Store is well stocked, always good specials with your 7-11 app, like today for my $0.49 Big Gulp, personnel are professional... Parking lot could use a good powerwash & some paint to so it doesnt appear so run down... Though the overhang from pumps to store is great for keeping us dry on a rainy day like today... Overall its a good location with all your basics...

Very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL employees. Synthia does not know how to handle customers and very defensive. My brother asked to use the restroom after he noticed it was locked and instead of saying they were out of order (which is understandable) she said to “go pee outside”. I’m not sure what kind of customer service that is but the management there needs to make sure they have professional people working there, not someone who is rude and wants to escalate a situation. I also called the store asking for a manger and she yelled on the phone and HUNG UP!

This has the best customer service. I always enjoy coming in to see familiar smiling faces, especially Rosa. The staff always goes above and beyond. I drive out of my way to stop for my morning caffeine fix.

I was just here. Interested in Ice Cream along with a gentleman next to me I noticed a Haagen Daz 2 for 7 sign so he grabbed 2 and I grabbed a Ben and Jerrys because there was no sign saying what the price was so I wanted to ask. The price was 5 or 6 something so I grabbed 2 Haagen Daz and went to pay he told me the Haagen Daz price ended in March ( Today is April 7th ) and he would not honor it. I pointed out I was the next guy in line minutes not hours later and he said no sorry cant do it. Left the 2 pints on the counter and walked out. Ridiculously bad customer service and even though I live next door I will not return to this or any other 7/11 store ever again. There are just too many choices out there to bother with companies like this.

The gas pumps are old and some dont even work right. I put my card in and it asks if I want debit or credit outside but there is not button to press for it on the key pad of anywhere. I press the help and call button and no one replies. I walk over to the next pump and see that the buttons I was supposed to push were removed from the ones I tried to use, perhaps fraud?
