My experience was exceptional! Amanda did an amazing job landing me the exact car I was looking for with the perfect price tag. Manny in leasing was great too! A really great team who know what theyre doing and what theyre talking about! Very knowledgeable about the industry and the cars theyre selling. I highly recommend these guys!
Always a great deal great customer service very reasonable MSRP Big thanks to beloved and Nico
Ariana was so helpful and made the car buying process quick and painless! She met everyone of my requests and allowed me to test drive multiple cars from different executive locations so I wouldn’t have buyers remorse. She was so pleasant to work with !
I wanted to leave a quick review. I met with Kenneth a couple of weeks ago and I wanted to lease a vehicle. He showed me the Jeep Cherokee (which I was there for) and the Nissan Rogue. I was leaving town the following day but took his number to reach out when I returned. I visited a few other dealerships when I returned and got an offer that I communicated to Kenneth to find out if he could beat it. He told me it was a good deal and I should take it, which I did. I was very impressed with Kenneth because he was honest with me and didnt beat around the bush. Anyone would be lucky to do business with him!
I had such a great experience here! Amanda was really nice, she wasn’t pushy at all, just super helpful. Definitely ask to see her if you’re car shopping!!
I bought a Grand Jeep Cherokee a couple of weeks ago at Jeep in North Haven and the experience was fantastic. We worked with Arianna and Nick, they were thoughtful, knowledgeable and accommodating. We felt comfortable with the team the moment we walked in all the way through the process of buying and picking up the car. They are so professional and friendly, I would 100% recommend their dealership and team to my friends and family. We love our Jeep and we loved our experience buying it there as well. Thank you very much!!
Do not buy a car here, do not get your car serviced here. I had an issue with me radio In in my lease and they told me that there was nothing they could do. After talking to Jeep cares, they told me that there was in fact an update for my radio that would fix the issue. After calling this dealership back and questioning them, they Ignored me and wouldnt even return my calls. I called Jeep of Milford and gave them my VIN and information and within an hour they told me that there WAS an update for my radio. These people clearly have no idea what they are doing, and they refuse to listen to the customer and made me feel like I was crazy and allowed me to drive a car that was unsafe because they Insisted they were right.
Today I purchased a used 2018 Chrysler 300 from Executive Jeep and had an amazing experience. The service was very quick compared to other dealers and the staff over at executive were down to earth and very helpful. I got an amazing deal, and all cosmetic issues fixed before pickup. I worked directly with Arianna to get the car of my dreams and I cannot express how amazing the service was. I highly recommend getting your next car at Executive Jeep!
Executive lost a lease of a new Cherokee plus a purchase in cash of a pre owned Wrangler. Stood on the sales floor over a half hour, not one person approached me to see if I had been helped. Plenty of people walked by and looked. Lunch arrived and they all ran to get lunch leaving me and others waiting. Finally gave up. Guess I will find another dealership.
The managers I dealt with were so unprofessional, the only one who was cool was beloved, shoutout to that brother for real. Honestly next time they come off like that its going to be a bigger issue no cap. Shoutout Blaize too!!
As always service was good everyone was very friendly.
Avoid this dealer if possible. They low ball your trade in and refuse to negotiate their sticker prices. Some of the sales people seem unmotivated to sell. There are many other Jeep and Nissan dealers in CT that treat their customers better
I bought a brand new Jeep grand Cherokee from this dealership and while the sales rep that helped me was great the service side of things was a disaster and I will never return to the dealership again. Over four years of me owning this car there have been many different terrible service experiences. In addition I purchased an extended warranty from the dealership which is honored by Mopar (Jeep) and they continuously say that things that break in my car can’t be warranted and I have to pay for when it says explicitly in writing that it’s under warranty and when I bring it to other dealerships they cover it. Go to one of the other thousand Jeep dealerships in the state. They will take your money and not stand by anything they do.
Ended up going here again we couldnt work out a price my credit took a hit during covid nonetheless the salesman was great I believe his name was Justin Allen they tried the price was just a little out of my range no big deal wont stop me from going back once I work on everything a little bit look forward to getting another car in the spring when I have more of a down payment
I was mailed coupons for oil change and 20 off 100$. They would not accept although they were in date and for executive Nissan and jeep. I was later ask to email them the coupons I did all that and have gotten no response to this point. It’s pretty easy to take 20$ off for a regular customer. May try barberinno in wallingford I may have the name wrong. Just know your billl at executive is going to be 50 percent higher than u think every time.
Great Service, Justin was a really big help in the purchase of my new 2018 Nissan Sentra.
From the beginning to the end the customer service was 5 stars. Charles G. was kind and not pushy which is what I look for. He asked for my must haves and made sure they were checked off as we explored the vehicle I inquired about. His manager Luis introduced himself and the pair where dynamic. If your looking for a vehicle, stop in and ask for Charles G., his patience and level of attentiveness is whats needed during any car buying process.
