I cannot say enough good things about the team at Seacoast Harley. I recently purchased a Pan America and wanted a specific color that wasnt in production yet. They took note of exactly what I wanted and a little over a month after I got one of the first ones off the truck. What made me decide to purchase with them was the fact that even though I was a previous customer, they cut no corners in their presentation. They rolled out the red carpet, introduced me to every department and above all else made the entire process FUN! Being in sales, I appreciated the work and effort they put into their jobs. Making any major purchase should not be a hassle; this is a hobby of mine that I enjoy at my core and they were just as -- if not more -- excited about my purchase as I was. Bought my bike over a year ago and didnt go as smooth as one would hope. Since then, I have returned many times for parts, accessories and service. I knew immediately it was the bike for me and was willing to stick through the rough start to make it work. So your homework before going and you will be just fine
When I went into Seacoast Harley, I had a very specific motorcycle in mind (which I was on the fence about). I spoke with Erika, who answered all of my (million) questions with a smile, and was absolutely the most helpful person in the store. Since my bike wasn’t in stock, she kept in constant contact with me to let me know when it finally arrived, and was nothing but friendly and accommodating right through when I rode away. The whole process was seamless and easy, thanks so much.
BEWARE of Hidden fees!!! Deal was almost set on a used BEAUTIFUL used bike. Then paperwork time came. $399 Doc Fee Okay, not great, they all do it. I get it. Heres the kicker..... RECONDITIONING FEE $599. Total dealer fees $998.00. The bike had 1700 miles on it, and it needed 599 dollars worth of reconditioning? Seriously? Whats more is According the NADA values the price was already top dollar. Be sure to add almost 1000 dollars to your best price. My NADAguides Price Quote is attached. The bike is still there if ya want it. Never again for me.UPDATE bought the same model and year with 800 miles on it via private sale. Saved $4177.00

I was referred to Neil Anastas by a friend, and customer of Neils. 1 week after meeting him he had my dream bike at an awesome price waiting for me. Went in, looked at the bike, put money down, and went home. After it was serviced and detailed he shipped it out to me. I love the bike, very happy with everything. Went there for a listed Charge Point charger. Unfortunately it was not the usual charge point but rather just a Harley labelled CCS charger which was useless for my car.

Went there as I live just down the road. Have a Goldwing, I know… NOT a Harley…but I discovered a slice in my front tire and didn’t want to travel far. I didn’t need service…. JUST TIRES…they refused.Shaking my head at that one… if I buy a Harley next it WON’T be there.
I went in for an oil change - and ended up with a new ride! Honestly I was in for an oil change on my 10 year old TriGlide. It had been a great bike and always had done all the work and service at Seacoast. By accident I happened to read about the newest CVO model and member of the Trike family - a CVO TriGlide. Woah. I asked online about it to the internet sales team and they just happened to have one on the show floor when I was in for the oil change. The list of new features and improvements is insane - and its perhaps the only time a Trike would have the CVO designation. Working with Jack we took a test drive and that about did it. Smooth, fully featured, the 117 engine and about 100 other changes from 10 years sealed the deal. Working with Jack Leonhard, PJ, Matty, Sam and of course the ambassador of chrome - Herb - We will hit 1,000 miles this week and be back for the checkup and adding a few more goodies. In these crazy times this sure was a cure to liven things up in a very positive way!

My fiance and I were considering the idea of buying a new Harley Davidson. An Ultra Limited to be precise. We were looking for comfort on long rides and a certain style of Harley. After a unpleasant experience at a different dealership not affiliated with Seacoast Harley I had my doubts about my next experience. We stopped into Seacoast Harley to just look at riding apparel and we were so impressed first with the staff and the overall atmosphere of the dealership and then the pricing we decided to buy our next motorcycle. A Ultra Limited. We were treated like riding family. Vincent my salesman had a great knowledge base and gave me information relating to the type of ride I was buying that I didnt expect. He was very professional and friendly. The other staff who assisted us in our experience,Jack and P.J. along with Herb and Fred made the usual tour a great experience. I got a sweatshirt that I loved for Christmas but it was too small. I returned it to the store where it was purchased but the clerk there was not very helpful in helping me find a replacement. I went to Seacoast and was lucky enough to have Deb wait on me. She knew right away what shirt I was talking about and checked inventory in stores everywhere and located one in Massachusetts. She called there and confirmed they had the item and asked them to hold it for me. She was so helpful - thanks so much Deb! Got my new sweatshirt and LOVE it.

A generous 4. Service team are excellent and the clothing section carries a wide range. A nice place to hangout and have a coffee. Parts guys let the side down a little. Cost me a 1.5 hour drive there to show them an image from their catalog showing 6 bolts needed vs the 4 i was being told I needed.

This was my third Harley from Seacoast H-D. It’s really an enjoyable experience to just visit and bonus time if you end up buying a bike.
In 2018 I purchased a 2018 Roadglide. Bought the wheel deal insurance (5 years) and a Extended Warranty. In 2019 I went back to Seacoast traded my 18 on a 19 Ultra. When I purchased the 19 I had my extended service plans transferred. So I thought. Come to find out they never transferred the wheel deal. First let me say I know mistakes happen. This wont change my mind about Seacoast Harley Davidson. Just sucks that there was nothing they could do to help me out. They canceled the insurance on my wheels and I got a refund of just under 400$ if it was canceled when I bought the new bike it would have bn more$. So bottom line my refund paid for my new tire today and will be back soon to repurchase the Tire protection plan. My service at Seacoast has always bn amazing. I wont let 1 screw up keep me away. Thank you Neil for you help and support.

