When date of purchase I was misinformed that when buying lenses and contacts I can still purchase more contacts at the sale price. The manager at the location was getting over excited while I was trying to explain what I was told at the time of purchase. He stated that he is the manager there and it is what he said it is. Did not let me talk or explain that if I wasn’t told such thing I would have purchased more at that time.

I have previously bought a frame at this location. While the frame has held up alright, I returned to get a replacement as this one has gotten wobbely after only a few months and to buy a spare one as back up. Unfortunately you can no longer buy frames at this location without buying their lenses and bringing a prescription, preferably from their on sight eye doctor. So that’s 110 dollars for cheap lenses and an exam. Lenses I would have just popped out anyways plus the price of the frames. Other places like LensCrafters and eyeglass world have a larger selection of glasses, which have held up better than the ones I bought from here. If my eyes haven’t changed and I already have expensive lenses, $500 lenses for the record, why would I pay the extra amount for a cheap frame? Obviously Walmart will not be getting my money, as this change has just shown how greedy the corporation has gotten.The service man was a bit gruff, it did not particularly make me want to buy the unnecessary extras as I might have if the service was more friendly. Although much of the fault lies in the corporation itself for this change. I would not recommend the vision center with this new policy in place.(For the record they let me buy just the frames only a few months ago)

Thanks to Laura Cioffi, my glasses were fixed at the last minute of her day. She is an excellent example of going the extra mile for a customer!

I walked in with two pair of glasses, one broken and the other was bent out of shape so bad i couldnt wear em anymore. Julia did everything in her abilities to assure i left happy. Idgaf about Walmart but im gonna come here for Julia whenever i need glasses

The worst patient care Ive had in my entire life I wear glasses for more than 12 years and Ive never been treated so badly. in that place nobody was willing to help me was my first time wearing contact lenses they left me alone no one explained how to use them bad choice. I would never go back or recommend that place very bad attention from Dr and the crew.So, you should refund what I paid for nothing

Bought Safety glasses need to repair a screw broke they are not equipped to fix what they sell very sad I tell ya plus very RUDE.....Took the Glasses that one price optical does not sell and guess what they fixed them with new Screws common Walmart ....Plus I was told I could buy a new frame well da. But you should be able to put new Screws in the pair I bought from yall very bad Business......👎