Justin Ramos and Patrick were AMAZING!!!!!! PHENOMENAL SERVICE, I GOT MY FIRST CAR ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I was buying out my Jeep lease and hoped for a seamless transaction. I found John in the Finance Department to be condescending, and disrespectful. He treated me as if I didnt have a clue about car buying & credit. He told me that he called banks and got them to match our already approved credit union rate. Id asked if he tried to get us the best APR, when in a nasty voice, he said, well, do you EVEN know you and your husbands credit scores? He was mistaken, I am well versed in this topic. He was shocked when I called him on his chauvinistic attitude. As a car buyer, and a woman, I will not tolerate such behavior from anyone, especially someone in the customer service industry. He did EVENTUALLY apologize, AFTER he tried to justify his actions. Having to complete the transaction with Jason, I was disappointed again. Knowing Id had a terrible experience, one would think hed try to make things right by trying to accommodate our schedule. NOPE! Id even offered to meet with John to get this done sooner rather than later. John was conveniently unavailable. Im terribly discussed, especially because when my husband went to pick up paperwork, he overheard John saying to Jason, Thats the lady that yelled at me! How unprofessional was that? I didnt yell. I did however raise my voice at Jason in utter aggravation when he said, well this deal would have been done if you 2 could get along! WHAT? ARE YOU SERIOUSLY SHAMING & BLAMING ME FOR STANDING UP FOR MYSELF? No thanks, Ill never buy from here again. I didnt appreciate this at all. This experience was very upsetting and ruined the whole experience of buying my Jeep.*I will say on a positive note, Alberto from Service was kind and understanding. Thank you Alberto.
Wilson A. is great! He sold me my third Nissan, a beautiful certified used Altima in pristine condition. The sales manager Luis was also very helpful in the decision making process. Together they made transitioning into my new car easy! Definitely recommend!
From 5 star dealership to 5 star ripoff!Look to be trying to make up for lost business due to pandemic by ripping off customers now.Brought in car for leak in tire. Was told it was stem valve. Replaced and charged us $212. Leak still there next day. Brought back they found nail in tire. When I asked for some credit towards replacement tire since we were sold a valve stem for no reason the SERVICE MANAGER said they would give me $20 off if I bought TWO tires! Left and went to Townfair. Saved $100 off price of tire dealer quoted me!!!! Also found out valve stem replacement was huge rip off at $212!!! For a few bucks they now lost thousands in revenue since we will no longer take the jeep we bought there to them for service nor our other car! Short sited business view. Was a service manager myself for 20 years and can tell you that was handled incredibly poorly and will cost them more then they know. And if they did this to a loyal customer who has been with them for five years they have done to others and are losing more business than they know.
Was looking for a new (or slightly used) truck. My search brought me to Executive Jeep Nissan, who appeared to have the best value, and the lifetime powertrain warranty put it over the top. My sales rep, Blaize, was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs from beginning to end. The sales managers, Luis and Francisco, and the business manager Rick were pleasures to work with. They all worked hard in different capacities to earn my business, make me feel great about my purchase, and make me a loyal customer. I would definitely do business with this team again!
I tagged along with my best friend Andrew during his car purchase here and Iam very impressed with the service ! We were greeted in the showroom by Luis Rivera (Manager) he was very nice, professional and informative with all the info we needed on a Lease Buyout !MAKE SURE YOU SEE LUIS BEFORE TURNING IN YOUR LEASE (he’s upfront and honest)Looking forward to my purchase here in a couple months !
Ended up canceling the purchase of a 2017 Pacifica from this dealership. I spent about 15 minutes typing out why, but hit my back button like a fool. Anyway, these guys promised me on 4 different occasions that theyd call me back, but didnt. Every time Id call, they had no idea who I was or that I was purchasing a vehicle from them. I honest to God was contemplating the logistics behind the possibility of the whole process being a scam to get the $500 deposit out of me, thats how bad it was. 2 stars because when I called the second time this morning, my man (cant remember his name) remembered my name. Good luck with your purchase.
I was COMPLETELY disrespected by Francisco, one of the MANAGERS at this dealership!!He spoke to me in a way I wouldn’t speak to my worst enemy including “look me in the eyes, give me the respect I deserve”I will NEVER purchase a car from this dealership again.Totally disgusting.
My husband and I purchased two vehicles from Executive Auto Group. Our experience at Executive Chevy with Ed when purchasing our Silverado was great. Then 10 months later we returned to Executive Jeep to purchase a Grand Cherokee. Our salesman Craig was excellent and very professional, he made this buying experience a pleasure. We cant say enough good things about the entire Executive Auto Group Team. They treated us like family! We would highly recommend this dealership!
