I like Alien Vape. I discovered this shop after dealing with BS with another shop closer to my house. I would rather drive a little further for better customer service, and a better selection. They also have alot of other merchandise to buy also. Vape accessories, MODS, batteries, chargers, water pipes, tobacco products, puffs, vaporizers etc. They also have a rewards program where you earn points and when you reach 1000 points, you can get up to $80 credit on a new MOD. Store is neat, clean and prices are good also. I recommend this store.

The worker was very nice but the manager was very rude I have been in here and saw them give discounts and deals to certain people but he was just very very rude to me. I will never go to that smoke shop ever again and I would not suggest anyone to shop there

A little overpriced but nice.

Extremely overpriced it cost $42 bucks for a bottle of juice and 2 coils that I could get anywhere else for under $20 bucks for the juice and $10 bucks and under for the two coils. And then they give me the wrong coils and I didn’t notice till I got home to change them.

Checked their listing on Google Maps 1st, it said they close at 12am. I was nearly 17miles away, but they had me arriving at 11:53!! I pull up at 11:51 and the shop was dark and completely CLOSED. THEY SHOULD PAY FOR MY TIME & GAS. Waiting on a reply!!!

I asked for hulk tears vape juice. They didn’t have it. I had recently heard stores were no longer selling it, so that wasn’t a problem. I asked him for a popular juice in the same lvl nic and he recommended this stuff called “Time Bomb TNT”. I bought it. I’ve tried it with two different coils for only a few days now and it has tasted terrible the entire time. I don’t want to give 1 stars, bc there are many factors to consider as to why it might taste bad, and the experience of buying the product was fine, but how satisfied I am with my purchase definitely feels like 1 star :/

Went in with my girlfriend last night. Both of the guys working were very helpful. Answered all her questions and were super laid back. Didnt try to push her into buying anything she didnt need. Would definitely recommend.

Theres a man that works here that I call the vape guru. He is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful he has always known exactly what to recommend.

Clerk at the store was extremely helpful and patient. Helped us pick a vape that worked best for us. Described all the pros and cons for different types of vapes. The choices in fluid can be overwhelming and he also helped with that choice. Since my husband is trying to quit smoking the guy was extra helpful! Wish Id gotten his name... sorry! Thank you though for all your help.

I dont know what you guys are talking about, this place is awesome! I come here for all my dabbing essentials and vaping/cannabis accessories too. Their prices are cool. and they have a wide selection to choose from, especially since expanding their space. I come in pretty frequently and Im always treated with respect.

Do not spend your money here ...Terrible customer appreciation and low quality products they will not stand behind...purchased battery last sat morning...six days ago...battery wouldnt charge so i returned to store...he confirmed it was bad but said he couldnt replace or refund because vendor wont credit them...i will not spend anymore any more money here...and will spread the word place is waste of money...never return customers..I know why...

This place has the best selection of vape juice i have ever seen. I tried dozens of juices during my visit. Every juice i sampled was truly high quailty juice with the most unique flavor profiles that blew my mind/tastebuds. I have found my new vape shop and have no problem driving 20 mins to go there. Staff was extremely helpfull and knowledgeable. This place has raised the bar in the vape community in my opinion. #bestofsacramento

It was fine for the most part. I kept changing my mind, I am new at this vap stuff, have to sto along cigs so felt like guy was getting upset with me. Couple hundred dollars later, and a few put back on the shelf, Im happy with what I got....

Dont go here... I went in not knowing about Vaping. Asked for a entry level cost effective pen, they sold me a Smok stick v9. Went online after I got home to see reviews only to find I could have bought it on line for 60% cheaper. Called to see if I could return it un used. They said no. They are just a rip off shop... beware!!!

I went in to ask about vape and told him I don’t know anything about vaping. The person behind the counter didn’t explain anything to me I had to ask. Even then he didn’t even show me how to turn on the vape pen he sold me. I thought I got ripped off. I finally learned how to use the vape from YouTube. Rude, not helpful, unfriendly, seemed like I was a bother instead of a paying customer. Will NEVER go back or recommend to anyone every.
