This trailer park is a little hodden piece of heaven hidden in the city. The neighbors watch out for one another, no crime within the community, and very family friendly. If you can not pass a background check then this park is not for you. Ever since Bruno with Remax has been in charge of things, the entire park is managed mich better. Bruno actually takes time to walk the property and talk to residents. If your lucky enough to get a place here, you will love it!

We bought a trailer here in 2017 and have loved it here ever since. Predominantly Hispanic community, and everyone is very nice. Pretty quiet park. Manager Juan is always very nice and helpful. We love our neighbors and have always felt safe. Everyone looks out for each other. Buy a trailer, fix it up, enjoy cheap living in a homely hood! :) Mucho divertido!

I do not recommend this place very badly and smoke marijuana which gives a bad imprecision the owner Juan and his son are very informal with very bad customer service the treatment is not good.