Arianna Rivera was an AWESOME sales person. I was searching high and low for a manual Jeep Gladiator in a certain trim and color. Not easy to find! She was extremely attentive to my specifications for the vehicle and even went out of her way to suggest another color that she knew would be close to my original request. She was always patient, cheerful, knowledgeable and very diligent.
Jason, service manager, was very helpful and courteous. Shop did a good job.
Customer service is fine in the store (sometimes), but the problems come later. Like the LITERALLY thousands of dollars of hidden fees that they never discuss which came TWO MONTHS later. Avoid this place at all costs, go to Branhaven instead.
Had a very good first car buying experience with Craig. I went in knowing what I wanted and he didn’t push anything on me. Everyone who helped was very helpful and very professional. For buying my first car this was definitely a great experience and I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle! Thank you guys at executive jeep and thank you Craig for your help! You were awesome!
In November I set out to find the Jeep I have always wanted. My neighbor had recently purchased a Jeep from Executive and I followed his recommendation. They set me up with my Sales rep Taylor who went the extra mile to help me find my dream Jeep which we had to custom order. She kept me in the loop and was always available to answer questions. I was having a car buying experience of a life time. When the Jeep came in I rushed down to finish the paperwork and take possession thats when this dream turned into a nightmare. After Taylor took me around the Jeep she handed me off to Jason from financial. First off he lied to me and told me vin etching is required by law. I questioned it but signed on the dotted law, thus paying for it. When I looked it up and saw it was not he changed his story and said I had misunderstood. (So if your going here you can ellect to not get vin etching and save yourself $300 dollars)Then on the contract he had down $18,000. and not $18,500. (I had put $1000 down when I ordered the Jeep and brought a bank check for $17,500 when I came to pick it up) Which he did fix after I pointed it out but what if I had not noticed? Was it a mistake? Mabey but in money attention to detail is of the utmost importance and after being lied to I was no on guard and feeling a touch taken advantage of. It was a huge stain on what had been an amazing experience. So Executive Jeeps sales team is the best you wont have anything to worry about with them. I can say with confidence they will make sure you do have the best car shopping experience you have ever had.But when you get to the financial side of things you will want to make sure they have not lifed your wallet when your not looking.
I had a great experience at Executive Jeep. There was no pressure and Dennis was very transparent. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He took the time to go over the vehicle with me when I picked it up. I will definitely recommend Executive Jeep to friends and family in the future.
My car buying experience was excellent. My salesperson Phil Simone was helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. His expertise with the product line was impressive and I would highly recommend you take your Nissan and Jeep needs to this dealership.
Great service! Class act! Mike was our salesman and everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!
If I could give less than 1-star, I would. Absolute worst experience in trying to lease a car. Felt like I had to chase them down to get a straight answer on pricing then at the last minute they increased what they were asking for by $50/month, followed by ignoring my phone call. They say they pride themselves on their transparency but that couldnt be further from the truth. All they care about is getting every cent out of you that they can; which I can understand up to a point but, if this is how they act up front, I cant imagine having to deal with them/chase them down if anything ever went wrong. Dont waste your time, money, or the aggravation from having to deal with them. If youre really set on buying a Jeep, look to another unaffiliated dealership. Im sure the extra commute would be well worth it, as its hard to imagine any dealership being worse.
The worst customer experience I have ever had. I bought a Jeep here in December (certified pre owned) and in early June a problem came about that would have started without me knowing it before I got the car. Something that should NEVER have worn down that quickly, but was of course “not under warranty” and it was going to be a $1000 bill when I had had ONE oil change so far, meaning I had barely driven the car! So much for the certified inspection that is supposed to catch everything before they sell you the car. After contacting them and asking them to please fix it, they put us through hoops, wasted our time, ignored phone calls completely, salesmen, managers, you name it. In the end they wouldn’t do a thing for us! Not even share just some of the cost. They would not do what was RIGHT even though when I bought the car they acted like the nicest people. I would NEVER recommend anyone ever purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Once they sell you that car they don’t care at all.
I recently bought my truck from executive Jeep Nissan and could not be happier with the communication, service and effort they showed me. They adapted to my needs and understood I was not in a rush to purchase as my lease still had about 7 months left. They took the time to find exactly what I wanted and the right payments. I wish we bought my wifes car from them My experience with other dealers have not been good. I really appreciate Dennis and Rich and all the hard work they did!!!!
