Seem like a very good environment just went to fill out app but work was slow so didnt get the position
I cant say enough great about the owner and all of the staff. My truck came out looking better than when I bought it. Theyre hands down the best in the business!
Ive had multiple experiences with Coach over the past 30 plus years. Always great work, always honest. I was looking the number up to send to a friend and saw the negative review. From reading that.. sounds like the guy had a beef and maybe was a little inexperienced on what he was looking to get done. Like I said, always a great job done here. The owner and his wife are very nice and very fair.Highly recommend them. What everyone has to know is this company has been in business many years. Thats a huge plus. Theres a few guys in back that have been there for the 30 years Ive been dealing with them so they are doing something right to be in business. Keep that in mind when looking for a shop!
Coach fixed my Nissan Maxima years back after a steel barricade jumped out in front of me in an ice storm. Because they did such a great job on that car, we returned this year to repair my fathers Toyota Sienna. Exceptional work and service. They took care of insurance for us, car rental...whole nine yards! Even cleaned the car afterwarsds to highlight the work done. Top notch auto body. AND across from Liuzzi Cheese...perfect to grab a bite between visits. :)
Very pleased with service. My car three year old sedan in accident and they worked efficiently with my insurance company. Almost $3000 damage but I only paid my deductible.Car looked like new.
So I was across the street from this place getting lunch and I locked my keys in my car. Can’t really explain how except that the battery in my keyfob died and the keys were in the car it was zero degrees outside, I don’t have AAA so I knew I was in a bit of a jam.Someone suggests I try to see if anyone here has a mechanics tool that opens car doors that’s fairly common in auto service and body shops. I know how to open the door if anyone had the right tool. And I would assume any shop that had 10 bays or more would. I was pretty optimistic somebody here would have one.I walk in and there was nobody at the front desk so I offer a couple hellos at an elevated volume toward some open doors in the lobby/office type area. There is a window to the back where you can see all the bays. No big deal, it’s lunch time after all. After a minute or two what I imiagine is a receptionist comes out and offers a curt ‘can I help you’.Here’s where the experience starts to go south. I normally wear a suit to work and I don’t know if this played a role in my experience but I’m wearing a track suit and north face and am pretty dressed down for public but I was only out getting lunch. I explain to the woman I’m locked out of my car (sub zero weather remember) and ask if there might possibly be someone there with the mechanics toolI need. For those that know what im talking about it’s a simple piece of curved metal for specifically for unlocking car doors. Without hesitation she says that there is nothing like that here. I ask if she could maybe check with one of the mechanics bc I’m pretty desperate and would compensate her or her crew for their help. NO she tells me again and is growing rather impatient. Ok no worries and I walked out.So that’s my experience with coach auto body.
Highly recommend Coach Auto Body. Have had three different cars in for various reasons and they have always done a fantastic job, no fuss, no muss, car looks like new and totally cleaned.
Im very pleased with the overall performance of there operation, Pete the manager was spot on with his quote and the workmanship was impeccable definitely have all my business and recommendations
I strongly recommend Coach Auto Body. Ive taken a number of problems to them, and always found them both helpful and resourceful.I discovered Coach in 2007, when my car had been rear-ended, and I didnt care for the way I was treated by North Havens largest (also arrogant and bureaucratic) body shop. Their estimate was high, and presented with a take-it-or-leave-it attitude.Coach is a smaller operation, basically a Mom-and Pop company, but as my Geico adjuster said They do beautiful work. And theyre fast and reasonable. They repaired my ruined hatchback and matched the paint color perfectly.Since then, Ive taken a number of small problems to them (frozen door latch, broken hood spring), which they fixed quickly and much more reasonably than a dealership would have. I went there for advice on a broken seat latch. The owner, Ron, fixed it on the spot. No charge. Glad to help. My wife had a minor scrape on her fender. The shop manager, Pete, came out to look at it, and buffed it out in a few minutes. Again, no charge. These guys are very skillful.Ive always found Pete, Ron, and Jackie, the office manager, pleasant to deal with.Three months ago (June 2015), someone backed into my wifes Prius-C, denting the rear side panel. Coach Auto Body did the repair. There was one problem, though. The paint color on the replaced panel was slightly off from the rear bumper. You wouldnt notice it unless someone pointed it out, but the color was definitely different. This was an odd blue-green color, and the blue-green balance was slightly different from the original. After listening to my wife complain for two months, I brought it back to Coach. Ron asked What would you like me to do? I asked if he could get rid of that color difference. He could, and did. They repainted the whole car, matching the color perfectly. Knowing that repainting is an expensive, painstaking job, I offered to pay for it. No charge. Ron pointed out that Toyota uses 17 different formulas for that particular color, depending on where the car was assembled, and they can be subtly different on the same car.Thats the kind of business Ill always go back to and strongly recommend to friends. As for the person who wrote the ranting, negative review above, I think what happened should be obvious from the tone of the review. If you approach a business with a combative, insulting attitude, even the nicest business owner will walk away from you. I think the problem was with the reviewer, certainly not with the business.
