I really hate living in Sacramento service is so bad.. Workers are messy and not happy

I am surprised as to all the negative reviews as I have been filling my whole families scripts here for 3 years, and never once has there been a problem. I always hand them the script and its ready in 20 mins. A faxed over script 30 mins top. When I order a refill I usually do it by text message and its always ready by the next day unless you request an immediate refill.So I bet those negative reviews are just people who are angry about things that are out of the pharmacys control, i.e insurance problems, no refills, not time for there next refill etc. Just be responsible and request a refill a couple days in advance, not when your completely out. You never know with controlled medication and insurances what might cause a delay. Thanks

Very rude. My boyfriend went down there 3x and kept sending him away. One of the reasons was because they were ABOUT to go to lunch. I had to get out of bed and go myself with 102 fever. When I got there they still didn’t have my medicine ready. 5+ hours later

First time using this pharmacy and it was a nightmare. We will be switching pharmacies immediately. Very unhappy with their lack of training and lack of customer service.

This review is for the Pharmacy, if by chance you can go to another pharmacy do it! The ladies are liars and are rude. Was lied to twice about my meds. Only received a partial fill when I got it. They are calious and should not be dealing with the public.

I hate to say this, but Ive been going there for 6 months and Ive had a problem every time.

Constantly told that they faxed out refills when they didnt. Had to take multiple 3 or 5 day emergency scrips as they never had anything ready. 25 minutes on hold today. This pharmacy is the worst Wal Mart pharmacy.