Things went very smooth, only took 1 hour for oil change and tire rotation
Purchasing a vehicle from a no-haggle type dealership was a new experience for me. It turned out to be an easy and enjoyable experience. I particularly enjoyed working with our sales person Maurizio. He was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. In fact, when I posed questions to him via text he responded within minutes. He was always accessible and took the time to answer our questions and insure that we were comfortable with his answers. What really pleased me is that Maurizio took the time to follow up with us after the purchase on multiple occasions to ensure that things were going well with our new vehicle. I would definitely recommend Executive. I would especially recommend working with Maurizio!
Ive leased a couple cars from.them and always use them for service. Their customer service has always been excellent.
I would give 0 stars for their customer service if I could. My son purchased his first car from them. After searching online for what he wanted it lead us here. After having an appt another salesman had an appt for the same vehicle later in the day. After finding out we were there he quickly called his appt to come down and make an offer so we would lose out on the truck and he would get his sale. Once You purchase the vehicle and drive off the lot your done. Never a return phone call No matter what you need. Even left messages with management and owners son not one return call BUYER BEWAREREPONSE TO MANAGEMENTFunny how you respond now. You were one of the people I called and left a few messages with. You didn’t respond to any of those calls and messages I left.
Nice friendly people. Very helpful.
I want to give a shout out to Jonathan in the Service Department! He’s been nothing but amazing with my service needs. He is an example of what good customer service is and should be. Thank you Jonathan and Executive Jeep! You have another customer
In the end, they are good guys! Lost the chip key to my 2004 Jeep Cherokee. Initially they followed the wrong diagnostic workup and misdiagnosed the problem, and they told me I needed some expensive repairs to the computer skim module, totaling ~ $550, which did not fix the problem. The problem was fixed after the called Jeep STAR (which they should have done sooner, before performing the $550 of parts and labor) -- they learned they needed to use a different chip key part. I reviewed the service notes and was concerned that they were billing me for extra work that shouldnt have been done in the first place, so I spoke with a service desk manager at ANOTHER dealership, who helped me understand the mistakes that Executive Jeep made, and helped me understand that I was owed a refund. It took several attempts before theyd let me speak with the service desk supervisor at Executive, but eventually Frank got back to me and helped fix the situation. In the end, they refunded me the cost of the unnecessary parts and labor. Wish theyd been more honest up-front, but I understand they have to try to make money where they can .
Hands down the best experience buying a new vehicle. We have previously purchased 17 vehicles through 8 different dealerships. Executive Jeep/Nissan in North Haven was by far the most customer oriented, knowledgeable, and professional. Sales consultant John Bogdan is a true professional and gentlemen. He was a major factor in our decision to utilize this dealership. Christopher Arena, who handled the business aspect of the process, was incredibly helpful and provided sound guidance. A sincere and non-hyped thank you.
Had a great time buying my new car.
The buying experience went very smooth but I will never recommend this dealership. They asked for a refundable $500 deposit to locate the car. I received the over a month ago and never received my deposit back . I am still waiting for it and also they gave me the wrong manual for my car. I had to create a ticket with Jeep Corporate and dispute the charge on my credit card and request a correct manual. I was very patient sending multiple texts and calls to the sales rep, sales lead Francisco, and finance person Jason. NO RESPONSE. Francisco called me, finally after I complained to the secretary, and assured he would have a check for me on Monday morning, I am typing this on Thursday and they never reached out to me ! Ive wasted valuable time and I am very frustrated with the dealerships lack of follow up and disregard for a New Jeep Owner. I would suggest taking your business to a different dealership. Its the little things, like this, that make the difference and they are handling completely wrong. Positive side, I love my Jeep.Update 48 hours since Nicks comment: Its been 48 hours and you were so concerned that you never looked up my information, never reached out to me and never returned my phone call that you told me to leave in your message!! No resolve still. The dealership still has my deposit and no manual. NO RESPONSEUpdate 5 days since Scott Orsini the GMs comment and 5 weeks since I was promised my deposit back and manual . I have called and left two messages for Scott and left my name with the front secretary and explained I left the google review and Scott asked me to reach out . NO RESPONSE. NO CALLBACK and I still havent been refunded my money or received a manual. If this dealership cared and showed the concern they had in their response, shouldnt I have received a call from them by now?NOT ONE CALL OR MESSAGE. They are saying they owe me but not reaching out or returning calls. At this point I may take legal action if this isnt resolved by this week.Scott it’s been a week and you haven’t called back. I guess it’s not that important as you claim in your response. I’m still owed 500 and a manual. Worst customer service experience of my life.Scott it has been 3 weeks, are you ever going to call? Also, the manual still hasnt arrived. Where is it coming from?
Nice people.
