Additionally, I felt the facility was taking appropriate measures to keep us safe during the pandemic.I would not work with my sales rep again, unfortunately. We are pretty laid back consumers, who did most of our transaction via phone and email prior to arriving. We arrived on time for our appointment and everything was quite clear and straight forward, yet felt our sales rep was watching the clock and pacing the building to leave. It was a bit strange, given how easy we felt wed been as clients. Either way, Id still recommend the facility to others! I am so happy that I found Land Rover in North Haven.After visiting Fairfield Land Rover, where I live, we almost decided not to buy one. It was a dismal experience.We then went to Mercedes, Infiniti, Porsche and BMW but the experience at Land Rover North Haven was the best.Gina was so sweet and prompted me to Bill, who provided me with immeasurable guidance. Ken was determined to help me, and fair in his pricing and negotiations.Most importantly, once we purchased the car, we were treated with excellent service. Bill took me through every aspect of the car, he is truly an expert. We purchased a used 2017 Range Rover Sport from an inferior dealership in MA and had some service issues that needed to be addressed. I cant say enough about Dominick in the Service Department. From the 1st visit, and we had to go there 3 times in a week for different issues with the original dealership, Dominick was more than accommodating and went out of his way to ensure our issues were resolved in a quick and timely manner. Many times he told us to just come in and he would squeeze us in. The dealership was very clean and comfortable. I have to give kudos to Brandon as well as he spent over 45 minutes with us on our first visit to go over all of the options in the vehicle, as the selling dealership had no clue what any of the options were. If you care about your health and your loved ones, avoid Land Rover North Haven at all costs. They are NOT abiding by the states Covid-19 sector rules, not wearing masks, not social distancing, no hand sanitizer anywhere, basically doing nothing to keep you safe. I have filed a complaint with the State, hopefully they will follow through.The service is generally good but you pay top dollar for it, and the least Land Rover can do is ensure the safety of their customers and their employees. Very Disappointed by their attitude, the one service rep especially by the name of Bob seemed very proud of himself as he endangered everyone one around him. You dont see the owners walking around without masks, but when it comes to their employees and you the customer, and your family, they only care bout their dollars. Send these guys a message.

It’s a vehicle that I have always wanted and decided to treat myself to one after I retired from the Marine Corps, and the folks at JLR North Haven provide me with excellent service, especially Amanda Corbett who has been my “service angel”.Being a quality manager in the aviation industry I look for quality in everything I do, at work and in my personal life. Gorgeous show room but Bill was better than the showroom. He was 6 stars great! We did this sale basically over the phone as I drove 3 hours to pick up the car! I leased a demo LR disco 2019. Car was just as Bill described. A few things aren’t in working order-hidden storage compartments behind the stereo won’t open...so totally unusable bc it will not regularly open and your valuables could get stuck in there! AND my check engine light has been on since I drove away. Hoping it goes off soon-maybe just gas cap emissions sensor??My favorite part about your dealership, other than Bill’s pure professionalism, is the little moniker you stick on the back for your dealership. I’ve bought MANY cars and that is the nicest detail I’ve ever seen a dealership use! Love the flag, size, quality, etc! Super classy! I wish you were in the Albany, NY area as our local dealership is awwwwfullll!

Service representatives are rude I dropped my 2014 Land Rover for a check engine just to call them the next day telling me they don’t have me on the system and she was being rude about it, Was going to fix my car there but with this poor service I have decided to take it somewhere else. very unprofessional.

