Danny E is the BEST. he was very helpful in getting me a phone that met my needs and never tried to oversell. He transferred my information quickly and flawlessly. He was patient beyond belief. I spent my career in sales and he exemplifies a great sales person. He is a true Verizon asset.

I had an issue with running out of data on a plan that I have had for 2 years; this had never happened before. I tried to fix this online but, it was a waste of time. Went to the Verizonwireless Store in North Hampton, NH and met with Mr. Jose Otero. He had the problem identified and rectified in less than 10 minutes. And, he discuss data plans and with a few more minutes, had me signed up for an unlimited data plan and a reduced monthly payment overall! Jose was bright, articulate, professional and courteous!!!

Broken phone and 2 hours from home- I was stressed about new purchase/new phone.... Showed up to unfamiliar Verizon location with anxiety and was met by Frank.I felt immediately at ease. Isaiah went above and beyond my expectations to try..... and fix my Galaxy S10.1st with Verizion then with Samsung. Sadly 3 hours later......the phone is at least usable sometimes you just have to be grateful it could always be worse.He invited me to come back to solve the problem fully. Went into the store to pay a bill. Two employees were helping other people, l looked around for several minutes. Not once did either employee pick their head up to say lll be right with you or even acknowledge l was in there store after spending several hundred dollars there only 3 weeks ago. Not impressed

Neither of the employees there were wearing a mask when I walked in and never put one on while I was there. Not impressed with the service or friendliness of the staff and should be more considerate to people coming into the store.
I dreaded having to buy a new cellphone. Despite my wife’s prompting, I procrastinated for a few months. But Mat (sales representative) & Sennon (trainee) made the transaction easy this evening. They seemed to be connected to us. Mature, soft selling & patient. Easy to trust. Even fun to work with. Mat offered sales extras; we accepted some, declined some.

Gentleman who waited on me couldnt be bothered to help me activate my prepaid phone; I suspect it was because I didnt line his pockets with commission dollars since I bought it elsewhere. Wouldnt patronize this store if my car broke down in their parking lot while on my way to buy a phone.
I had a great experience at this location. The staff was helpful, and friendly. They hooked me up with a new phone, and answered all my questions I had. Sharon even helped me to get rid of things from my phone plan that I didnt need and were costing me extra. Overall great experience, and super accommodating staff in combination with great conversation. Thumbs up!!

I LOVE John G at North Hampton Verizon!! He spent hours helping me Sun when there was an issue with the Apple ID and phone. Apple could not resolve the issue in a timely manner so John continued to support me on his days off, both Mon and Tues! We regrouped on Wed when he pursued a different Apple tech and a couple more hours later, we had resolution. John was very professional, patient and gracious throughout the entire tedious process. Im very grateful for his expertise and resourcefulness, as well. Additionally, he noted that my family was repeatedly paying overage charges so he helped us purchase the best plan for our family. Great service - good suggestions for screen cover replacement and no pressure to upgrade my phone! :) The young woman who waited on me was personable and friendly and knew what she was doing!7/24/2018 - came back again to ask a couple of questions about a new tablet and get one of those liquid screen covers) - they saved me $100 by selling me the same thing I had just bought at Best Buy the day before! Set everything up, transferred my data and sent me off to return the other tablet. The people who work there are knowledgeable and personable and easy to deal with. Next time Ill start there!
Go to a real verizon store. This was just a bunch of clueless men in business suits sitting around in furniture that belongs in a home. Upon finally helping us they had no idea what was going on, and gave us no indication of what they were doing. Lets just say... Best Buy made a sale today!
On a dreary Sunday afternoon I visited the North Hampton store. Gabby met us and we sat down to transfer my phone from another carrier to Verizon under my fiances account since it will be a much cheaper option. Gabby encountered several challenges with this and did not get nervous or seem to be out of sorts. She kept on moving forward and helping us in many ways. At one point I called my current carrier and walked around. During that time Gabby and my fiancee devised a game plan for my future phone needs.Due to issues with my current carrier and their policies we were unable to complete the transaction. Gabby provided all the information from my phone to bring to my current carrier so I can complete the process.Gabby was very confident, poised and helpful. She is going to be our go to person with Verizon and we both look forward to working with her in the future.

