I have not had any bad experiences in fact all my prescriptions they offered to transfer to them instead of 2diff. Walgreens, also ask a question they are very thorough, friendly, I highly recommend this walgreens.

I always have issues here and they’re so rude and just unprofessional, the pharmacy is terrible as well. Save yourself sometime and go somewhere else.

Have applied here MULTIPLE times and the manager refuses to hire me shes hired mad people ive been living in north highlands for a year and havent even been considered for employment like i dont know whats her issue with black men working for her company its very weird

The older man working the cash register was very helpful and very nice. I gave them four stars only because they were short on staff, I had to wait 10 minutes so the cashier could finish ringing everyone up so he could come take the lock off of a memory card I purchase.

Both the pharmacist and cashier were very demeaning when I asked simple questions while I was nervous to get a shot. Will not go back to this location, would not recommend!

Unfortunately I have to give this pharmacy a one star review because there isnt anything lower to rate them with. The weekend pharmacist evidently doesnt know how to read a prescription or the doctors orders on the prescription, or just does not give a damn about the prescription needed to be filled! I was refused a medication because it was to early, which of course it was not, and my doctor made note of that on the Rx like she has done for the last 5 years when the Rx falls on a Sunday or holiday. At no time have I ever been denied a refill under these conditions. HOWEVER, there is always a first time!! and this brain storm of a pharmacist made sure he was going to utilize that first time. So now Im going to miss most of a nights sleep as well as a days work because I dont have my Rx. In the mean time, Ill transfer all of my meds form Walgreens to another pharmacy with the hope that the knew pharmacist can read a prescription!

So I have my Dr. send in a Rx, the SAME Rx she has been sending to this pharmacy for the last 5 years. The pharmacist won’t fill it because she needs a prior authorization from the Dr., the exact SAME Dr. who wrote the Rx! So she needs the Dr. to authorize the meds that she already authorized with the prescription that the pharmacy has! WHAT!!!! Hey Doc, I need you to authorize the prescription that you already authorized!!!!! These people have lost their friggin MINDS!!!! DO NOT USE WALGREENS PHARMACY!!!!lll EVER!!!!

Accessible and well maintained Walgreens. Easy to spot.

Believe it, they are closed at 9pm, still have it shown as 10pm... You get screwed and you deal with your time management if you dont guess to call them first...

This review is for the pharmacy, the rest of the store is fine.the pharmacy staff is not helpful, they almost work against you. it took them a week too fill my uncles rx and thats after going to the store everyday(i live across the street). during that week i heard different excuses everyday, they didnt even look up any records, just stood at the counter and told me its not ready, or they havent heard back from the doctor(called the doctors office, turns out the faxed the pharmacy the first day i ordered) im frustrated, about to try contacting customer service through the company website and deffinatly makeing a complaint. theres no excuse for a pharmacy to ack this way

This Walgreens is the worst! Horrible parking, the store has almost no vitamins or fitness supplements to choose from. The pricing seems to be a little bit more on some of the items at this location. Customer service was a little slow.

Garbage. These people are incompetent. 30 days from July 17 is not August 17.

Zero stars for pharmacy, the staff are not helpful.2 stars for prices on clearance items. Otherwise, prices are usually high.

Some prices at register arent the same as the shelf prices. Watch your purchases at this place.
