I love my counters! The team at Affordable Granite is AMAZING! Scott, took great care of me. I was able to stay in budget, despite all the barriers we ran into when picking out the final materials. Then, the installation day came, and boy was that smooth! Marcio and his co-worker, were true professionals. Marcio did the seams and you can’t even see them! From beginning to end, the entire experience with them was nothing less that fantastic. If I had to do countertops again, I would use them in a heartbeat. Customer Service disappeared ever since Camela left. We bought $7,000 worth of countertops just 7 months ago and there are chips forming in several places. An older gentleman up front does not care about customer satisfaction and basically washed his hands. We’ve spent $10,000+ in 2 years with affordable granite and referred many people to them, plus we’re on the verge on closing another investment but I guess we’ll start taking our business elsewhere. So sad to see how business 101 is completely not understood, jeopardizing future business simply because they do not want to support a loyal customer.

We went with affordable granite because of the good reviews we read and it was the best decision to chose them! The countertop is beautiful and spot on. We went with the blanco azzuro granite and its amazing. Josh was a great guy to work with and set us up the whole way through. We would definitely recommend affordable granite for countertops.

Affordable Granite recently installed granite in my new kitchen. From start to finish, the process was seamless. Isabella and Camylla were very helpful and knowledgeable. There was no pressure to rush us in making a selection, especially since this was our first time dealing with a natural stone. Template was professionally done by Clayton and he was phenomenal. He has been working with stone for many years and was well prepared for all our questions and concerns. I was even able to go back to the shop the day after and layout my template on the stone to decide where the natural patterns should fall on our counters. Install was also directed by Clayton. It went very smoothly with all pieces fitting perfectly and looking beautiful. Thank you for such a positive experience. Highly recommended. Great value and exceptional service.

Affordable Granite has extremely poor customer service and I would not recommend them to anyone. We had our countertops removed buy a third party the evening prior to the installation date they provided to us. On the day of the installation we were informed that their saw was broken therefore our countertops were not cut to size and couldnt be installed. They were unable to tell us when the installation would happen leaving us with no sink or countertops for an undetermined period of time.

They did my counters today. The install people were wonderful prompt and did a fantastic job. The only issue I have is when the people came out to quote the job no one told me I needed to have my plumbing disconnected from the sink. So I had to climb under my sink and disconnect the plumbing 6 months pregnant so I could get my counters put in definitely wasnt happy about that! Again the install itself was wonderful and those guys were great.

I am an obvious anomaly. None the less my rating is based on my experience. My job was fairly large with a significant kitchen, pantry and 3 bathrooms. Initial contact was great as was the designer. My problems was with the install. The original pantry was in two matching pieces. The installers broke one initial piece during install and replaced with a mismatched piece. One, non complex, bathroom counter was supposed to be one piece however they seamed it together. Install workmanship was poor given the issues. The monetary compromise was laughable and the offer to replace was after a $1,000 backsplash was complete and $500. in plumbing. Very, very disappointing after spending over $12,000 - also in Yelp.

This is a family business, so they truly were accommodating and professional. They called and were on time for every appointment. Very nice ladies helped us select stone and the owner helped with affordable pricing -- this business truly lives up to its name! Quality installation and beautiful quartz and granite selections.

Affordable Granite did both my mother and aunts kitchen during their recent updates. Bruno and his team were fantastic - they were professional, knowledgeable, and flexible every step of the way. Bruno was very patient with my indecisive aunt, giving her multiple samples, and taking great care and time showing her slabs. My family loved the finished product, and plan on using Affordable Granite for their bathrooms next!

The person who came out to do the measurements was very professional and friendly, so were the workers when we visited the show room. A lot of transparency in the pricing, I felt I knew exactly how much I would have to pay. I did not yet complete my countertop project! I’m pricing with Lowe’s and their per square foot price is lower, still trying to determine their overall all in price. It’s between Lowe’s and your company. Still undecided.

These guys do great work! They came out the same day to take measurements for my kitchen counter and I had it installed about a week later. They were super nice folks from start to finish and the job came out great.

It was a very bad winter day when they came to install besides the very challenging space. They took their time to calculate, measure and make sure they could install the granite in one peace. I just had Bruno from Affordable Granite fabricated and installed new granite in our kitchen. Their staff was very professional and patient with us throughout the process. They had to come back and take a second template when we changed our minds and had a different kitchen configuration. The Installation crew was very professional and on time. Bruno was very knowledgeable when came to different stones. It was pretty neat to see their drawings on the Ipad. Overall, We are very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend Affordable Granite.

They arrived on time and did such great work on our rental that we asked them if they could look at our cracked granite in our home. They made time to come over that same day. They suggested two things either fix what was cracked but the warned it would happen again or replace the broken piece and change the sink which was the route cause of the crack. We chose to replace the piece and they gave us a free sink. I absolutely would highly recommend them and have to several of my friends already.

We were very happy overall with the templating and installation. They listened to what we were trying to do (this was a new counter design from what I previously had, including a curved bar top) and did a great job creating what we were looking for.

