This storage facility has recently been transferred to Extra Space Storage. Its nice to have an inside unit that is temperature controlled, very clean and has top notch security. The facility manager is Tichina . She takes her job serious and has to fill many responsibilities. I usually pay my bill in person and I have seen her take on the challenges of multitasking with customers in a professional and courteous manner. A great facility and staff person.

Great experience at this location. The location is convenient, the store is clean, and the staff is top notch! Jay and Tichina make a great team! Any questions I had were answered promptly and they were always willing to help. You couldnt ask for two better customer service individuals!! In regards to the amenities they have a rolling cart which works well for boxes but not for mattresses. The carts do not have brakes on them so they tend to runaway in the parking lot if youre busy unloading boxes. The store carries boxes, locks, and packing material so its basically one stop shopping. The store hours are fairly convenient and not much of an issue unless you have storage in front of building. You can only access storage units from back of building after regular hours. All in all I was happy with my experience primarily because the staff was top notch and always pleasant. Thanks J & T for making my stay a pleasant one!! You ladies rock!! 😀

The place was clean and secure. The climate control option was great for keeping my things intact. The staff was very helpful. Jay the manager was great. Just be careful I stayed there for over a year, the price tends to go up over time. I would still use them again.

Super easy to book a reservation online, and I received calls from both Tachina and Louis to answer all my questions and confirm my movein date. On movein, Tachina was super helpful for a quick check in and easy to sign the papers. Very good experience and would highly recommend.

Tichina from the North Haven Ct location is awesome. I didn’t properly latch my bin, leaving it with the ability to be opened. Tichina reached out via phone and email to inform me. I just recently had to get a storage unit for the first time and had heard great things regarding this facility/location. They were definitely correct! When I got to my unit, I realized it was a lot smaller than I had expected. I went into the office and spoke with Tichina who was a huge help! She had no problem getting me a bigger unit and there wasnt even a fee for changing it! Other than the general increase in price per month, but that is to be expected. She helped me with getting some more boxes and other supplies I needed. I give her a 5 star as well.

Pricing is a bit tricky. They list the price much lower than what it actually ends up being. Make sure you read the fine print and ask plenty of questions. They are very polite. Everything I needed to know was explained thoroughly.

All of the individuals I met throughout the process of renting the unit were incredibly helpful. The facility was extremely safe and clean. I never once felt concerned about my safety or the safety of my items while they were stored there.

I had to put some of my belongings into storage for a couple years and chose this Cube Smart facility because it just opened right next to where I work. I must say that I’m glad I did! Everyone on staff was exceptional! Kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. The facility itself was top notch! Clean, well maintained, and secure. The staff does cross checks regularly and contact you immediately if you did something like not secure your cube properly. I even dropped something there once and as soon as it was found the staff called me to let me know. They really do care about your security. Geez... even the bathroom was nice! 👍

When I walked in I was welcomed right away by the cheerful polite staff. The manager Stephanie was polite and took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. The facility is very clean and makes you feel safe and secure compared to some storage facilities I have used. The move in process was very easy.

This is by far the best storage place I have ever dealt with. The store manager is incredibly efficient and friendly, and everything simply works out there. They just renovated. They also give you a free truck for up to 4 hours. I am rarely this happy with a company, but I also never had such a smooth moving day! Thank you!
