Rented a storage here once before return customer . Prices are much more reasonable than most. Great office staff.

If I could give no stars I would. Poor customer service can never get ahold of manager via phone. Homeless people entering property when security door gets opened notify customer service and response was” that is normal” this causes theft and I less than a month my property was damaged and the converter was stolen.Over priced poor customer service and poor security. I will never recommend Cube Smart!

Staff are nice. I love my large storage and it was easy to reserve. You can make your payments online as well. As with any storage there are rodents but I recommend storing as much as possible in plastic containers or even metal.

Second time Ive had to get storage and theyre FANTASTIC. The prices are great, quick to find what size I needed & secure it. The place is clean & manager is very helpful,respectful & she get the job done!

The whole process was extremely easy. I showed up to sign my lease agreement and the manager on site was so helpful and informative. I had a very quick and pleasant experience. The unit was clean and the grounds were immaculate. I would highly recommend this CubeSmart location.

It was very easy to get the storage and exit. My payments were being sent by my bank in my maiden name but I was called and told, let alone the front desk figured it out. Overall very nice people

Ease of access and cost of unit

Unlike public storage I havent been broken into and there are rosebushes out front that I can snag a flower from occasionally!

CubeSmart was represented by very capable and gracious women at this location. I was always kept up to date and notified of any issues. It was convenient to be able to purchase packing materials and their selection included some very handy items. I also really enjoyed the rose bushes, just gorgeous! Thank you 🌹

Horrible. Customer service is very horrible. Your storage unit will most likely get broken into, and they wont want to answer your calls, I am paying way too much for a storage unit that is NOT secure. View attached pictures of my unit door.

If you cannot make your payment because youre not working, your unit will have the lock cut off and then they will inventory your property for auction. Then steal some of your property, thinking that you will not pay your fees. These people are thieves!! Ill never store my property here again.

I appreciated how everyone was so helpful with questions I had very understanding and always sending me friendly reminders units were Clean and if i forgot to do something someone always called me Thank yall I was happy

The property management was very helpful on getting me into a storage that size and price fit my needs. Everybody was very professional and friendly...I recommend Cube Smart over any other storage yards .I’ve had in the past. THE BEST!

This is the second time I have used cubesmart the staff has always been helpful and curtious and the price is great.

It is best to reserve a unit online as you can get a better deal. There is not enough lighting on some of the buildings which makes it hard to see at night. However, staff is friendly and honest. They tell you about any fees, insurance requirements upfront before you arrive if you reserve online and give you detailed instructions to make renting the unit a snap. I was in and out and overall happy with my experience.

These ladies are the bomb. I am having an issue at the moment with some things being broke when they replaced the door, im sureit will all be fine.

I really like the staff here. Theyre friendly and very accommodating. The units seem well maintained and the rolling doors are easy to open. The renters of neighboring units are all friendly and seem to look out for each other.

Karen is extremely kind, patient, andproactive!I made a mistake on the size unit I needed after going through the whole sign up process.And without a blink, she solved it quickly and put me in the right size unit, all the while cheerful and pleasant.Karen you’re a true pro with great people skills!

I have recently rented a unit from here. Great prices. Clean Facility. Nice people in the office. I hate when people act like ( what do you need) at places. These people asked if there was anything they could help us with, so nice cheerful. Its just hard to find that these days. Thanks for hiring nice people that want to work.

Reserved online, came in fwlt welcome and satisfied with my rate and walk thru view. It was a fast warm experience. My stay may/may not be long, but Im a satisfied customer.

The staff are awesome the only problem is it is definitely difficult to make payments on time. The automated system does not work and since they cannot take a payment over the phone we can only go on Saturdays cause the office closes at 6 and not home from work yet if I could get the website to work to create an account to make payments online that would be awesome but that isnt working either :(

Pricing of Cubesmart was within my budget. The unit I purchased was perfect for my needs. The service is seriously lacking however. The manager didnt know what was available when first checking out the space and conflicted with what the website stated. Once that was cleared and having to go online to reserve the one I wanted. Upon move in at 11am the office was closed with a sign stating they would return at 2pm. So I called the main number who claimed to call the manager and stated she was at the bank and should return in about 10 minutes and would inform the manager we are waiting. An hour goes by and we finally see the manager ON the property asking if we need her assistance. We verified we needed her assistance and instead of coming right to us we watcher her stop several times to clean up garbage. Once she finally came to us to do final paperwork she informed us she was onsite the whole time. If thats the case why is not a phone on the manager during these types of situations? Waiting an hour in the hot sun to wait on the manager who is actually ON SITE?! Ridiculous

Giving Cube Smart 2 stars.. Im blow away after having such poor service by management. When my husband and I first got our unit less than a year ago (we were expecting out first child as I was 6 months pregnant, so we needed extra space) we waited probably 40 mins for the manager who lives ON SITE. As for the units, ours was a bit damp but I did a sweep and spray down (seriously, who knows what people have stored in those things) Oh and I might add one morning on the way to drop my husband off at work around 9:20am we stopped by to pay our rent for the month and was shooed away by some lady (Im assuming the manager, as I was waiting in the car with our daughter) eating a breakfast burrito. Seeing as we were there to PAY HER, it seemed a bit rude to decline us as if she didnt see my husband in his work shirt obviously in a hurry to get to work. But thats just another unfortunate encounter we have had with this gal.

Place is very clean,safe and staff is very friendly, but they do have a bi-annual increase on their storage units, some time you get lucky and get skipped for the increase.

Ive done business here several times and they always have a clean and secure environment.

Stored my sons car there.. Checked it had been broken into. Someone was living in the car. Burned paper inside the car to stay warm. The day I checked the hood was up. The lady in the office said she never saw anything. The I took the car out of there. As I was leaving homeless people walked up put the code in. Walked right in the gate the lady said nothing to them..Worst place ever to store a car..

The ladies take good care of the facility, the ladies are very personable. Thanks for the great service.