I recently purchased a Jaguar from this dealership. Tim Blue was my project manager for the sale and he guided me through the process from trade in, purchase to delivery. Also he gave me a tour of this modern facility with many conveniences including a lounge, snack bar and large screen tv. The garage repair section was also state of the art. Tim was amazing to work with, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and funny. Not only did he get me a great deal but on delivery he took the time to review my new car with me in great detail . I wanted to take a minute to write about my wife and my experience at this dealership. First of all, we reviewed the car online for about a week because we are from Chicago and would have to fly and drive. We talked to the salesperson, Rich, several times and always got quick responses that met or exceeded our concerns. We flew to North Haven and were immediately picked up by Brad, at the airport, and then driven back to the dealership. Brad talked to us as if we were family and treated us with a great deal of respect and friendship. Rich was our salesman and greeted us at the dealership. I found him to be very pleasant and informative. This dealership is beautiful and they certainly treated us great and wanted us to feel special in every way. I had an idea that we would sign papers and be whisked out of there, having never bought a Jaguar. But Brad had a different idea all together. He showed us every feature in the car, inside and outside to ensure we knew what we were doing and ensuring our driving safety and went over any questions or concern we had. In addition, he hooked up our phones with the Jaguar application and registration so that we had everything we needed. As if that was not enough, they gifted us a bottle of wine, 2 licensed Jaguar key chains and all of the Starbucks coffee we could handle!!In summary, I feel that they went out of their way to make us feel special, had a great experience and were comfortable all the way through the process. If we did not have to leave to drive back to Chicago, I could have sat there all day and talked as I truly felt like part of the family by the time we left.Great deal, great service and a truly great car buying experience. I wish I lived in Connecticut so that they could provide the service as well.The team at this dealership truly appreciates the customer and that was clearly evidenced by how we were treated by everyone, especially Brad.Thanks Jaguar Land Rover of North Haven for making the car buying process not a hassle and actually enjoyable.

Disappointing experience. Chatted online about 2 cars I was interested in. Received a call at 8:30 am from Land Rover and mentioned the cars I was interested in and said I would be there at 9:30 am. Got to the dealership at 9:30 asked for the salesman they told me to ask for and guess what the two cars I was interested in had been sold. Bait and switch? Can’t say for sure but would not visit this dealership again. Luckily for us found what we wanted at another dealer. Would be very careful if you have a particular car in mind as I don’t think this dealership is trustworthy.

Absolutely worst experience I have ever had at any dealership. I bring my car for service about 3x and then they “find” the issue. They “fix” it yet it isn’t fixed. I have called almost everyday for 2 weeks and no return call. I even sent an email asking for someone to return the call. Kathy the “service manager” was rude and condescending. She didn’t even look into her system to see what the car was brought in for. She didn’t seem to care. I don’t know if they do not like servicing veterans (husband was in uniform) or just hate people in general. I am utterly disgusted and truly disappointed.
LR North Haven crew is awesome. I had a terrible experience at LR Fairfield, got service done there and my truck was never the same. I then called N. Haven about issue, with short notice they took care of me right away. Very professional and caring for customer needs.

