Really appreciate the people who run this business. They were easy to speak with, willing to help me out with an estimate and get the job going quickly. They did not attempt to upsell me anything either. Greatly appreciate it!

I was recently responsible for choosing carpet for my sons home that he will be renting out. Our property manager, Tiner Properties, referred us to The Carpet Sales. I was a little hesitant, as one of the big box stores was offering free carpet installation and we were trying to stay within a specific budget. Well, The Carpet Sales were able to get me better carpet, that was cheaper, and even with installation fees came in at about the same price that I would have paid at the big box place, but both the quality of the carpet and pad were superior.I worked with Eric Jr. from start to finish and found him very friendly, professional and helpful. He was very patient, flexible and accommodating. The only snag we ran into was out of his control .....a delay in the arrival of the carpet which was special ordered. Eric was able to ensure it was delivered the next day and had his crew in the following day to install. They did an amazing job, and as the home was vacant and the old carpet already removed, (per my request) they were able to complete the job in only a day, which surprised me. The home now looks like new with the lovely new carpet.I highly recommend Eric Jr. and The Carpet Sales and encourage anyone looking for new flooring to support a small, family owned business. that does a great job for a really reasonable price.

I give these folks a 5 out of a possible 5! They gave me the best price on the carpet that I selected, and believe me, I compared prices all over the Sacramento area! Ana in customer service was on top of getting my order in right away and also made sure that it was installed within a week of ordering. I was very impressed with both their service as well as their product. I highly recommend them!

The Carpet Sales did a great job on the carpetinstallation for our home. It looks great and am verysatisfied.Also, the office staff were friendly, helpful,and knowledgeable in helping me select a carpet.

Couldnt be more satisfied. Very friendly and accommodating. Love my new laminate flooring and carpet. They did quality work. Even cut into my fireplace to make it look seemless. They take pride in their work and it shows.

Just had carpet Installed through out my home yesterday ( 3 Bedrooms, Hallway & Living Room) and they did a fantastic job, they got there on time and everything went very smooth. good customer services and very reasonable prices If we ever need more flooring, we will definitely use The Carpet Sales again
