We do quite a bit of shipping to family and friends and always use this Pack and Go location. The owners are super nice, professional and friendly. You’re in and out quickly. No standing 30 minutes in line like at the Post Office. By the time you get home, an email confirmation is waiting for you. Track your shipment from that point or just wait until a delivery notice is received. Do yourself a favor, and use this business. You’ll be glad you did.

These owners have to be the best customer oriented people I know. From their children to them they have helped me with holidays, out of country deliveries, as well as cost savings. Phenomenal service with a smile! I had an issue with a recipient claiming to not have received a shipment, but I called the Pack and Go staff here, they pulled my receipt right up and I was able to prove delivery. They saved me a ton of money and time. No need to go anywhere else!

I adore this place! This a true Mom and Pop type experience, which I always prefer over a more corporate one. It’s a beautiful store, run by caring people. They just helped me package and ship a couple of my pieces of artwork, and patiently helped me get the best deal on shipping for my collectors. I look forward to shipping two more pieces with them, and regret that I didn’t find them sooner. I’m moving next week, and if I’m back here next year I will only deal with these warm wonderful people, who take great pride in the service they provide. I love, love, love this place.! And I love, love, love the owners! I personally always come to get my gifts professionally wrapped and every time they always amaze me with the most beautiful decoration of gift wrapping I have ever seen! It truly makes my gift look beyond special showing the person I got the present for how much I care about them! Pack and Go is an amazing store. They pack and send packages expertly and efficiently, along with stocking a wide range of office supplies. In addition they offer delicious coffees for sale, either whole bean or ground, with samples for tasting. And if that were not enough, they also have a nice supply of pet leashes and outfits, and a variety of handmade soaps. This place is a little jewel. And you will love the staff. Definitely a five-star place!

The store was organized, easy to get to and immaculately clean. The owners are so patient and kind. You can tell they take the time to be intentional beyond just the customer service. Many people do not know about them because they opened six months ago. They gave so many services from coffee to computer rentals which is really unique. This will be my new go to for all of my shipping needs. Thank you for being excellent in such a difficult time.

Ive visited this store several times now. My primary reason for each visit was to have documents faxed. The family who runs the store are all very friendly, knowledgeable and Ive witnessed the extras they do that make this store different than the rest - like remembering that Id paid for an unsuccessful fax and not making me pay again when I returned 3 days later to try again - or going out to help a woman bring big packages in without being asked to do so. They will continue to get my business and I also highly recommend them!

Went in today with my kids. The two employees were so polite and helpful. And to top it all off they had the cutest little dog to greet us!! Made my whole errand day worth it. They also have discounts for veterans and first responders!

Wow!! I am super impressed with this business. I called for printing as I found them quickly on Google and needed a label affordably and quickly printed out on my lunch break. They missed my call and called right back, which shocked me at first. I thought that was very professional and showed that they cared about each of their customers, old and new! The service got even better when I was warmly greeted by Jenna who took care of my label and actual shipment. She gave me the fastest most effective way to handle my return. I decided to restart my online flipping side business now that I know they are so close and friendly as I just recently moved down to North fort myers from the NE coast. Thanks Jenna!

I have called twice to send cargo and the call has been cut in both, it seems to me that they no longer had time or that they did not care what I told them. I will not call again.