Obviously, I am not my granddaughter Chloe, but I am her grandfather! Chloe was with me when we went to A/G to look for a slab of granite for a counter top. All of the other suppliers we visited required a minimum of much more square footage than I needed for this job. The folks at A/G took care of that situation and allowed me the amount of granite I needed at that time. What a relief!! Not only did I get wat I needed, but the price was well within my budget as was the record time of finishing the piece, I required. To me, this is was customer service is about. My kitchen countertops came out beautifully and Affordable Granite completed the job exactly the way I envisioned it. I had spoken with many stone suppliers and fabricators over a two-month period prior to deciding exactly what material (granite/marble/quartz, I chose quartz) and which fabricator I would use. Working with Camylla and Oriana in the office made the process easy and Clay (templator/installer) and another professional installer did an amazing job and took their time to ensure the project came out right. Very happy with the results and I would definitely use them again.

TL;DR: Better, cheaper, and quicker than I would have gotten with the big box stores!I just had Affordable Granite come by yesterday to put in quartz counter tops. The sales room is nice but not over the top, and I think its better to skimp on the show and put that $ into savings or service, and that they do. Sales women were good with phone calls and responding to my questions. 3cm standard quartz from a large selection, Heavy gauge sink w/ installs were included and some standard rounding/cornering. Price beat big box out of the water by a few hundred easily. They came to take a template and my wife said they were in and out in under 20 minutes. She got a matching 4 backsplash option and price bump was reasonable. They made a small recommendation to fix the cut wall next to the cabinets to help with leveling before they came. I did have a gripe that I had not heard from them for a week about scheduling, but I am not sure who was at fault. Install came sooner than I was expecting, a good problem. Scheduled time for the two tops, back-splash, and a wall cap was 2 hours.The guys came early (better than late). Both were very friendly and they introduced themselves and had name-tags. an they finished in just over an hour! They had to cut the holes for the sink and soap, trimmed the backspash to fit a wall outlet, rounded a corner on the spot, and helped me trim a 2x4 that I had forgotten about! talked to my wife about aftercare, cure times, and they sealed everything in various caulk/epoxy. I missed the last half of install but its level within 1/4 inch over 3 feet and looks great. That and they loved my dog and took pictures with him. Super guys!

The worst customer service ever, they kept me waiting two weeks then they said oh it will take another two weeks because we wont start without a deposit! How can i know that if they dont say anything? The lady I talked too was so rude would not even let me talk.

In a nutshell: outstanding service and quality.We went to check out Affordable Granite based on a few reviews, and particularly because it was mentioned that they have a very fast turnaround from template to installation. We were on a very tight schedule with certain aspects of our whole-house renovation because we had a firm move-in date and needed a functioning kitchen. Affordable Granite delivered on absolutely everything we needed, and were completely respectful, professional, and friendly through the whole process -- and I ask a lot!Our cabinet installer was one day off in his time estimation and needed an extra half day to finish. With only a few hours notice, Sara rescheduled our template appointment to allow the extra time to install cabinets without delaying our granite fabrication another week.Next, they worked very patiently with me until I felt completely satisfied with the layout. We have a tricky kitchen, with a large peninsula instead of an island, which necessitated a 90 degree turn without messing up the movement (similar to grain in wood) of the stone pattern. And we had chosen a pattern with a very definite movement direction. I was really worried about visibility of the seams, and I must say, they did a BRILLIANT job of laying out the template to make the seams visibly almost non-existent. One seam is simply invisible because they placed both sides within a section of pattern with minimal movement. For the other seam, in a spot of fairly high visibility, they lined up the elements of the granite in such a way that the movement pattern continued perfectly gracefully across the seam, and even created an interesting figure that looks like its a natural part of the granite! Every person who was invited in to see the counters after installation could not find the seams by visual inspection; they all had to find them by running their hands along and feeling for them.Affordable Granite has a one week turnaround from template to install. On top of that, we needed each of these tasks to be accomplished on a particular day, since we had one week between cabinet installation and the last day the plumber could install the sink before we had to move in. Again, Sara came through for us (shes an amazing office manager, warm and friendly, knows her stone and her business, and super helpful and has fast communication responses). She scheduled us for the first installation of the day, at the earliest possible moment after fabrication was completed, so that we could have the plumber come in that evening to put in the sink.The installers included the same guys (very professional) who did the templating. Bruno, the owner, really knows his business, and knows how to deliver on all the details that make for a truly high quality outcome. (I worked for a high-end interior designer for a while, and Im very particular about details.) He personally helped with laying out the template on the stone. And he came to my house to oversee the trickiest part of the installation and make sure everything came out to my satisfaction, including taking care to tread lightly in my home.One final comment: when I first went to their stone yard, my first impression caused me some definite hesitation. They were kind of hard to find and their yard was small. I thought I would need to go to the giant wholesalers yard to pick my stone, and have Bruno do the fabrication. But it turned out that Affordable Granite has a really good selection of stone, despite being a small yard. I was expecting the same cheaper, boring patterns as big box stores, but that was not what I found. I found a gorgeous variety of very interesting granite right in their small yard that fit my design beautifully. So while they dont have everything under the sun, their small selection is surprisingly well curated.We had an outstanding experience, start to finish, with this small business, who delivered excellence in all the ways that really count.
