Only guy around to have the rear tire size I needed. And then threw a front tire on for me on a Saturday. Awesome experience!

My transmission had a bent main shaft and other issues. Steve pulled it off in less than three weeks, everyone else quoted three to six months. He also did my front tire and both wheels that he cleaned and greased in minutes better than any shade tree mechanic could in hours and uses engineering measuring tools to set everything where it needs to be to the thousand of an inch.I bought a new set of cylinders and pistons for my 73 year old motor. They need to be matched up so my rings will seat properly. I have had this bike for almost 38 years. I am a pretty good shade tree mechanic with an engineering background and am very selective of who I trust to be a part of my projects, especially the one I have worked on for more than half my life. Sometimes even us old timer dedicated do it yourself riders need another dedicated rider that has the ability and means to make sure the things we need to be within tolerance are done professionally with the right tools.Steve is a long proven and trusted dedicated motorcycle professional.

Hi Gang,I need to tell you about S&M Cycles and the Owner Steve. I took my 2001 Fatboy to Steve for major customization over 17 years ago.. since the Fatboy won 7 Best in show trophies.. no trailer queen Ive logged over 50 thousand miles on it with Steve taking care of all my service . The bike runs like a top under Steves mechanical skills. I wont let anyone else touch it. Wr become great friends over the years.But recently lost my rear brakes and I lost my job too had no extra money to put into my bike. Steve heard I needed brakes and wasnt riding because of it. He calls me and says bring me that bike, I want you safe Steve did a large job for less then the cost of the parts. You ever hear of any shop doing this? Im forever greatfull to Steve for this act of kindness and generosity. Thanks Steve. Paulie D.

Never have... and never will be a customer. I was dropped off in the front of the building to go into another business. The parking lot was busy and another car was behind us so we couldnt reverse or even go around. Some lady stormed out yelling to me about parking there. Im guessing by her slur in words she couldnt see that I came out the passenger side and the car never even turned off. She screamed at me about the car, im not the owner of and THAT WAS IN REVERSE, I told her they are leaving. She continued to scream at me told me good for you I asked if she had a problem and she walked in the shop watching me. In the meantime someone else parked in their spot and no one came out to scream at that person. The shop is dusty as hell. No need to be so hostile. I own a motorcycle and that place will never be on my go to list.

My first time here and my buddy told me about this place and let me tell you ..all other shops said if i dropped off my rim and tire it would be days until i got it back. ..he did it in a few hours! My first bike and hes making it possible for me to be riding my bike in no time! I will be back for my business for sure! .thank you very much!

Just needed a tire mounted on a rim. I showed up and Steve had me in and out in 15mins flat. I accidentally overpaid him in cash and he was Honest enough to mention it and give me my extra money back. I tipped him $10 for being Honest professional and timely. Highly recommend! And I’m confused as to how others call him a “scam artist” when he wouldn’t even take an extra $20 that i put in his hands.

After Steve worked on my 2009 Harley Sportster it feels and rides like it did 10 years ago. He explained everything my bike needed to me and did the work in less than a week. I could not be happier with Steve, my experience at his shop or my bike which is now in perfect riding condition. Thank You Steve!

Went in for tires and brake service. Very happy with the service and Steve is a nice guy. Id go back any time. Hes a one man show so dont expect anything to get done quick, but it will get done right.

This place is craps and so is the owner. Steve is a scam artist. He tried to charge me 6000.00 on a repair for a computer when I told him what the problem was with the bike. When I first went into shop he had told me 2000.00 I went to pick up the bike and all of a sudden its 6000.00. Steve isnt trust worthy and isnt very honest. This man shouldnt be aloud to have a repair shop. He knew my bike was still being paid for and he knew if I didnt pick bike up and let it be Repo By bank he would still get paid. I pray this man gets whats coming to him. A man like this doesnt deserve to have a repair shop. Now I dont have a bike and this scrum bag made out.

Saved my butt. Broke down on a road trip with my 2014 Indian. Took me right in and had me back on the road in less an 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable and friendly service.

Horrible experience, I got completely scammed and Steve the owner is a scam artistI showed up at S&M custom cycles with my MC (motorcycle) because it was making a slight knocking sound after the cam cover was taken out and reinstalled by a friend. I understand that it could be anything and the price to repair is unknown. However, Steve the owner, came out looked at the bike and said that he could find the issue with a $200 deposit. After a week of no call I called and he said he needed to go further into the bike and it would be $$500 more. I told him to just put it back together and id pick it up. He then said to put it back together it would be $300 more. After back and forth he convinced me that he found the problem (bushings in cam cover) and he could fix it. $900 dollars later the bike was still not fixed and I was $900 more poor. Never again!!!

Well done, my Dad service his bike today dealing with Steve, he is %100 happy to go Again and send customer for Him .

Steve did excellent job adding new set tire on my Honda ST1300 and best advice to keep my Bike for long run ownership .

Great experience working with Steve. He helped me out of a jam over 4th of July weekend when my carb was leaking gas all over the driveway. Steve drove down to my house (about 15 miles away) with all the necessary parts and fixed the problem without me having to have the bike towed. Steve never knew me as I had never dealt with him before, but he went out of his way to help me get my bike on the road so I could enjoy it over the 4th. Ive used him subsequent to that and his work has been excellent and prices have been reasonable. I will continue to use him.