My husband and I drove about 1 1/2 hours to Executive Jeep to look at a specific low mileage 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee CPO we saw listed online. Though we went into the dealership optimistic we would walk out with the vehicle, we unfortunately had a pretty disappointing experience. When we first arrived we were told that the vehicle had been sitting in the lot but got a flat tire so we would need to wait for the tire replacement before our test drive. This seemed a little odd, but we figured that maybe someone had gotten the flat during a test drive, so we said we would wait, not a big deal. However, the first question we asked our salesman was why the vehicle (which had been leased from March to July) was returned so early to the dealership with only 2,011 miles on it. We wanted to make sure there weren’t any issues with the car which required a trade assist. We were informed that they got in over their heads with the car payment (I believe related to COVID) and did a voluntary repo but that the car only had the 2,011 miles on it, had been certified and was like new. This all sounded fine to us, and confirmed what they had told us on the phone before we decided to come in and see it.We finally had the opportunity to test drive the car and to our surprise, the odometer read almost 5,000 miles. We checked the VIN number to make sure it was the correct vehicle, and it was. There was a 3,000 mile difference. Not only that, but the salesman had reiterated earlier that day and on the phone that it only had the 2,011miles on it. We questioned it and he was taken aback. The first response was that “it was being driven around and taken on test drives”. That answer would have made sense if it was a 50-100 mile difference, but I don’t know what made him think we would believe that test drives added 3,000 miles to a car in the course of only 1 month. We pressed further and he finally told us that the vehicle was being used as a demo and an employee had been using it as their car. This also explained the cologne, gum and change we saw in the center console while test driving it.The vehicle was already listed a little high (of course this is typical at a dealership so you need to negotiate), however that price was based on the car having only a single owner and 2,011 miles. In addition, it was a CPO based on that 2,011 miles, not 5,000. They had put more miles on the car since it was turned in than it had even been certified on. We told them that if this was going to work they needed to adjust the price accordingly and the only thing they were willing to do was remove 25 cents per mile over the 2,011. Once that car was used as a demo the value dropped significantly and it doesn’t just have to do with the number of miles. We told him that we could get a new version of the car for not much more than what they were asking for this vehicle and he said “not a chance”. Well, we purchased a NEW vehicle (the same one) at a different dealership the next day and we got it for only about $1,500 more. The thing that frustrated us the most about this experience was the dishonesty and clear intention of deception. That vehicle was not only misrepresented online but also on the phone before coming in AND when we took time out of our day to see it in person. In addition, if they want to consider selling it as a CPO in the future they need to do a completely new inspection and certification report. You cannot inspect and certify something at 2,011 miles and then try to use that same inspection report and certification at 5,000 miles. This is also no longer a car with just a one previous owner, you now have it being driven around as an employee’s vehicle as a demo. For these reasons, even if they had given us a more realistic price on the car we still would have walked away. You cannot expect to be that dishonest with a potential client and then have them turn around and decide to give you their money and trust that everything else would be handled correctly. I recommend going elsewhere if you can, we will never return to this dealer.
Got my new car!!!!! They even delivered it to my house! Thank you everyone over at Executive Jeep Nissan! Everyone at this executive Jeep Nissan were off the charts with doing everything they can for their customers and exceeded every expectation! I’d come back and buy 100 more cars from you guys!To anyone looking for a new/used vehicle, make this your first and only stop. You won’t regret it!!!!
I worked with Craig and I must say this was the best car buying experience Ive ever had. There was no haggling. I walked in wanting to change my Wrangler to a Grand Cherokee and still had a year left on my lease. I knew what I wanted and I had no desire to play the game. I recently lost my father and really wanted to get a new truck, for that and a few other reasons. Craig, did not know this information. However, he was professional, patient and helped me get a great deal. I believe hes been selling cars for a little over 8 years. I was dreading trying to get a new car, especially after a not so great experience at my previous dealership but after doing some research I decided to walk in. I highly recommend this location. Thank you, Executive Jeep for making it easier on customers! Even Armad, in finance was great!
I BROUGHT MY JEEP IN FOR SERVICE IN THE BEGINNING OF AUGUST BEFORE GOING ON VACATION I WAS TOLD BUY ANTHONY ELDER HE WOULD DO HIS BEST TO GET IT READY HAVING DEALT WITH ANTHONY BEFORE I KNEW THIS WOULD BE A PROBLEM HE ALWAYS HAS COME THROUGH FOR ME THIS WAS NO EXCEPTION HE GREAT TO DEAL AND UNDERSTAND THE CUSTOMERS NEEDS THANK YOU ANTHONY ELDER YOURE THE BEST.
