Took my 7 year old Trek Shift 1 bike in for a major overhaul on Thursday. Need new tires, new chain and chain freewheel, new bottom bracket bearings and complete lubrication. Was told the bike would probably be ready the following Monday or Tuesday. One day later, on Friday, I was called saying the bike was ready! It was cleaned and looks as good as the day I bought it! Fantastic service and very friendly people to deal with. Highly recommend these folks for your bike needs. Great job guys!

Just went in looking for a mirror for my bicycle, and I found a shop that can do repairs, tune-ups, and sells accessories. I got the mirror, and I have a new local bike shop to take care of my ride.

Went in with a flat tire on my back wheel fully expecting it to be dropped off and come back in a few days. Much to my surprise, he put it on the lift and started working on it within 30 seconds. I asked if he could check the back brakes as we have been having issues. Checked and fixed the issue and looked at the front brakes as well. He advised that the fork on the front end were put on backwards, which he fixed also. I was in and out of there within 30 minutes with a bike that runs better than when we got it. Extremely reasonable Price! If I could give them 10 stars I would! BRING YOUR BIKES HERE!

I dont normally post reviews but my experience with JRA Bicycle warranted one. I needed help getting a part for my bike, stopped in with no appointment needed, was greeted by very nice guy, sorry didnt get his name, who helped me get my bike fixed in no time, all the while showing great care for my bike, as if it were his own. I will be taking all of my future bike needs to JRA. They simply know how to treat their customers right!!!

Just got a bike for a friend, needed a new tube for front wheel. Big box store didnt have it or any thing of worth needed. Came in and told the tech what i needed, they had it at a fair price . also was able to get new grips as well and a tool they have on counter that i didnt know i needed. will definately be back.

I have gone here several times for bike repair, and they have always been very prompt, friendly and reliable. They will always be my first choice for repairs. I had a squeak somewhere in my bike one time and the technician worked and worked until he found the problem. I know some shops would have not been that persistent

I just wanted to personally thank Bo and Matt for working hard to get my Diamond Back Mountain bike properly sorted out. I had taken it to another bike shop in the past, and they couldnt get the shifting or the brakes to work as expected. These guys not only got me shifting and braking as new, but pointed out a few other wear points that were impacting rideability. My 6 year old bike now rides far better than it did when new, and all for a reasonable price. I highly recommend!

I can’t speak for all of their supply or expertise, but JRA has become my new bike parts and repair shop for a long time. I was given a good price for a quality part to replace one on my bike. They provided free inspections and maintenance for various parts of my bike, such as cable tying my loose brake wires, inflating my tires, and tightening down my brakes. This is a great company, very friendly in store staff, and I’m sure that their other products are quality for the price. I’m glad they are still open even during the lock down, otherwise I would be out of luck with my bike.

They do great work and went the extra mile finding me replacement parts. Wished they had bigger selection used bikes for sale, but the storefront size makes that difficult.

I have use this bike repair company many times and always been very satisfied I went in this morning to get a trike innertube repair for my mother who is 88 years old and can’t get out due to Covid and just wanted to ride her bike young man didn’t want to help me in anyway they couldn’t order an innertube didn’t want to help me reload my bike or unload it I don’t recommend this bike shop at all very very extremely disappointed!!

AMAZING SERVICE!!!! JRA has done a lot of work on my bikes in the past when I lived in Fort Myers, and have always done an exceptional job. I just flew in for the Holidays and wanted to go on a MTB ride with an old buddy and was struggling to find a rental. JRA saved the day again by not only providing me with a brand new XL frame bike(XL is very rare for rentals in florida) at a VERY reasonable price, but even gave me a repair kit to take with me In case anything happened on the trails! Fantastic company with great friendly employees, always a pleasure doing business with them.

Brought my tri bike to be paainted and 2 weeks later it came back wrong it was supposed to be matte and it was done high gloss..i had to jump through hoops to meet his painter to fix it..everyday i tried to meet he was either busy or the day didnt work for him and wanted to push me out another week and when i became upset about how i was being pushed off i was laughed at..how dare i expect them to accommodate me I have other customers is exactly what I was told... just very bad business very bad customer service
