Fantastic store and got bit of everything including food, I shop there all the time they have great deals includes the unbeatable 13.2 pound bag of 9Lives cat dry food that I buy to feed several feral (stray) cats in my backyard. All stuff without exception are polite & awesome!!! I definitely score five star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for big lots of north Fort Myers & highly recommend it! Merci...

Lots and lots of things. I found a few things that I can use.

Very low on stock,... They advertise these great sales and they dont have the merchandise..... They give you these coupons and you try to use them to pick up your items and their system wont let you do it..... I went to two big lots..... Exactly the same. The ads look great until you get in the store and youre looking and looking and looking and then realize they dont have any of it.... Nice service, couldnt ask for better employees and of course they have no control over this its management..... They just want you in the store.

Went in just to check things out. Decent discounted items. Picked up a fee drinks and paper products. Noticed that mattress prices seem pretty good.

Clean, well stocked and labelled aisles. Though workers were unmasked.

There is usually parking right in front of the front door. They are open until 8pm which I like since I work late. They carry a lot of the same things as Walmart and Target but for a little less money. On my last visit I was able to purchase grocery items like coffee, juice, peanuts, eggs and milk, and then other miscellaneous such as a cutting board, tomato seeds for my garden, string lights for my patio, AA batteries, and even paint roller pads and sand paper for work

Went to Wally world and would of had to settle for something I didnt want as they are out of the EXACT color I do, Sooooo I went Target 🎯 and they had it but it was in the wrong size and out of the sizes I needed UNLESS I go with checkers 😳 .Um..yeah,NO.soooooo, I headed over to BIG LOTS and LOW and BEHOLD their it twas, just calling my name (sorta😏) not just one package but 2 in a package AND a matching red valance I am screaming with happiness.

I get all my Christmas decorations .

They redid the floor plan to make room for more furniture, its very cln.

They have Broyhill furniture now and also decent mattresses. Bought a full size 10 inch memory foam on sale for $299. Youll always find a good deal here. Theyve become more organized.

They are only getting 2 stars because the cashier was rude and was WRONG! there was a sale buy one get one FREE dog toys, I had 4, she took .17 cents off each toy which is NOT BOGO FREE and was argumentative about it with me. Not good customer service & not honoring signs that are posted in the store!

I love getting makeup here. They have concealer for $3-$4. They have eye-shadow palettes that are selling for $10 everywhere else for about half the price. All there makeup os NAME BRAND. I also get discounted food items, hygiene items, and toiletry items. I

Great deals on many items. Some are flimsy but if you’re looking for some brand name items at a good discount then this is your place. I buy my Crystal Geyer 24 pack water there. Sometimes it is 3 24 count cases for $8.00 but most times it is $3.00 per case which is still almost a $1.00 less than other places. I also get 20% off coupons so it become even less!!

Its a store filled with closeout merchandise. You can find good deals on various items. This here Big Lots was the cleanest, most well organized one I have been in. Kudos to the staff.

Just an average shopping experience. The shelfs seem to be stocked with inventory reduction product at premium pricing. A very large version of a Dollar General store - but certainly not a $1 or close to it. A few deals here and there but otherwise, you can get a better deal at the Dollar tree for the same experience.

Id probably give 5 stars if it werent for their no-coupon policy. A store can make a lot of money off manufacturers coupons. First of all, when a store mails their coupons to the manufacturer, they are reimbursed for the full value of the coupon, along with 8 cents per coupon for shipping and handling. So they lose no money at all on manufacturers coupons. Secondly, people who use coupons are often unwilling to make that same purchase without a coupon, and will go somewhere else to use their coupon. So Big Lots is losing a lot of sales with their ignorant coupon policy. Third, Im not sure if this is legal/allowed, but most manufacturers coupons good for a free item have a max value which is always (or almost always) significantly higher than Big Lots price. So Big Lots could potentially make more profit off some coupon purchases than they do off non-coupon purchases. Finally, Big Lots coupon policy probably angers some customers, who will respond by avoiding Big Lots (even when not using coupons). There are other discount stores to choose from.The positives about this store are the low prices on certain items and the valuable clearance section. Spices here are cheap... $1 per container, including curry powder, cinnamon, lemon pepper, pepper, chili powder, etc. The containers are as large as or larger than spice containers at other stores. They carry a wide selection of juice and cereal, also at prices that are, in some cases, the lowest available. Make sure you check the clearance section if you go here.

Love big lots

Big Lots is always a fun store to go to. Rather youre looking for grocery items, or snaks, the have a good selection of both. They have some very cool Halloween decorations out right now. Always an enjoyable experience.

When will i ever learn ?? They sold out on the Christmas tree i wanted. My friend told me get it as soon as its on sale. Love their holiday items. Prices could be a little lower.