Had an amazing experience with buying my new car. I have made an appointment to go on a Friday afternoon. Unfortunately, I was late to our appointment but the salesman Patrick was nice enough to wait for me even after closing hours. He gave me a test drive, waited for me to make a decision and helped me decide on my new car. Patrick and the rest of the guys were really nice and helpful.I highly recommend them with your next car purchase
Very fast service with very knowledgeable people. Least my Rogue from them in August and very satified. The sales staff are customer service oriented. Not pushy at all. The explain their products clearly to you. They LISTEN TO YOUR NEEDS FOR A NEW OR USED VEHICLE.YOUR IN CHARGE. They are there to inform and enlighten you on your options and decisions. NO PRESSURE, NO HASSLE! GOOD PEOPLE!
I’m someone who has never looked forward to the process of buying a car. In the end, I’ve always felt somehow taken advantage of. Not so this time! I had a very positive experience at Executive Jeep Nissan. I visited this dealership twice. By the time I returned the second time, I had been to 4 other dealerships so I had an idea of how much I wanted for my trade-in and how much I was willing to spend on a new Rogue with the safety features I wanted. My expectations were exceeded! Brian (my salesperson) was exceptional – knowledgeable, straightforward, energetic and never pressured me. He not only found the car that I wanted for a great price, but answered my questions honestly and let me know what additional fees to expect when I asked. When it was time to sit down with Jeff (finance), I was happy to find out that my figures matched his – no hidden costs/fees. Before I left with my new car, Brian went over everything…. he even synced my phone for me. Another big plus, in my opinion, was the fact that Brian was the only person I dealt with (excluding Jeff). I can’t say enough how pleasant my experience was and how much I love my 2015 Nissan Rogue.
The best car purchase experience ever. From the moment i inquired about the vehicle online, to the moment i went in to pick it up. Phil Simone was Great! He went above and beyond to make sure i had exactly what i wanted. Thank you Executive Jeep, more importantly thank you Phil for making the best birthday ever!!!
I am so pleased with my experience at Executive Jeep/Nissan. After much frustration with my previous lease and car company I came to Executive and Stephanie Ney guided me in the best possible way. She is patient, personal, professional and she made me feel comfortable while deciding which vehicle I wanted. She smart and was able to help me (someone who is not too familiar with cars) understand models, features etc.. I am unbelievably happy with the car I got to take home yesterday. It’s everything I’ve wanted & within my price range. SHE’S THE GIRL TO GO TO.
So far so good, Ari helped me drive my first Jeep today and it was an awesome experience hoping to buy one real soon
My experience here was the best . Beloved was my salesman and I would not want to go to anyone else to buy any cars in the future. He went above and beyond for any requests no matter how small or large. The customer service was second to none! I never felt rushed at any point in the process which is rare at any car dealership. Beloved seem to truly care about all my concerns and made special accommodations to meet my busy schedule. He should get salesman of the year in my book. :)
The service and professionalism at each point of contact was beyond outstanding. The survey I was sent allowed rating on a scale of 1 to 5. I would have given a 6 in each category if I could have. Professional, attentive-to-detail, courteous, communicative. Rock stars.
Dealership and their advisors from Jeep really dont care if you live or die.Our Jeep Renegade has had problems almost from the beginning with losing all throttle response without reason or warning while driving in various conditions, including highway speeds. The most recent episode of this had the updating the software and saying it was a known fix to a known issue.A few days after picking it up, the same issue happened again. Once again while at speed in traffic the vehicle quickly slowed to a stop endangering my wifes life yet again. Brought the Renegade in again and they explained how they were essentially guessing at which part was defective and replacing the cheaper one. When asked how they tested the potentially defective part...they didnt. They replaced it, drove it for 16 miles, then deemed it fixed. However they assured me if it happened again they would gladly replace the computer as the next repair attempt. I guess that assumes my wife, the primary driver of the vehicle, isnt killed and the vehicle totalled the next time this happens during her highway commute.Im disgusted with the techniques and attitudes displayed be the service department, which seems to extend to Jeep as a corporate entity. That being said if youre still set on a Jeep, their sales department is fairly adequate in their performance.
Lauren was absolutely fantastic! She was able to get me into the 2015 Rogue that I wanted, at a price that was fair. Jeff in finance was great, and really took extra time to explain any questions that I had. Thank you to everyone at Executive Jeep Nissan, you made my car buying purchase awesome and pain free!! Ill recommend this dealership as well as Scott, Lauren and Jeff to anyone ready to make a new or used car purchase!
I have now worked with Stephanie on the purchase of two different vehicles (one Jeep and one Nissan). I would highly recommend her as someone to work with. She is responsive, upfront and does not play games. She made the whole car buying experience easy and painless and helped to streamline the paperwork/purchase process so I was in and out under and hour.
Just bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Phil. The car is everything I wanted and I love it. Phil and everyone that helped out were super nice!
