Im giving one star because I cant give 0 stars, went to the pharmacy asked the pharmacy cashier if they sold COVID tests just in case we needed one and she blurts out do you have COVID? Instead of answering yes or no. I am appalled that although maybe not a HIPPA violation, this is my right to privacy that this woman violated. She is Id say in her 60s with gray hair and was working today 9/2 at 4pm. I am livid about this behavior, I am a physician and this is not acceptable ever!! As an employee at a pharmacy the people that use this business have a right to privacy and I will not be going here again.

I was overcharged for a script. When I returned I experienced the rudest cashier I ever met. She told me it was my fault and wasnt going to give me a refund. I was about to contact a manager when a pharmacy tech named Anthony came over, he had been the person who checked me out. He corrected the problem quickly and issued my refund. Which is the only reason they got 2 stars.

Spending to much money

There is a lady here (Rhonda) whos incredibly rude. She makes an easy task like taking a birth date from an id into a big deal where she starts asking her coworkers if they can see it. She has done this multiple times. We had to get someone else who did it in less then 5m.

Very popular, so obviously takes longer to get Rxs ready. Most of the ppl here are awesome, with great personalities. 1 pharmacist acts like hes better than everybody else. Rotten attitude & has chased ppl away.

Dont go to his pharmacy, they are super rude and super sensitive. They could care less if you get your medication or not. The pharmacist there named Carlos is the worst, if you end up dealing with him, you will have a really rough time.

I will never go here again... They never have anything in stock. Never call and tell you the medicine isnt in.. And now saying my doctor never called it in, when he called twice.. rude and nasty people there..

The lady at the register started asking me questions like what are your symptoms what do you need this medication for what is your problems shes a straight cashier no different from Isle 16 to the pharmacy and for her to ask those questions is so illegal nobody but a doctor or a registered nurse or a registered health professional can ask you what your symptoms are and prescribe a medication due to your needs because she asked me these questions it came out in the wash that I was getting something for my wife whos sick in bed with 3 kids and they are arguing the fact that I shouldnt be buying it for her anyways and told me Im not allowed to buy it at this Walmart so first of all if you ask for a medication and its legal to buy and you provide all the proper identification and you walk up to the register with it say hey I need to buy it and they start trying to give you other medications because they are concerned with your symptoms that is the biggest malpractice lawsuit available for Walmart history and the fact that they brushed it off with well we didnt want to sell you something and then have you try to return it because once its in the system its in the system and your ID is scarred first of all I dont buy Sudafed enough for my ID to be scarred I dont think I bought Sudafed in 2 years and second of all Im now have to what bring my wife my sick kids her everybody down so she can get her box of Sudafed and some tampons

Just visited picking up a few things I needed

Doesn’t matter if its not closing time, if it’s close enough then they’re going to cut you off from getting your medicine that you need anyway. Very disappointed.

The customer service personnel and pharmacy techs have a pleasant attitude but they are so shorthanded and things are always so chaotic and unorganized on a daily basis
