If you install flooring then watch out for this company. I sent one of my customers there to look at flooring. He came back to me the next day stating that this company told him they would give him a better price on the flooring if they had this company install it. Therefore canceling work with me. I have sent other customers there before and this didnt happen. As we all know how times have changed now. I sure wont send anyone here anymore!

I can’t say enough good about them. Kelly the new owner couldn’t be nicer, helping us choose (and changing our mind a bunch of time on color etc) and being so patient and brining samples to our home a few times. We had the new plank vinyl flooring installed in our whole home and front lanai. His price was not only better than others but he worked out problems that the others couldn’t (or I should say wouldn’t). His installers were amazing. Very down to earth, helpful and hard working, going out of their way to do little extra’s for us, and giving us information about this type of flooring. Thank you to all, Kelly, his installers, Richard, Ken, Joey and also, Ashley for doing such a good clean up. I highly recommend Contractors Flooring if your looking for any type of flooring.

I had the carpet put down probably a year and a half ago. I first started noticing it was coming up a little bit around slider in bedroom. Not too happy. Then I noticed that all through room is rippled where it has come up. Never have I ever seen that with ANY carpet company that I have had put new carpet. Isnt this supposed to be their specialty? I mean this was 1 1/2 years later in a room with not a lot of traffic.

After insulting us, by insinuating my wife was unable to make a decision without me present, hung up on me when I called, out of courtesy, to cancel the appointment ahead of time. I will never do business with this company. If his customer service skill are lacking this much before my flooring, how are they going to be if I need a return visit for a problem? No thanks.

Unhelpful. The owner was not around and the installer manning the shop could not help to answer questions. My visit was a bust.

I would recommend this busness. From the first visit to plans to install. I was happy with everyone. At their store I was given great service. I had a older mobile home. And the floors were looking bad. I picked out my choice. They brought it to my house to make my Decision. On time. They were here Friday and put in a new sub floor on Monday. On Tuesday the flooring went in. They had a friendly and happy crew doing the work. They moved the furniture and put it back. Also they removed and replced my oven and refrigerator.While everthing was out I cleaned everthing and the cabinets. Its done I had waited a year for this and Im Happy

Arrived looking for an area rug, rugs are piled on top of each other, difficult to see. Sales person not helpful nor friendly.

Got a quote for the work and they need a nice job, but after the work was done they called and it would be 300 more for the work, why get a quote.
