Excellent fast friendly service! I have always had great service and I never have to wait long. If I need to stay, I can use my computer and work in waiting area or watch tv and have drinks and snacks. The dealership is beautiful and all the people working there are professional and friendly. This is a top notch dealership.

I work in the automotive repair industry. I just called Hampton Hyundai to assist a customer in finding out if there was a recall related to their car. Something that I would gladly assist anyone with as a matter of professionalism and courtesy. I called the service department at Hampton Hyundai and spoke with a man that told me I would need to own the vehicle to find out if there is a recall related to the vehicle. Customer service is junk. Professionalism Junk. I guarantee you call me and I will tell you if there is a recall on your vehicle. This is not trade secrets. Avoid people like this.

A fantastic car buying experience from start to finish. We met with Scott, who did a wonderful job by showing us the vehicle we wanted and did not try to steer us in another direction. He had a great demeanor and was not high pressure - a huge plus!! Very down to earth, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The sales manager, Dean, put together a deal where everyone came away happy. Kevin in Finance had our paperwork ready to go when we picked up the car, so what is generally the most dreaded part of the car buying experience was seamless and quick! However the choice of dealership wasnt so easy until a friend of mine did some leg work for me and found Hampton! A professional and courteous dealership. Special mention to Michele Magnusson for sticking with us on a very rainy Thursday and showing us all the Santa Fe had to offer. Then making room for us to buy the car on a very cold Halloween morning. I had brought my car in to get some work done but after receiving some unfortunate news I was in a situation where I needed another vehicle. I worked with Michele who helped me lease a 2020 Kona. She was extremely kind and patient as we looked at cars and talked details. She was very well informed on all of the features in the vehicle we selected. I was able to meet some of the service staff and other members of the sales team who were all very nice as well. It was a very welcoming environment and was the best experience Ive had getting a new vehicle.

The BEST car buying experience weve ever had! This was the 4th time we bought car and the process was so smooth, fast, relax, and we get the car we want with great price. We came thinking were going to another war with car dealer but its totally the opposite!! It took less than 2 hrs from the time we walked in to their door until we brought the car home. I dont write reviews very often, but this place is the best dealership my wife and I have ever bought a vehicle from. Michelle (in sales) answered the phone on a Saturday evening at 4:30 and by 5:00 we had bought a new Tucson. She answered all of our questions with out the run around we got elsewhere. She offered to stay and wait until we got there, but it wasnt necessary. Finance department was also super fast to get everything processed and Monday (They are closed on Sundays) we signed,and purchased our new car .I highly recommended this place if you want straight answers and want to get your purchase done quickly.
Safety recall on my new car. Wasnt pleased, but Hampton Hyundai was fast, courteous and kind. Waiting area was cold, and an associate lent me her heater.
I recently bought a used Hyundai Versacruz. I only had 1 key on the ring. I was worried if I accidently locked the key inside I would have to call AAA or a locksmith.I called and they verified they had the key blank . It took less than 20 minutes of my time.I tried Walmart, Lowes, and three auto parts stores. No success!Thank You Hampton Hyundai. 👏👏👏👏
We live in RI, so Hampton Hyundai is not exactly our local dealer, but we have ended up there on two separate occasions in the past 6mo for unexpected service issues with our 2012 Sonatas on our way to Conway. Sue the service manager is absolutely fantastic!!! 5star, highly recommend!!

Checked in to Hampton Hyundai to have a recall service for my trunk lid. Service was quick and efficient. Check in was also quick and pleasant. Problem was fixed and trunk lid now opens as expected. I am a very happy customer now.
Made the appointment on May 5 for May 7@ 9:30AM. Arrived at 9:15 AM and work was finished at 10:15 AM. Thorough detailed report from mechanic and service leader including noticing that I hadnt registered the Sonata in October 2019 as required. Thank - you for the heads up from Stu.

Everybody is polite but that is not the most important thing. Being able to depend upon the quality of the repair is the most important thing.Im really surprised that my expectations were not carried out because I went to the dealership where I purchased the car instead of some mechanic I didnt know to get the best job possible, I thought, and may not return again even to buy my next car.

Honest and Direct Dealership. Ive dealt with most of the Hyundai dealerships in the area, and unfortunately will no longer return to most of them. The staff at this one are very attentive, honest, and direct with pricing. So all in all the efficiency they provided saved me my most valuable asset, Time. I havent been able to nail down an affordable deal yet but I feel Kevin my sales associate and Dean the sales manager are doing their best to help make the deal work for me.Update: I ended up getting the vehicle I wanted. The best part of the experience had to be working to negotiate the price so I would walk away with an affordable vehicle, and not feeling like I overpaid. My Sales associate, Kevin, was very accommodating and ensured I was set up for success with all of the paperwork. All in all Out of the 6 Hyundai dealers I worked with I feel this one provided me with the best Customer Satisfaction. Also a special thank you to Chu for assisting while Kevin and Dean were busy. Techs were very helpful and even took time to invite me out to repair bay to demonstrate to me how other phones did work with Hyundai Blue tooth technology, while mine did not thereby helping me isolate the problem.Did you feel rushed or talked down to. Overall a very positive experience.

