Worst furniture experience ever. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Someone in their Barrington location gave me the wrong dimensions for my nightstands so when the glass came in it did not fit. Customer service was absolutely insulting. And the owner would rather lose my business then have a conversation with me and pay to have the glass re-cut! Very shortsighted indeed.I used to sell furniture and I would never let this happen to a customer of mine!Would love to have given them no stars but it won’t let you post with zero stars.

We bought a couch here and couldn’t be happier. Great team—in the store and delivery. Excellent quality, and it even arrived weeks early!

Their furniture is so beautifully made. The staff is really accommodating and helpful and patient. I bought a piece there a couple of years ago and Im thrilled with it. It was well worth the wait.

On Wednesday April 5, 2017 a family member received a phone call from Hubbington stating that they had misquoted the price on the bed and that I should have known this because the price was on the bed in the showroom (Queen Size Bed). I was quoted a price without the drawer assembly and the new price would be raising the cost approximately $1000. I returned their call on Thursday April 6, 2017 and talked to Karen Day (Sales Representative for Hubbington Furniture) I informed Karen Day that I thought that raising the price was not a fair business practice and that as a businessman if I had agree to complete a job at the agreed upon price I would have to do this and eat the cost myself. Ms. Day agreed with me and in good faith honor the price as quoted.Friday, April 6, 2017 Ms. Karen Day called and said she could not sell the bed and nightstands to me at the agreed upon price and that she was returning my deposit. We had a discussion about unfair business practices and how the deposit represented a contract to do business. Ms. Day again stated that I the consumer should have known that the price of the bed did not include the drawer assembly because the price for a Queen size bed was on top of the bed frame in the showroom. I asked to speak with the Manager of the store because she obviously was not the decision maker. Ms. Day refused to elevate the request and I asked for other furniture stores in New England that sold Paint Valley Furniture.
