I like this place to get parts, prices are sometimes lower than others. I still want to go back there for more parts when I need parts for my customers.

Poor service, poor knowledge. Find another source for Trane parts where they can/will help you. Showed counter guy the actual part, gave him the model & serial number - only to find out, they dont sell to the public. Then, he gave me the wrong place that could take care of me, then - found out when I got home he had given me/them the wrong part numbers. Complete, incompetent waste of time.

Ive purchased parts from this store for over 15 years and the current staff is professional and courteous! Rachel and Tammy have been all stars in the customer service department and I look forward to at least 15 more years shopping at this location. Trane Supply has kept the 21 properties Ive worked in great condition along with keeping our customers cool!

Trane customer service has always been terrible, they got a little better for a couple years but looks like they are back to their old ways. Order parts and they always seem to forget to place the order. I have been waiting on stupid crank case heaters for 3 weeks now. When they told me they were only 3 days out. Looks like im going back to universal parts on trane units.

When they do answer phone you get put on hold for 10 min. At that point I just hung up and call someone else.....

Dealing with Trane is a lesson in patience!
