I had been having issues with Walgreens pharmacy so I decided to switch my prescriptions here. The entire pharmacy staff (11/6, Saturday afternoon, Washington Ave location) was friendly and helpful. They were busy, and I saw each patient still being spoken to professionally and treated respectfully. Only one of two of my prescriptions came through to the pharmacy, and the woman who helped me said she would call them and find out why they wouldnt transfer the other since there were refills. She took my information, ran the one that was sent over through my insurance, and it was ready in seconds. It was so nice to have people want to help, and not have to tell them what they need to do for a change. Got a message a couple hours later that my other RX was ready for pick up. Absolutely amazing experience. Will be getting all my prescriptions filled here going forward. Thank you for making it easy!

Just awful! Tried to call for two hours after they messed up a prescription and after several prompts a recorded voice repeatedly tells me we cant take your call and hangs up!!! This pharmacy needs to have their license revoked! Run as fast as you can to find an efficient pharmacy and tell your health care provider to rid themselves of this horrific pharmacy!!

I just switched to a new RX company and switched from mail order to pick up at CVS. I had to call to update my insurance information and was promptly assisted by JP. He was very quick and efficient adding my insurance plan information and updating my account. Great service JP. Thank you!

Horrible! Long lines. Constantly new people who have no clue what they are doing. Constant errors in scripts. Suddenly CVS is putting 30 days on each script, even a 1 time dose, to the require a higher copay. This is done by CVS not ins company. They refill meds early despite being told not to do auto refill. They lose scripts. Im now without meds for several days, again, due to their screw up. Ask to speak to a pharmacist and get told theres none there, at 9am on a friday! Never use this pharmacy!!!

Wonderful pharmacy! Prescriptions are always on time. They even call to sinc all our prescriptions so we do t have to pick them up one at a time. Very happy!

By far the most incompetent staff and pharmacists in the area. They gave my child a controlled medication, luckily we caught the mistake and didn’t give it. look alike sound alike medication this is something even the least knowledgeable pharmacist should know. Called corporate and nothing, they could have killed my child. The Pharmacist still works there, they blamed the Dr.s writing, but for a child the medication and dosage should have set off an alarm. High dose and not a medication a child would be prescribed, and if it was for some reason it should have been doubled checked with the prescriber. Also the medication that he was on for a year that sounds alike should of set off a alarm also.

Customer service is fine but literally every time I have to pick up a script the line is 15 people deep and it moves so slow. They should really have more people working during busy times it’s ridiculous.

The woman named CAROL with brown and tan glasses was EXTREMELY rude !!!! I said hello to her and she just stood there. Not to sound racist but she was happy and jolly with the white woman in front of me. And was nasty to ME and I spoke to her and she said nothing ! HORRIBLE customer service

This pharmacy always has an issue with my medication. After calling the doctor, and insurance it was clearly the pharmacy error. Also, the CVS in Target right across town has way better service.

They always, always, always mess up on our medicine. They fill the wrong scripts, fill scripts that ran out of refills without asking and call all the time when nothing is ready. Hate that I have to go here.

I had a lovely gentleman answer my questions on epinephrine for my son. Unfortunately they were out of generic epinephrine and the Auvi-q was going to cost me over $5,000 out of pocket which I still cannot even understand. But he luckily had an Epi Pen pack return since no one came to pick it up. He told me it would be ready by 1pm on Wednesday. Fast forward to tonight when I was 7 cars deep in the drive through lane (I had one of my sons in the car) and 30 minutes later we pull up to the window and the technician tells me that his prescription is not filled and it would be another 15 minutes. I almost lost my mind. Instead of waiting again in a long drive through lane I went inside where I was able to view their poor customer service telling customers that they are “so busy” and have to “fill so many prescriptions”. This has not been my first experience with a prescription refill issue or having to listen to all the excuses why there is an issue with your medication. Our insurance only allows us to receive our medication through CVS. So I thank you CVS for making me look like a crazy lady today! A compete crazed woman!!

Terrible....my Dr called in a script I needed immediately. When I got there 90 minutes later, they told me it was never called in ...and I had not been there in 2 years. I was then instructed to call my Dr. I called my Dr who did indeed call. As a matter of fact Ryan said the same thing to her. She has not been here in 2 years you must have the wrong pharmacy. Well she did not. I however do. i will not be returning. while i am a healthy person and probably have not had a script in 2 years i have shopped there. i will not in the future. When i returned..Ryan did not even alologize. clearly they are not interested in my business. i guess CVS only serves people with chronic conditions not healthy people.

Terrible service! They deserve not even a quarter of a star for a rating. First of all they have the information for my daughter, wrong address and wrong insurance, clearly that is not my daughter. Had me wait for a long time, and gave me the wrong meds?! Hadnt i read what they gave me, my daughter will be taking the wrong meds and never apologized at all. One of the worker who there named Suraj Patel do not deserve to work there, very unprofessional have the audacity to yell at me across the room. ARE YOU KIDDING??? How are you still standing behind that counter if you treat your clients like that?! Will never come back there again!

AWFUL!!!!!!! 80% of my scripts never in stock have to be ordered staff so unhelpful, even the caremark rep I got involved got frustrated and told me to send scripts to another CVS.