It was a pleasure dealing with Gary, Stephanie and Jesse at Executive Nissan Jeep. From start to finish it was evident that customer service was a priority for them.Gary, the Internet sales manager, worked with us via email during our initial search. He was courteous and responsive. He understood our needs and made sure that our trip was not in vain. When we traveled from NY to CT, we met our salesperson, Stephanie. We found her customer service to be outstanding. She was competent, organized, and willing to make a fair deal. She was also willing to come in on her day off to deliver my new car!Jesses work as business manager closed an already pleasant experience. He was organized, efficient and helpful. It was a pleasure to do business with an honest and courteous sales staff. We appreciate the outstanding service we received. We would recommend Executive Jeep Nissan to anyone!Thank you!
Went there just to browse their selection, after meeting and working with Maurizo my wife and I ended up leaving with a great car & a great deal to match!! Chris who worked in the finance office was fantastic as well, paperwork took no time at all! Highly recommend for great service, kind employees & wonderful experience all around.
I had a unique situation where I needed to buy a car from another dealership about an hour away. Before I purchased the car I wanted to test drive a specific feature. When I walked in to the dealership I explained to them the situation and asked if I could take a car out with the option I was considering. John H was more then happy to help me out and answer the questions I had while we were out. I would highly recommend seeking him out for future business. If he was this helpful knowing that I am just going for a test drive I can’t imagine how helpful he would be buying a car. Thanks John!
Had our guy Patrick set us up! Found a great Nissan Rogue and helped us with everything. Definitely worth a visit. No other dealership comes close. Ask for Patrick for sure.
Brought my Jeep in to be checked on and was welcomed by a very a very professional and very understanding young lady named Dominique calello. She checked my appointment brought me to her office sat me down and within 10 minutes I had a Rent-A-Car outside ready to go.I really thought I was going to be there for hours and have to jump through rings of fire to get what I needed it done. I was definitely wrong and misled it was a total opposite I cannot believe how fast Dominique took care of me again thank you Dominique and all the stuff that executive
I want to thank Dave the internet sales manager and Nate our salesman for making this experience one of the easiest and stress free transactions I have had when purchasing a car. Name your price agree on your price, come pick up your car. If you want a seamless and straight forward approach when purchasing your next Nissan. Give this place a call, I am confident you will not be disappointed. I just wish I had asked for fog lights to be added to my vehicle.
As a recent college graduate, I spent a lot of time debating the first car I was to purchase myself. When I got to Executive Jeep to check out the redesigned 2017 Compass, I was really impressed with how friendly everyone was. I worked with both Luis and David and came back multiple times to test drive the Compass as well as the Nissan Rogue. Both of them were more than willing to accommodate any model for a test drive, and multiple test drives. My only complaint was delayed response times in the few days leading up to the vehicles delivery, but the overall experience was tremendous for a first-time car buyer!
My wife and myself purchased a 2015 Buick Enclave from this dealership, I will say it was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Our salesperson was Patrick, he made us feel very comfortable in this purchase, his communication with us was very much to our liking since we live out of state, even after the sale was completed he called us to make sure we were satisfied with the sale, which we are, this is the best vehicle I have ever driven and it helps that this dealership had its listing price less than everyone else. Thank you Patrick for all your help and guidance though this sale!!Norman Lusignan
Very satisfied and quick !
Philip Simone is the most knowledgeable, passionate and most patient salesman I have ever worked worked with. I never felt rushed with my decision making. This is my second time purchasing a car from him and my 4 th time from Executive. This is a NO Hassel dealership. A must go to dealership if your in the market for a car. Ask for Phil Simone, you will not be disappointed.
I was not pressured to making a decision. They gave me all the information I needed and I drove home with a car I love. Francisco and Gary were absolutely great and I can’t thank them enough for making it an easy process and helping me buy my first car.
I purchased my son’s first vehicle from Executive Jeep. Phil Simone was our sales person, and he was fantastic! He quickly recognized the special situation with my son and myself and truly made it an enjoyable experience. Phil went out of his way to make sure we found the right vehicle at the right price. Thanks Executive Jeep and Phil!
I purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Limited this past Saturday at Executive Jeep. I have nothing but good things to say about the whole experience. Working with Craig was great. He is very knowledgable and helpful. Driving the hour and twenty minutes from home to the dealership was well worth it. I would highly recommend Executive Jeep for anyone looking to purchase a Jeep. Ask for Craig - he is the Jeep Man!
Great place clean environment and very friendly staff. Great job guys. Can not wait to come back
Best car sales experience I’ve ever had. Francisco Cordova was very knowledgeable, attentive and transparent with every detail of my car buying experience. I would absolutely recommend Executive Jeep of North Haven to all my friends, coworkers, and family and most importantly would recommend Francisco as your sales associate.
