Quick and easy service, explained everything that I had questions about and was prompt with answering any questions that could not be answered at time of service.

I switched from an electric stove to gas. Ed and Brandon came to connect the stove. They were on time and very professional every step of the way. They explained everything they were doing and answered all my questions. They left the area clean. I would highly recommend Lamprey Energy’s service!

We just switched propane gas vendors to Lamprey/Palmer and had new tank installed and had technicians connect our new Napoleon gas grill.Ed and Brandon were superb....very knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. Am glad we made the move.....it was seamless!

Have lived on the Seacoast for over 20 years and have tried 3-4 other companies. Lamprey, by far, has the best customer service. Absolutely the best. They always find a solution to any problem I have on the first call. And you always talk to a human. If youre getting energy from another dealer, youre doing it wrong.

I had Lampry quote me on a new homeowners oil price per gallon, I had also had my tank inspected by another company previous to this. Not only did Lampry not pass my tank (which has now been filled 3 times) but, they had a list of expenses for me and my wife before the gentleman even touched my tank. So I feel like I was lured into a cheaper oil price so they could take advantage of the fact that we were new homeowners and probably assumed that we had no idea what we were doing. After rejecting them as our oil supplier. I have found one that is very helpful and has not once tried to get me to spend unnecessarily on items I don’t need. I just felt like I needed to voice this in case you are new to this as well. Heating and energy supplies are very costly and they have to be maintained. I recommend having 3 quotes before rushing into a company because of a lower price....which we never got. Do your due diligence. ❤️

Great people and a wonderful Team. Had to have emergency service and they were there within the hour. Technician was fast and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. Whenever I have had to call, either for service or just questions, there is always a person to take the call and not a machine. Would highly recommend them!!

We had the experience to meet a fine young tech from Lamprey energy to perform maintenance on our A/C units. He was very polite and professional.His work ethics were exceptional. Very neat and clean. You would not even know he was at our home. Young man with the old school work ethics.

We had mini-splits installed, and from start to finish Lamprey/Palmer Oil was so efficient and professional. The sales person was down-to-earth and knowledgable, the scheduler made sure we werent without any cooling until they could come, and the crew was here for about 10 hours to get it all done in a day.Great experience.

We were very happy with the service technician Josh who came to our home to fix the AC a few weeks ago. He was very smart and knowledgeable in his job. They come once a year to do maintenance on our heating system, we usually get the same man and he always does a great job! Prompt professional service. Helped to replace an ill-fitted boiler. Done is a timely fashion. Our house was out of heat and hot water. They worked hard and were able to have our house back up and running better than it was when we first bought the house.

Been a Lamprey customer for over 3 years now using their automatic delivery service. Weve never run out of fuel during the cold winter months and they offer a small discount for payment of invoices within 10 days.

I got Lamprey to replace our basement oil tank when it started to leak. They did a great job and left everything clean and tidy. Very happy.

We had someone come out 7/1/19 to give us an estimate on having AC installed (we’re existing oil customers). Today is 7/10 and we still don’t have anything back...and that’s after repeated emails and phone calls to the estimator. Very disappointed.

We are just moving to the area and using Lamprey. My father in law had signed up for their service contract so we are getting to expereince their service. I can say that the work needed to fix an oil leakage which was causing a horrible smell in the house was done perfect. Very professional and excellent work. However I am NOT pleased yet with the communication with the office. There is always confusion about my appoinmnets and there is always confusion when someone is coming or going when I call them about the time or what request was made for an estimate or the service needed. This is unfortunate and it seems they need a better computer system and filling customer info electronically!! so they can find you and know who you are and what is happening with you and your account and your request. Since the work has been EXCELLENT, I would like to give them a chance to improve on office communication. Will continue writing comments and hoping for 5* rating and improved communication.

HORRIBLE!!We required service on our AC unit which was inop over the summer. It took 2 separate visits and too much $$ before they could get it right! Not only that, when I called to POLITELY have a billing issue resolved, Renee was downright rude to the point of astonishment! I had to come right out and ask why she was being so rude (as I was not yet an irate customer!) and it turns out that she was ASSUMING I was trying to have my bill erased! Apparently she deals with that often?! Wow.Then today, I took a vacation day from work to have a scheduled yearly service on the furnace & AC only to find out that they have rescheduled it WITHOUT NOTIFICATION!!!! They were adamant they notified me. When I explained theres no way I would have been able to on that date since Id be out of the area, they basically just said, sorry. Yah. Thanks Lamprey.Your customer service SUCKS!! And yes, I am livid!!
