Always clean and well stocked. The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. Its a smaller store but they always have what I need. They have a good selection of fresh seafood and meat, they will even custom cut steaks for you. Also a good offering of organic produce. Publix tends to be pricey compared to other grocery stores, but sometimes you have to pay a bit more for quality.

As usual, publix is clean and well organized. Great service and helpful staff. The prices are just a tad higher then discount stores for good reason. Nothing is expired, the produce is always beautifully fresh with great variety and tasty. They buy local and keep our local economy working for us. I am willing to have my grocery book be $5 more than it would be at Walmart for all the immediate benefits that effect our local economy immediately!

Had an issue with the deli recently. Their response to my complaint was exceptional! I already loved Publix but they went above and beyond. I will remain loyal. They may not be the cheapest in town but the service more than makes up for the slightly higher prices. Most items are competitively priced anyway. Especially with the weekly specials.

I tried to purchase an Italian sub. But they seem like they were too busy for me. No one was doing anything. In fact there were some corporate guy that came down and he was talking with one of the customer and the employees while I waited. Maybe its because Im an African-American man and not a Caucasian man. Maybe I would have had better service

A very nice and clean publix. Cindy (Sunday the 26 at4:00) was very helpful and helped me select some of my items. It was very clean and well kept also.

Publix or shopping is a pleasure. This statement has held true for over 60 years of my life. Publix always professional clean well stocked and organized. Customer service bar none. Pharmacy excellent. I appreciate Publix as they source locally in the produce as much as possible.

They have rearranged the store since I was last there. There are a lot of open refrigerator items that dont seem cool enough tho I suppose they know what works best. Note: The cottage cheese is nowhere near the cheddar cheese.

I visit at this Publix a couple of weeks ago I was in line in the express lane for over 15 minutes. It seems that the cashier at the register was having an issue he called the manager to help her for some odd reason she could not resolve the problem the manager then decided to take the person that was behind me with three items to a close register that was closed. I took the opportunity to follow the customer and see if I could get her to ring my items at the time she looked at me and said her register was closed I spoke with the manager and I asked her that I have been waiting for close to 10 to 12 minutes at the line there was an issue with the ringing of some of the items she would not help me at all I had to go back wait another 3 to 5 minutes but she fixed the issue at the express lane. I felt At the time this manager was rude I chose got to help me poor management decisions

It was a horrible experience. When making my sub they used a knife that they were cutting a chicken sub with and then didnt wipe it of or switch out the knife. Then played the bread down on the board without paper under it right on top of some kind of liquid and crumbs from something else which then was on the bottom of the bread. I then told then dont worry about the sub Im not taking it. The employee then told me maybe I should go somewhere else. I told her dont worry I will and I will start shopping somewhere else as well. Then I left my cart which had about $70 worth of food there. I will shop somewhere elsa. This was the Publix on Orange Grove in North Fort Myers Florida.

Love this store and most of the employees,the pharmacy staff is great Eric knows me by name and always waves to me.Publix needs to bring back rain checks,as I can’t always get there when the sale starts and by the time I get there some sale items are gone so Please bring back rain checks.

Love publix but wasnt a fan of the deli to be honest alot of cross contamination using same gloves on multiple peoples sandwiches touching everything i could go on but i wont ive never had a issue at Publix but this this is bad would have gave more stars if they would havr just changed gloves

After spending the day at the fair, Subs were the choice for dinner.Corey in the deli, was patient with my 3 boys, and when my youngest wanted a Spicy chic tender sub too, he made it with extra ranch...So it wouldnt be as hot!!

Amazing service, amazing staff, I spent $30 just in the bakery because the breads, cookies and cakes are absolutely delicious and beautifully made. Sales are great as well.

Was there at 5:50 . Busiest part of the day . You had NO chicken in the bin . Are you kidding ? sounds like manager issues . First she said 10 minutes, I figured oh I can wait . Then came and said 30 minutes . Left my other groceries right there and walked out . Another guy walked out too .. come on Publix . Really !!

I’ve shopped this store 25 years. Over past few years each time I get two employees I know how miserable it will be.Virginia in Deli is truly nasty and phony. Also cashier woman with white ponytail. I say good morning..... no response. I say thank you .... no response. I’m not alone on this. Few women in my neighborhood have been shopping there longer than me and know exactly who I’m talking about. On a good note every male employee is overly friendly.

This store is probably the worst Publix Ive ever been too. The dont carry everything like the other locations an customer service is a real drag to be nice. They dont greet you an roll there eyes when they dont think you are looking. I would avoid this location if at all possible. My family an I were in to pick up a few items, when walking up the the cashier she looked me up an down an have a nasty glare. Not even a hello. We paid for our items no one offered to bag or even help us out to the car. Worst Publix experience ever! We wont return to this location.

I had a wonderful young man named Jacob hello me with my groceries. He was so kind and courteous. When I offered a tip, he politely refused and told me it was against the rules to accept tips. Then he thanked me for my offer. After helping me, he went to a car with a mom and 2 young kids and helped her finish wth her groceries and took both carts back in. Thank you Jacob for your service!

Publix is a great place to shop! Theyre prices are higher than the other grocery stores. But when they run specials is when I shop there. The stores are always clean. The employees go above and beyond to assist. The shelves are well stocked & they do offer rain checks. Their Bakery is the💣!!! This is the best place to buy cakes for any occasion!! Their Key Lime pies are another favorite 😍!
