We ordered steps for pickup in north haven ctBut when we tried to fit into my wifes car it was too big. Rather than bring our bigger car to store The person who helped us suggested it would be under $20 to ship. The shipping totaled about $130. Very unhappy using graingers

I ordered an item online and it had a pick up date of September 28th. When I called on the 29th I was informed that the item is back ordered and will not be in stock until January. Never received an email indicated me the item was on back order. Now I wasted nearly 3 weeks where I could have ordered the item somewhere else. Very poor customer communication. Okay