Frank Scheinin Is DA MAN and is also the consummate professional when setting up our numerous IPhone accounts and making sure absolutely nothing was skipped, missed or forgotten. We upgraded three phones and accounts and transferred data and a ton of other stuff we could never have done without his expertise and professionalism and he did it all in record time too. And the best part is his personality. Hes definitely the nicest man you will ever meet and was genuinely determined to ensure our customer experience was far beyond expectations. Any future business we do with Verizon in that store will be done only when Frank is there to help get it done. Frank is DA MAN!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to say after dealing with other companies and dreading every minute of dealing with those companies, I must say how happy I am that I went into verizon and met Ken, he is a great asset to the Verizon company he was so friendly, kind and extremely helpful in getting me 5 phone lines hooked up and getting all the info off the old phones and put onto the new ones and finding the best plan for me. I would tell anyone going to Verizon to see Ken you wont be disappointed, he is great. Ken in my opinion went above and beyond to help me, so Ken I thank you so much. I have to say I am so happy to have my 5 lines with Verizon.

Ken F. was extremely courteous and professional in responding to our inquiries today about service plans with Verizon. Weve switched cell phone carriers several times in the past and finally felt today as though we had found a knowledgeable and honest rep. We were able to change our existing plan to a better one--and one that saved us quite a bit of money each month! We had been wanting to change our plans for some time, but cringed at the thought of making the rounds to talk to a variety of sales people. This week we stopped procrastinating and talked to a number of reps. We were about to enroll with a competitor, but decided at the last minute to inquire at the North Hampton, NH Verizon store. Not only did Ken make that experience pleasant and easy on our budget, but well remain loyal customers as long as Ken works for Verizon in southern New Hampshire. Kudos to Ken!
They lost a formerly satisfied customer today. I preordered a phone a week ago that was promised to be delivered early next week and when I called to check on it today they said they had no record of the order and it’d be DECEMBER before my phone would arrive if they ordered it today. Not happy as it was a gift. Will not be returning to this store. Went to Best Buy to buy a new phone and was told that this has happened to dozens of people that ended up going to Best Buy...

Initially I spoke with Tech Support but they couldnt answer my questions. So I went to the N.Hampton, NH Verizon store and spoke to Rob McKean. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Rob went out of his way to explain things in a concise and easy to understand manner. Overall he made my experience pleasurable and painless. I Definitely plan to do more business in the N.Hampton store thanks to Rob.
Rob was so helpful l wish I could take him home with me so he could be my personal technical assistant! He was considerate & very, very helpful. Went in to buy the iPhone X and paid the crazy high price for it, that was of course my choice. When I was in picking up the phone they were unable to get everything from my old phone onto my new one. We sat for a while trying to make it work and it came to a point where I just downloaded and app and got my contacts over and about 50% of my contacts. Gave up at the store and decided to just leave. When I looked at my receipt there was a charge for $40 for new phone set up and transfer (charging for transferring my stuff over from the old phone to the new) since they couldn’t provide that service I asked that the charge be removed. They denied and after going back and forth the manager also denied to refund the $40. I offered to just get a store credit in which I would have bought a case or something but no dice. $40 isn’t the end of the world, but the refusal to give it back irritates me. I’m the type that if I’m treated right will send many people to a store restaurant or any location. But if treated wrong I will make sure my business and the business of my network of business and family friends is taken elsewhere. For $40 I will never go back into the location, poor poor business on their part.
HUGE HELP!!!I was not sure what the deal is with this place. It seems as though salespeople are a dime a dozen for I never see the same sales people.Eric helped explain how the location operates, which makes so much sense. Eric also took time to go over every question I had, big or small, and made feel comfortable.Thanks to Eric I can now use the Verizon Wireless app. After many years of phone calls to Verizon Wireless and visits to any store I could find, Eric walked me through everything and Im up and running!

