Customer service is key here. Similar to big box stores like Home Depot or Lowes but super friendly associates work here. Matthew helped us load our purchase but we were helped by 4 different people all of them helpful and with great attitudes. Quality merchandise at great prices. Home improvement done right.

The drive thru lumber yard is a great time saver. In some departments theres not a large selection, but chances are youll be saving money.

They tell me that the HD Supply which it says on the building that theyre not HD Supply and they cant help me all I want is a capacitor for my air conditioning thats broken and its a hundred and some degrees today

My experience went as follows. I went in two days before ordering an asked if they deliver shingles roof top. They said yes for an additional fee (approx $180). I went in two days later, ordered shingles, ridge cap, etc and asked then to deliver rooftop on Tuesday as the roofers were coming Wednesday. Tuesday show up and the driver tells me he cant put them on the roof, he can raise his forklift up, but I would have to unload them. What? I thought roof top delivery meant to deliver them on my roof. I called the store and they repeated what the driver said but began to use the term roof edge. First time I heard that term. I sent them back (Im 68 and cant unload 24 squares (72 bundles). I went back in to the store to get refunded and they would not cover the delivery fee, Im out close to $200 for doing business with them with nothing to show. These people, however nice they may be, do not ask the right question, give the right information, nor take any responsibility for what was their mistake. I will not do business with them again.

Did anybody from corporate noticed that your website is not working properly? You cannot browse products when you hover over the tiles it doesnt go anywhere from that page. In google Chrome browser is not working.Tried with different browsers same results. What is the point to keep a website if it does not work properly?

Love this place. Its like visiting family. If I have a a question and the employee I asked doesnt know the answer, they will go find the answer or the employee who can answer for me. I can always find what I need there. Whats the prices for awesome!

Went to pick up a few items, while I was at the checkstand to check out (no one else in line) I was told a needed to wear a mask (looked and there was a sign) I informed the cashier I was leaving and wanted to pay for my items, she then informed me I HAD TO BUY A MASK before I could purchase items! She was then preoccupied about everyone else coming in without a mask that she had to rescan my items several times! She needs to work on her customer service! She could have easily informed, new store policy next time you cannot enter without a mask, I was already walking around the store for 30 minutes, what is the point of forcing me to buy a mask when Im leaving!!!! So long HD Supply-taking my business elsewhere!

If you require a mask to shop then you should put on on your website. I don’t need three people yelling at me when I walk in the door. I guarantee I will never shop here again

I never go anywhere else for lumber. Being able to drive up to the exact Lyme you need and then loading your truck and driving to check out is AWESOME!

Bad services. Store gas like 3 or 4 employees sitting. Talking each others. When you as a question they pretend that they dont understand you, they look at each others, talk back to customers. They think everybody else is the same, or just because customers said is North Highlands. Please managers talk to your employees.

Love this place for all of our remodeling needs. Staff are all very friendly and helpful, no one walks past you in the store without asking if they can help or find someone who can. Highly recommend for any size job, large/small and the CBC club is a must!

There was not that many people there. It was quiet, no problem with finding what I needed. Everything was plainly marked and easy to understand.I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The check out was very smooth, I am a happy customer, and I saved some money.

Terrific place for certain requirements. Not somewhere you can expect to get much help from staff as they are quite scarce. More of a contractor supply store than a retail / homeowner level outlet. Mostly rough-in and raw construction materials. Limited finishing supply

Amazing hardware store, has everything that any other hardware store. Espically good filtered masks for this terrible air quality we are having in the sacramento area. If you need a mask, they have some for sale!

My first couple times in these store was a little off putting, like others have commented, it feels dark and a little uncomfortable with hi/low tempatures. However, I have found materials/parts the other stores dont cary, for comparable prices and even some lower prices.First time I needed something from the yard, no one offered to help, but second time in i asked if i could get a hand and they did the loading for me. I think their style is to just leave you alone unless you ask for help.

Selection is limited but prices cant be beat. I got a pre-manufactured 2 sink vanity, including sinks for 1/3 the cost of quotes I got from counter and granite shops.
