home. Once home I check the receipt and find a $9 shop fee no none mentioned....I am pretty upset and call questioning this 9 dollar fee. Well I was yelled at and told that there was fine print that I should have read, bullshit you tell me in the original quote theres 9 dollars added. So they offered a 9 dollar refund. Shady business practices are the only thing in this Kingdom, not to mention a mouthy scrub dressed as a car service person. Kiddos save your money and GO ELSEWHERE. Ok Ive had good experiences with tire kingdom in the past but after this experience I will never be back! I go to tire kingdom for small things such as tires or alignments. But this time I went to get two tires and they told me my struts were bad. first of all I dont have struts on my truck. normally I take my truck to the dodge dealership for repairs so I called them first and he Informed me of the lack of knowledge of the tire kingdom staff. I told the dealership I would bring the truck in to have it looked over to make sure everything was fine. They looked it over and there wasnt a single problem except for the fact that the tires tire kingdom installed werent balanced.. by 7oz like they didnt even bother. I guess more messed up tires means more money for them. So between the fact they didnt bother balancing my tires I bought from them but they tried to sell me on a 500$ repair that wasnt needed I most certainly wont be back!
