We needed to change the security provider for our business . As it turned out the previous alarm company never did a routine check over a four year period to make sure we were connected to the main station; turns out we were not - and we had no way of knowing this! The Bay Alarm Co. sales rep Patrick was able to arrange for our new system to be installed the next day. Installers Christopher and Jaime went above and beyond in making sure the system was functioning well before they left; we were reassured that Bay alarm would know if we were no longer connected to the main station and would contact the shop immediately . I am very satisfied with the professionalism and courtesy shown by Bay Alarm Co. employees and would highly recommend to anyone.

Our alarm after 17 years was ready for an upgrade. Howard our rep took great care of us making sure all our needs were met and was not pushy. Nina in the office was quick to schedule our install and meet our needs. She was very nice. Our installer George was FANTASTIC! He arrived right on time, unlike some companies. He took care before entering our home to cover his shoes. Wow. Never seen that before from other companies. He then took the time to review the work being done. He was very efficient and cleaned up as he worked. Our entire family got to know George as he has a wonderful professional personality. I would never choose another company over Bay Alarm. We are so happy about the upgrade and continue to enjoy our new chime mode sound. Thank you Sacramento Bay Alarm and thank you Howard, Nina & George.

What a great team! Mark, our sales rep, was very nice and knowledgeable. The install team, Alex, George, Ricky, Juan, and Zach all worked hard to get the job done. They were pleasant, polite, efficient, and made sure everything was in order before they left! Thanks guys!

My Step Father had a heart attack and my mother pushed the alarm button. After over 1 Minute of no one answering, my mother then called 911, right after the ambulance was was sent, that is after you give them all your information and the patient status, he had already been dead for over a Minute, then the alarm system finally responded. The ambulance was already on its way, and unfortunately the 2-3 min of them not responding was crucial, as when the ambulance finally arrived, he had been dead for over 4 min, it took them too long to resuscitate him and he was brain dead. Calling 911 is faster than this system

Have had nothing but problems with this company. Equipment works terribly. Fall necklace doesnt really detect falls and both the button on the necklace and on the unit connected to the phone have failed when my father needed them most. He fell the other day and none of the equipment worked, luckily he had a phone close enough to call 911. Called Bay alarm and they told me they would rush deliver new equipment for today. No equipment showed up today, I called the company and they told me that due to a mix up the equipment wont be delivered for another 2 days. In the meantime my father just fell again and had to crawl to his phone to call 911. Ill be searching for a new company tonight. If you are looking to keep your loved one safe Id avoid Bay alarm.

The five star rating we give to our recent experience with Bay Alarm is directed towards the Service Department and specifically to Ereek I. The technician who recently worked through and resolved equipment and communication issues with our older residential system.   We worked with Ereek a few years ago to reactivate our system and were left with a great impression of him back then - professional and knowledgeable along with prompt, personable, and patient- just as one would hope from any service provider, but rarely do you get all of that.   This time around we were again impressed with his tenacity in figuring out an unusual problem and that he also got on the phone with the panel manufacturer to discuss the issue and his thoughts on resolving it. Moreover, during all of this he had to make sure our internet and wireless equipment were in sync with the alarm but still fully functional so that our access was uninterrupted.Were extremely thankful that Bay Alarm Service has someone like Ereek on board.  He sets a great example for customer service.
