Small little shop, tucked away in the back of parking lot. They dont have the biggest selection of parts. But they do have the best service. The repair at the location if you need anything fixed. And the staff is experienced and helpful.

Ordered 2 products from this seller on ebay....first product I bought, seller cancelled transaction after several days and refunded, stating Item was out of stock.....yet listing still remains showing available quantities. I figure, okay, no big deal, so maybe this business isnt great at doing inventory. I order a second product. Product was scheduled to arrive by May 21st at the latest....May 21st rolls around, and guess what? No product. I email the seller asking for tracking information. On May 22, seller finally ships item. Item arrives May 27th, and guess what? It does not work for the KitchenAid SodaStream model that the description listed it for. The owner at our local (and very large, well established beverage supply store) stated that the refill adapter does not work on the type of tanks I have (the exact tanks that were listed as being compatible). Okay, so I immediately (morning of May 28th) put the product back in the mail and send it back to this shop for a refund. The shop received my return on June 1st, but still has not refunded me. TOTAL GARBAGE! Not one communication from the store, not one acknowledgement, and not one apology, and still no refund. After again getting no response from the seller, I left appropriate, negative feedback on eBay....within the hour, the seller had taken the time to reach out to ebay to get the feedback removed....total garbage. The feedback on eBay will be reinstated, and now I will leave this google review as well. Maybe in the future, just respond to your customer...mail things timely or communicate a reason for the delay....and once you get a returned item that does not work as you stated, maybe, just maybe, REFUND THE CUSTOMER PROMPTLY....really, is this too much to ask??? Terrible experience all around.IN RESPONSE TO THE SNARKY OWNER RESPONSE: What is UNFORTUNATE is your extremely poor communication, your utter lack of response, your lack of personal responsibility and your inability to apologize to a customer when you have made MANY mistakes! Heres the real deal: this is one of those unicorns, in that they are not only knowledgeable and helpful, but they stand by their product 100%, and it shows in their exceptional customer service and craftsmanship. 10/10, I will not hesitate to do more business with them!

Once again great customer service. I brought in my typhoon since it was leaking air and Craig worked on it right away!!! I thought was going to have to leave it for at least a week. He worked on it for 30 minutes or so and I was able to bring it home right after!!! I had this typhoon when it was made in the Sunrise Blvd store. Ser# P340.

The company is great. I had some issues with a few cocker parts but it was not a major issues. I email them and within a few hours i got a reply back. I paid for shipping there and back and get the parts fixed without charge. They stand by their word as owners and paintball players.

I was referred to Palmers Pursuit shop while searching for ways to have access to alternative sources of CO2 (such as Sodastream bottles) to run my DH mod1 GHK. Having read good reviews, I decided to try the Palmers Pursuit out. The products are high quality and I am quite impressed by the fact that Craig takes personal time to thank you for your purchase and is quite responsive when you have questions. When I finally obtained my Autococker unicorn after almost 20 years of waiting for it to be the right marker, right time, right price, I knew I wanted to put PPS parts in it. Everything the air touches has a PPS stamp on it. From the Stabilizer High Pressure Regulator, onto the Micro Rock Low Pressure Regulator, then through the Quikswitch into the Quicker Ram, and lastly through the Low Turbulence Valve. My Tequila Sunrise over Chrome Kapp Flame Autococker runs like the highend it was meant to be. Craig and company are a 5 star operation. From quality of parts, to any customer service concerns. The consistency in my shot to shot chronograph readings is impressive. The recharge rate doesnt starve in high rates of fire. The minute adjustibility allows me to have the perfect pull on the trigger. When it comes to Autocockers, PPS is one of the top names in pneumatics and regulators. Extremely satisfied customer.