Seacoast Harley is simply the leader in customer service,special events,availability,product knowledge,deals,training.Sales folks have a very low turn around and each sales person has much knowledge about features and are passionate about the product they sell.Seems like every other weekend there is something going on for customers. From the the wall of death a stunt show or simply hot dogs and drinks till there gone SHD is a destination not just a dealership.With the square footage within the dealership or the onsite “barn” if you are wanting it good chance they will have it. Parts and Accessories folks are very knowledgeable and with a huge inventory of items.While no question HD merchandise is expensive. SHD helps out in a big way with their MVP program. $99.00 buys you lifetime membership across 4 dealerships. Initial membership day entitles you 15% off everything(excluding bikes). Then 10-15% off every purchase there after. With additional bonus percentage off during some sales. This is a great deal. Often buying in store as a MVP member is cheaper than buying online!!!The rider training programs and instructors are absolutely professionals and know their jobs! With a bonus that the classes are done out back in the huge parking lot. Great combination at SHD.Thank you SHD for being much more than a simple dealership!

Always the best selection of clothing in all of New England. The general manager, Brandi, was very responsive when I messaged in concern of finding a new Dealership family when the one wed always known went out of business. Meeting her in person was equally as pleasant and she even remembered our exact conversation even though weeks had past and Im sure she speaks to many people. We havent had the bike serviced here yet, but feel that they are likely to match the same quality of service that we were use too.
Amazing place. Everything HD you could ever want. My wife picked up a 2019 street Bob and the experience could not have gone better. I took my MSF license course here which was also very good. The whole staff from top to bottom is friendly and experienced. I will definitely recommend Seacoast Harley Davidson to anyone I can.
Seacoast Harley Davidson is the best dealership in tje area, in my opinion. The employees are friendly and very knowledgeable about any of the bikes they have. They will tell you the pros and cons (if any) about the bike you are looking at. They will and do go above and beyond to try and make your dream come true. Have bought both of my bikes here and have never had a negative experience with any of the departments or employees. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Stopped in to Seacoast Harley to look around last night. Had a great conversation with a very knowledgeable sales person. Paul Interland (Fit Specialist) greeted us and we enjoyed our visit. Was also very pleasantly surprised to see a LiveWire... As an EV driver myself, this technology is very interesting to me. Well laid out showroom floor, clean and very friendly staff. Loved seeing the Charge Point charging station outside also.

I went to multiple Harley dealers when looking for my new bike. Seacoast Harley gave me the best price by multiple thousands of dollars. If you take the price out of it though, Seacoast was also the best to deal with in every aspect of the buying process. I would recommend Neil to anyone I know buying a bike. I dont fill these surveys out very often but Seacoast was really great to deal with and it should be known!

Since I purchased my bike at Seacoast I have met half the crew and it has been pleasant. Neil in sales, Herby in customer support, PJ in finance, Lenny in parts, and Nick & Matt in service have all been helpful. They are attentive, on the ball, willing to help, always return a call.They have welcomed me to the dealership and treated me honestly and with respect. Both during the purchase and then with help configuring the bike for me personally.The culture and employees make the difference.I also had my old bike in for its last service (brakes, tires, oil, etc.) and a new bike in for enhancements. They do what they say they are going to do and the pricing is very fair. I didn’t fear my bikes would come back with blemishes (this has happen to me on more than one occasion elsewhere).Don’t have any fears going with Seacoast.

Went there to buy a shirt. (I try to get shirts from all the Harley dealerships) they keep their Sea Coast shirts outback and when I went to ask fir help, the lady very hesitantly said, “yeah, I’ll be right with you” and after 10 minutes she never came back. I don’t know why they can’t just leave their shirts out like the other Harley dealerships. Bad experience. Back to Manchester Harley!

Huge disappointment customer service is definitely lacking. Sales staff definitely dropped the ball after allowing me to think I was picking up my new bike only to have the carpet pulled out underneath me and sold it online. What a cheap shot sales manager Adam could have careless. I will take my business to Laconia Harley Davidson where they treat you like family!

Excellent dealership. Large inventory. Very friendly staff. The entire time I was not pressured like other dealerships. I wasnt pushed aside or the feeling of me bothering them as well. I wished I had purchased my prior bike and accessories at this place. I like the fact that I can have my bike serviced at Boston harley as well where i purchased the 5 year service plan. I know in the future i would and will reccomend this place and their sister dealerships to anyone interested in purchasing a motorcycle or service work to be done. I also like the fact that they will give me a loaner bike should my bike be in the shop for any extended period of time. That itself was a shock I had not been given that offer ever before from any place I have done business. From paul to herb then PJ the entire staff was welcoming and friendly. I know that they were interested in my needs not theirs. They were not all about selling a bike to make their numbers or quotas. They listened to what I was interested in doing a d not those needs for me.

Wr have traded in our Harley Davidsons ultra classic for a 2018 trike. We had gotten a good trade in price for our the Trike. This year we traded in our 2018 for a 2020 trike. There is not one bad complaint about Seacoast Harley. They are awesome, treat you like family. Always there to help or answer questions you have. I sat on multiple bikes to get the feel for many different models. The customization department gave me a harley parts book and showed me what fits my Dyna for future upgrades. Been riding my Harley daily since I picked it up.