Working in a client facing industry I realize how difficult it can be from day to day. Typically service experience is only heard of when something goes wrong. So I always try to share when I have a great interaction with another in a service industry. Stopped in with my aunt. We were assisted by a gentleman named Frank. He had helped me in the past so he was the first person i thought of when she told me she was having issues with her provider. My aunt was unsure if she wanted to switch, but Frank took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He was able to come up with a plan that catered to her needs. Cut the cost of her current bill and even got her to get a tablet. Huge accomplishment! I couldnt even convince her to step into 2017. But he did it! Hes great. Professional, yet personable. Great sense of humor. Ill be referring more family and friends to him. And Im sure she will too. Keep him around! Hes a gem!
Bought the newest IPhone Friday!People working there do not know what they are doing! Person who sold me mine, wiped my old phone clean before checking to see if everything downloaded! Lost all my pictures and the only thing he was concerned about was his next customer. Pictures were backed up to the cloud and he still lost them.I advise people not to go to this store! They hire people who have no experience.

I spent well over an hour there today with ERIC MACQUEEN fine tuning the purchase of a new iPhone. He was extremely knowledgeable and could answer every single question I asked and even helped me pair the new phone up with the bluetooth in my car before I drove off. He made sure I left knowing exactly how to register my new hi-tech liquid screen protector and how to return my old phone. He was extremely professional, courteous and genuinely interested in being helpful and promised to check in with me within 2 weeks to make sure things are going as planned. Worse than used car salesmen. They take advantage of people, especially the elderly. Dont trust anything that comes out of their mouths. The salesman who sold my mother a dud of a phone last year no longer works there. (Funny how a phones battery can go completely dead after only 2 months but thats not their problem). The salesman who tried to help my mother this year had the same business policy as the one who left -- use the double speak method to confuse and fluster an elderly individual until you have talked them into buying just about anything just so they can get out of the store (dont want a 2 year contract - dont worry theyll just call it by other names until you no longer understand what you are agreeing to).
This morning I walked into the Verizon store on Lafayette Rd in Seabrook NH all upset because I lost all my contacts. Brea & Lovell so calmly told me to relax they would recover my contacts. I was NOT convinced they could. The 2 of them worked as a team and about a half hour latter they had my contacts in my new phone. What a relief. If I could give these two six stars I would. They are GREAT and do not hesitate going to see them. I will go back to them when my wife or daughter needs a phone or have a problem. Thank you both for bailing me out.

Great! Phone was lost, so I came in to buy a new one and they made it super fast and easy for me. They did everything they could to get the phone I wanted. I was helped by Billy, and I definitely suggest coming in if you ever need help with your phone or accounts
Had a bit of a mishap at this store with an insurance replacement phone sitting in their back room for over 24hours and took me going there, them realizing it was there and it wasnt a matter of it not being in yet. I wasnt happy. Got the phone and moved on. The phone had a technical issue and when I went back to get help, Angelo did all he could, went above and beyond helping me.A couple weeks later, I went back to upgrade and karma was on my side as Angelo was working that day! He was fantastic..... smart, honest, and helpful! I recommend asking if he is working if you visit this store for purchasing a phone or tablet!
Today @ Verizon, I worked with Scott in order to convert my old I/ pad 3 to the I/ pad Air 2. All was handled very successfully and with ease. I enjoyed working with Scott. I received good service and they could only help me so far with an issue I had since they are not like other franchise stores, such as Epping or Raymond. They would have to explain. When one of the customer service representative looked at my phone, he noticed and deleted a potentially dangerous app on my phone.

I had a horrible experience with the service I received. The representative Maggie Ames has no customer service skills whatsoever. She added insurance (and charged my account) for other services without even asking me. I dont have a problem paying my bill but its so unprofessional and shady to add services you dont ask for. I also asked if I can reset my phone before she tried to activate it and she gave me a look like if I was bothering her!. I caught her adding an accessory I didnt ask for into my bag and when I said: thats not mine she didnt even apologize. Seriously I dont know how her managers can have her working there. Never going back