The woman at the front of the service desk was so rude. As soon as I started asking questions she just repeatedly told me “you don’t understand why don’t you take your car somewhere else.” I’ve been a Hyundai customer for almost 2 years, I’ve serviced my car at Hyundai for the entire time I’ve owned one, and I actually have a friendship with many of the Hyundai’s dealer workers in my home town where I just moved from. Never will I go here again, waste of my time because she told me after an hour of me waiting, then didn’t even say anything just talked about me to her coworker. You can’t fix a valve stem on a car when my tires were cared for/purchases and maintained within the dealer. Extremely unhappy.
As a graduate student in 2016 buying used, Brendan helped me out in finding a safe, reliable vehicle and was second to none as an honest and genuine seller. Had the car multiple years with no hidden issues at purchase, and had regular maintenance throughout. After grad school and starting a career in 2019, I came back to work with both Brendan and Kevin S on buying a new Hyundai when the time was right. They excelled at working with me once again and I had drove off a proud new owner knowing they had went the additional mile, pun intended. I called to schedule an oil change and was pleased that they could offer a next day appointment. My car was taken into the service bay very quickly. The technician found that a thermostat wasn’t working properly. He came to apprise me of the find. He assured me that this was a warranty repair, they had the part in stock and would replace it in this appointment. Of course they also did the tire rotation and oil change too. I certainly will be returning to Hampton Ford - Hyundai for my next service.

I own a 2014 Santa Fe Sport which has over 100,000 miles on it and with no warranty. Ronald Adkins and I were coming back from a family Christmas party in Taunton MA on Saturday night when the car stalled about 5 miles from where the party we were at on rte. 44 on the over pass to rte. 495 with smoke pouring out from under the hood. We are about a hundred miles away from home. A state police officer stopped and pushed us off the highway push into the Bridgewater service center. While Ron’s cousin and his wife, John and Jess were on their way to help us out. The car was towed to my dealer North Hampton Hyundai. I knew deep down that this was going to be expensive. It seams like the engine was blown from the smell and smoke.Sue at North Hampton Hyundai called me yesterday with the shock of my life. Hyundai is going to put a new engine in my car at the cost of $4,500.00. Even though the car is a 2014 and has over 100,000 miles on it with no warranty, they are going to replace the engine. It’s going to take roughly 3-4 weeks before I get the car back.Ever since I have moved to NH, I have been going to North Hampton Hyundai for service on my car from oil change to tires and have been treated like family. So if anyone is looking to buy a car please take a look at a Hyundai. They really care about their customers, we are part of their family.I want to give a special thank you to Sue and the service staff at North Hampton Hyundai, they have gone above and beyond their responsibilities to make this happen. I will continue to drive a Hyundai and give North Hampton Hyundai my business.1/12/20Here is another praise for these guys. I spent a good week at dealers, getting played and lied to so around 3am Friday I couldn’t sleep and found Hampton Hyundai and filled out a form on a suv I liked. 8:30 I got a call from dean was 💯 up front and told him what happened to me since last Saturday and he said come on down I think I have exactly what you want. Was there by 10, he had the perfect suv picked out and set me up with Michelle the sales associate and she was the best! Hands down the most down to earth saleswoman ever and we laughed and everything was so chill and not so stuffy like other places and they never once left me sitting more than a minute alone and the entire process was amazing, seamless and I went home today less than 10 hours from when I sent an online form and I am in a comfy mint low miles suv and me and hubby could not be happier! I purchased a certified used Santa Fe. Its the second car weve purchased from Hampton Hyundai and have been very satisfied. Our sales consultant Chu Lassor is the best! She knows her cars and took very good care of us. The sales manager Dean gave me a fair price for my trade-in and was easy to work with. No hard sell on extended warranties, fast and easy pick up. I just took it in (about 2 weeks after I purchased it) to have a noise checked out - it was a wheel bearing and was covered 100% by the warranty (certified used is worth it!). Weve been very satisfied with the service department as well. Overall great sales and service from this dealership!

They were nice and I bought a car but they only gave me one key. I had to pay someone else 70.00 to get a key made because they wanted 200.00 for a key. I also found other small things wrong. Did not like that.

Im a loong time Hyundai customer and simply LOVE the brand since its been great to me! I still drive my 2006 Hyundai Azera and it runs like new!However, my latest experience was miserable. My wife and I are Senior Citizens and health problems forced us to decide to turn in our Hyundai lease and buy our final car/ Hyundai.We returned to this dealership where we have done all our car business since retiring to the N.H. seacoast in 2008.After all, they pride themselves on being a family style business.At our age we are certainly aware of the credo,caveat emptor, however we were in no condition to play hardball negotiations and I have no quarrel with the sales staff that work within the parameters of the organization as to price and add-on insurance packages.Well, a lifelong friend/consultant upon reviewing our purchase was truly appalled that we had paid SIGNIFICANTLY more than we should have for the 2020 Santa Fe and I was duly embarrassed at the diminishment of a lifelong strength in negotiations!So much for family!As a last resort I left two separate emails(in his absence?) for the owner, identifying myself and outlining the problem.Well,...that was apparently strike#3 as I have yet to hear word #1.Silence in this instance is not Golden.Im left at this point with few options except to tell my story loud, clear and redundantly thus turning 180° from my prior strong advocacy of Hyundai and Hampton Hyundai to simply recount this sorry saga to all, especially Seniors, that care to listen.
