Don’t trust this place. I dealt with Mike. His listing didn’t reflect the truck. He said it was a 2015 Colorado with 101,000 miles on it, when it was actually a 2012 with 151,000 miles on it. He told me several years, and after I put a deposit on it, I ran the VIN and realized it was a different year. He then wouldn’t return my deposit, because he said it was my fault for not being observant enough. If you buy a vehicle from them, do a lot of legwork! If they lied about that stuff, who knows what’s going on under the hood. $500 dollar loss, but I’m still glad I didn’t buy the truck.

My husband has been wanting a truck and happened to see a nice Tundra on their lot while driving home from work. He checked it out and we went back and test drove it with Tino - who was really easy to like and trust. We werent positive it was the right vehicle, so we shopped around a little and even went to see another truck for sale by a private owner. But, Tino kept calling, and Mark really did like that truck! Bottom line, after a little haggling with the manager, Mario (sorry about that!) we got a good deal on a great Tundra plus a short-term warranty for peace of mind. We definitely would buy from them again and will refer our friends. I also like that it is a small, family-owned business here in town.

I needed a truck for work. I bought a F250 off the lot. Used 2005 with a recent paint job which should’ve been my first clue. The service is very friendly and I was told the vehicle was inspected. I don’t know by who...may be a blind mechanic? Ask for the inspection report before you buy! After noticing several things wrong with the car like a dented in front bumper that I missed, I took it to my mechanic and just got the report back. Four bad Ball joints and one so bad it could’ve fallen off while I was driving the vehicle. I could’ve been on the highway and the wheel giveaway causing a major accident killing myself and maybe others. Half the coils are bad on the engine. Four different shocks all not rated for the vehicle being heavy duty. All Of the fluids were never changed at the hundred thousand mark. They were dirty and failed compliance testing. Used with some issues that pop up during use is normal but these were all pre existing issues and one very dangerous issue!!!! They had to know these issues if they actually inspected the vehicle! If they didn’t, and lied about inspection, it’s equally negligent to sell a dangerous vehicle to a customer!!! My only advice to the car buyer is have your own mechanic check it out before you sign anything!

GO Here ONLY if you like dealing with the most shady types of car salesmen. They will have you leave with no paperwork in your hand and hold onto to all your documents and signatures. Then good luck trying to get anything from them.They make you sign enough paperwork to basically try and own you and your trade-in if you have one. They will try to get you financing and make money from the banks. But if not they cover there rears enough to get money from your trade, and take the vehicle back. Seen it done COUNTLESS times.

Watch your wallet. I had part of my cash down payment stolen by my sales person. My fault for being trusting. Also, the changes the batter in the vehicle I purchased. A New Battery . It died, out of date by 2 years, in Arizona. $156.00 For a new one at the dealer. Just watch out for the Grant Motors Practices.

DO NOT GO TO GRANT MOTORS!!!My husband and I went in looking for a nice dependable vehicle that was affordable and spacious for our little family, We went in and were told we could get a car for 1,000 down... Well the price went up to 1750, even after we told them we really couldnt afford that at the moment.. THEY PUSHED US INTO GETTING THE CAR!! We ended up getting the car and not even a week later they were calling saying we were not approved through the bank so another deal was going to have to be worked out... Why were we not approved?? Employment verification, they said we LIED on our application!! Thats a bunch of bull, we called my husbands current employer to find out what they sent to GRANT MOTORS and they sent exactly what date he started working there, however GRANT MOTORS said that is not the information they were given, and continued to call us liars.. WE WANTED OUR MONEY BACK THAT WAS ALL... Instead they refused to give us the money, called a tow truck to come and get the car, and threatened to put us in jail... We have a little boy,, WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD THREATEN TO PUT YOU IN JAIL KNOWING YOU HAVE A LITTLE BOY?!?!?!? Im disgusted with this place and very sad that we made the decision to go there.. I hope and pray that this review saves somebody else from these problems...BEWARE GRANT MOTORS!!!

Buying a car (especially your first) should be a fun and exciting experience. Pushy salesman absolutely kill that experience. Doesnt matter where you go, any car lot will try their best to get you financed to sell you a car. Thats how they make money .Not mad at them for that but if youre buying a car whether new or used it should have a warranty. Did like the ability to negotiate here though but did not come to a sale

I went in because of Ramos but he was busy I dealt with Jason who was nice but Ramos was the best at sales. I bought the car at the asking price and paid a total of 4k down. I was disappointed because I could not get any help to get a second key fob until everyone knew I was upset. Then they tried to help. Ramos was very genuine but. I bought the key fob from Mike locks for very reasonable. I would buy from there only if I deal with Ramos.

Nice selection of vehicles, however, I had to ask for assistance from a sales person. Therefore, Im only rating 4 stars because they lost business that night by not approaching me and offering help. I ended up purchasing a vehicle elsewhere. However, they have a very nice selection of used vehicles and they all look showroom ready.

The salesman Mike Ramos did his job friendly and happy to please. That being said what should have been the easiest car purchasing experience, being that I had all my cash and financing already aligned. the dealership does not understand the words out the door they do the hurry-up Sign shuffle. Watch the numbers They tell you its out the door then you get a letter in the mail saying to pay for title and tags. When you bring this to the dealerships attention they do not care the salesman said he would make it right but I guess well see but until somebody makes it right I would not recommend this dealership for anything Im just praying they didnt sell me a lemon as well but only time will tell

I was taken advantage of the moment I walked in grant motors doors. They are very manipulative and honest they could care less if you get a good car. I regret ever doing business with them. I’ve only had my car for one month and I’ve already been back to them four times with car problems and it’s almost impossible to read Scott the owner.
