Absolutely horrific experience in this office. The consultant is very rude and makes no effort to make the patient a priority. Speaks to people as if they are beneath him. When asked if I could speak to his office manager he slammed the phone down. Not a place I want my elderly parents and family going to.

Amazing! This was the most educational, enlightening, inspirational hour I have spent in a long time. I dont have a hearing loss. I am a tutor. I have tutored and my tutors have tutored children who had delayed reading skills and sometimes speech. Now I understand many of these may have had hearing loss also. 8 years ago a study linked dementia with hearing loss. (My opinion = maybe detection of small losses in hearing could prevent dementia!) Kyle is passionate in his profession and the ability to help varying degrees of hearing loss. The new technology is incredible!