Highly unprofessional. We made an appointment to come see 2 cars. Let them know we were driving from 2 hours away. We get here to be told one was sold and the other wasn’t on the lot. No courtesy to even call and let us know that the cars weren’t available.
Both Mike G. and Armad H. were outstanding and professional. I stopped in to test drive Range Rover Evoque, they have an impressive inventory on the lot. I had particular features, color and price point in mind, Mike G. quickly searched out the perfect vehicle which happened to be at one of their other locations. The staff picked it up and had it waiting for me the very next morning in North Haven. Armad handled all the paperwork for me. Both were honest, efficient and dependable. A few days later my car was polished, ready and waiting with a full tank of gas...drove out within an hour and the car is amazing! Right on par with the brand Mike and Armad’s level of excellence makes a big difference. I am now a loyal client and they will have my business for years to come. Range Rover North Haven has been the absolute worst car dealership I have ever dealt with if I could give zero stars I would. My 2016 Range Rover Evoque has had a series of electrical and power train problems over the course of 2 years. While decelerating and braking my car will put itself into neutral and will not accelerate. This has happened a hand full of times, and the last instance which was 2 days ago, the car shut itself off and put itself into park in the middle of the roadway in traffic. This has been the most unsafe car to travel in, having it stop on the highway, backroads, bridges, and having no idea if i will make it to my destination without another car rear-ending me. Not only has this been unsafe to travel in, the car has a multitude of electrical issues. On initial start the mirrors will not unfold and stay facing inward until repeated resets have been completed. Along with this the trunk will just open on its own. This even happened in the dealership parking lot as i was trying to leave and they had just told me they were checking to make sure they hadnt left anything in the trunk. 1 miles down the road it opened 3 more times.After repeated attempts to have my car serviced and diagnosed, it was returned to me claiming that there were no codes thrown or any issues with the car. I have been told it is safe to drive away with, but this was from the same person who sent a tow truck to tow my car to the dealership because it was unsafe for them to transport. They have also claimed its operator error and that I dont know how to drive, asking my father to come to the dealership and drive the car with a service manager to see if he knows how to drive the vehicle.From Jim the General Manager to Kathi the Service Manager, to even corporate offices, I have been hung up on, promised return phone calls and claimed they are doing everything they can. However it takes about 10 calls to receive 1 call back. It has been a on going battle with trying to obtain a rental car from them and now they are stating that unless I sign a paper claiming if they find nothing wrong then I have to pay for their rental for me when my car has been to there service department more than 3 times within this year. The latest altercation with Range Rover North Haven, they told me the next time the problem occurs to call roadside assistance instead of trying to contact them for help. I was able to find more information about what was going on with the vehicle after purchasing CARFAX for myself than to try and communicate with an associate at Range Rover North Haven.Extremely disappointed with all parties at Range Rover North Haven with this entire process from day one. I have been lied about the previous work done on the car, I have been told there was no engine codes associated with the vehicle, and even accused of not knowing how to drive the vehicle. They held my car for a month but according to the service report, they stopped working on it 12 days prior to receiving a phone call that my car was ready for pickup. And to top it off after having a good friend of mine run a code reader on the vehicle it came up saying that the last trouble codes were cleared and erased 411 miles ago which is when Range Rover North Haven had my vehicle. So now theres no way for me to tell if there was a problem or if they just erased to issue to cover them selfs. Whatever the reason it is the most untrustworthy situation. This was also when they told me there were no codes or problems or anything to be cleared. A truthful answer, a return phone call and decent help was all I was looking for from day one and now has been resulted to this. THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY VEHICLE, SO DO NOT TELL ME THERE ISNT, BECAUSE WHEN I DRIVE OFF YOUR LOT EVERY SINGLE TIME, I HAVE HAD THE SAME EXACT ISSUES. ACTUALLY THEY HAVE BEEN GETTING CONSIDERABLE WORSE EVERY TIME I PICK MY VEHICLE UP. Be warned before you try and make any deals or purchases with Range Rover North Haven.

I have been going to this dealership the past eight years and they are the worst. I recently took my vehicle there and they will not repair my vehicle because of my extended warranty coverage. They were looking for me to pay additional costs with my extended warranty. They are crooks and their service manager, Kathy is terrible. Would not recommend this dealership at all, please take your vehicle somewhere else to be serviced.
I rarely give bad reviews for any business, and generally think people who do leave them were usually the ones in the wrong, but I have never in my life felt more offended than by this place. First off, I have 15 years in the car business, and many more years buying cars. I inquired online to LR of Guilford and LR of Milford for cars they had available on their website, and LR of Guilford got back to me promptly telling me it had been sold, but they had another coming in, gave me the info on it, and explained what they offer with it. So far so good, it even turned out the person I dealt with also knew a co-worker so it made the process easier and I value that familiarity when making a decision. I let them know I wanted the car, and it wasnt due in for a few weeks, so I offered a $1000 deposit on my credit card, he explained I needed to come in to sign their purchase agreement, no problem, I let them know I would be in on my day off. Next thing I know, I get an email explaining that, because I shopped another dealer as well (apparently they all communicate?) they were unwilling to sell me the car.... YES! They actually refuse to sell a car to a person who shopped another local dealer!! Now, I understand this is a $100k car, and I dont mean to sound pretentious, but I can afford to purchase this car many times over, and to be pre-judged before even entering the dealership is some terrible service, which makes me question if I would even want to spend that much money in this place. I could even see a dealership being a bit suspicious if someone was shopping from 3 states away for a new car they could literally get at any LR dealer, but I live local, am from one town over, and inquired to just the TWO local dealers!! I buy my cars locally always, and usually I make quick decisions. Bottom line, I will not be buying a Range Rover if this is how their dealer network acts toward customers. I have owned Audis, Infinitis, BMWs and never had a dealer treat me this way, and yes I always shopped two dealers to be sure I was getting a fair deal.