Just bought my second Jeep at Executive this week. Both times I had such a pleasant experience. They gave me such a good price on my trade in and on the vehicle I purchased. My salesman both times was Irwin. He was very professional, knowledgeable about the vehicles, and made the process very simple.. I recommend anybody see Irwin at Executive if they are looking to purchase a vehicle.ThanksErik L
I bought my Jeep in for service since I was near the area because of work. I had a couple of issues but figured they could handle it because they were a big dealership. I was happy with the check in process since it was pretty streamlined. After the service was complete, I got a call about what they did and the individual said they tightened my parking brake (car started going down a hill when the parking brake was initiated) and a couple of other small things. As I pulled in to drop off my rental, I parked the rental next to my Jeep and noticed they had left the lights were left on. (Battery was fine and it did start up- phew). I went up to the service window to get my keys and I asked the lady what they did and she had no idea... they also never gave me an invoice so all I had to go on was the voicemail. Fine... I moved on and just figured I wouldnt go back. Well, within a day my service lights came back on and now the check engine light was showing up. Ive been dealing with corporate so I called them to let them know to leave the case open. I called the dealership and immediately they were on the defensive. They basically told me to force corporate to make them service my Jeep even though they said they fixed the issue. I was so disgusted I went to a different dealership and found out that you cant tighten these parking brakes so that was a lie. I wont be back and I definitely wouldnt buy a vehicle there.
Oil changes and tire rotation. Service is quick an efficient. Prices are fair. No recommendations for unnecessary services.
Excellent customer service...
We were in desperate need to replace my Pathfinder that had over 300K miles and I decided to go back to Executive..I was not initially looking for a Jeep. I was lucky enough that Beloved Bridges was there to hear my discourse as to what I was in need for. He was VERY responsive, personable, great to converse with and I guess he looked at me and knew I really did want a Jeep. He took us for a test ride, My wife & I were surprised on how the ride on the Jeep was. I really expected to spend multiple weekends and nights finding a new ride, but all it took was one visit to Executive Jeep with the guiding hands of Beloved...oh yeah... you gotta see his sport coat...Ed Ruchin
Pleasant staff. Clean facilities..... nice cars
Mike Jones sold us a Rogue with no hassle, no stress just straightforward excellent salesmanship. He is honest and professional. Frankie and Jeff took great care in addressing the finances and loan aspect. Super experience and most worthy of their excellent reviews.
Left executive other day with 5th car so far from Executive salesman Phil Simone is one of the best, Phil is passionate, caring and overall great at his job!! Thanks again
I had a good experience leasing my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I was able to get right in for a recall, and had a great experience on my first oil change and inspection.
We went to look at a 4 door jeep to purchase ... the salesman didnt seem too interested in working with us and when he went and got the deal price, it was over 700. a month... After the experience with the lax salesman, we decided to look around further and we found a small jeep dealer in colchester.. the sales lady was pleasant and helpful and to top it off, the monthly payment was almost 200.00 less. We went with them instead of executive.. We also traded in a 2 door Jeep.. I dont think the problem was executive jeep.. it was the salesman... Its too bad because I literally live 5 minutes from them and its close and Convenient.. We will still use them for oil changes and maintenance on our new jeep.
I knew what I wanted and still couldnt get a firm price from my local dealership..executive had my vehicle, gave me the price over the phone and could not have made the transaction easier when I got there. The salesman was sick on my pickup day and arranged everything with a substitute over the phone contacting me the whole time..very pleasant experience overall. Before this experience I had walked out of 2 dealerships because they couldnt commit to a price and availability, not to mention prices and terms of lease vs. buy.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. They werent pushy at all.
Elissa is horrible no idea how she has a job in customer service. If you see a blonde with curly hair run the other way. Not only is she rude and full of attitude she has no idea how to answer any questions. Stay away!
This was my first purchase at Executive Jeep and they went above and beyond to get me a great deal! I would highly recommend Nate my salesperson, Mike and Jill the sales managers and Jim in finance. I found the car I loved and they made it happen!
My mom has bought two cars here and I the one who takes them in for service. My experience with the service department is great. Unfortunately our favorite guy left, Louis, and havent really found someone we trust as much but they are all still great!
This is our second purchase at Executive Jeep/Nissan and they went above and beyond to get us a great deal! We would highly recommend Nate our salesperson, Dave the manager and Jeff in finance. I found the car I loved and they made it happen!
All of the gentleman whom worked with me was great, Mike, Lou, and my scorpion brother😘😘..Thanks guys
EXCELLENT JOB
Phil Simone is the go to person at this dealership. My man took care of me. I was in and out in no time. No hassle!!!! Go to Executive Jeep Nissan!!
The total experience was very good. We were comfortable and felt listened to. Our salesmen were knowledgable and helpful. We are very satisfied with our 2016 Nissan Rogue. Thank you!
