Support small businesses!!! I needed monitors so I could start my new business. They got me a set of twin monitors which scratches my symmetry itch at a very reasonable price. They also gave me a tip to get a different stand so I had more room on my desk. Cannot recommend The Tech Monkey enough!

Tech Monkey has been amazing at helping me with my computer. I had gone to TLC COmputers and Julio damaged my stuff and refuses to help take care of the bill for me to get it fixed. If anyone needs computers fixed only go to Tech Monkey, they know their stuff.

Alexas was super nice and helpful. My PC didnt come with a M.2 SSD screw on the motherboard, he spent time and helped me out. Those screws are extremely difficult to find anywhere else. I really appreciated that. Please correct me if I spell the name incorrectly. Will come back again.

Really bad customer service. After taking a week and a half to get a price on something. I was insulted when I asked for something slightly different. Don’t waste you’re time. Everything was way over retail.

I have an older very custom gaming computer and I was referred to this place by another local computer repair store. I went to check the place out to see if they could help me. They had said they were busy at the moment and gave me a very reasonable time frame of when they could even begin to look at my problem. My self and the person working there were able to talk about my problem and he was able to give me some advice about my issue. I was not able to look at everything in the store so you can not comment on those things but I can say the customer service was very pleasant.

Got a great rig for an amazing price. He is knowledgeable and willing to share his knowledge, which is rare for a computer shop around here.

I purchased two 27 Dell monitors. Both were in like new condition and are working great! They had lots of other great deals while I was there. If I had the budget, I could have easily walked out of there with a few more items. I highly recommend these guys! Steven was very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Found these guys through a Craigslist add. They had a few laptops I was interested in so I decided to stop in. Glad I did!. Great prices, very up front and honest with any small issues with any of the laptops and any repairs they had performed. Purchased a used Dell Im very happy with. Always happy to support a local small business and good honest people. Will definitely be a return customer.

The staff are very professional and helpful. The prices are good and the computers they build are great. I bought a slightly older laptop that was upgraded and refurbished. Saved a lot of money and it runs great.

Didnt find out the problem correctly after 2 weeks. As they said, I bring all new component to fix, but they charge me again on the same problem which should been done. The explanation is they told me they need more time, but I got it early. First, what kind of problem need 3 weeks more to check, or the technical skills are not good enough to open a store. Second, I swear to God, they told me my pc has CPU cooling, cords, ram only these problems, then I take back to change all component. Then the result is my computer still has the same problem. ITS NOT FIXED! And when they give back my pc, they left one cpu cooler cord and other parts.

My laptop had issues logging in once I updated my windows and couldnt get in at all. I contacted Steve and he was easily able to fix it within just a few days. Definitely a trustworthy guy and I will be sending all my computers to him for fixing!

My brother got a virus in my computer that gave me a boot error and it was 2 days before school started I WAS PANICKED!. I wish I went to Steve at tech monkey that same day instead of trying to troubleshoot it myself and delaying the fix for another 2 days. Dont second guess it and make the mistake I did, I gave him my tower on Sunday afternoon and he had it back to me Monday afternoon. I was expecting extra charges and for it to be a bit more expensive than it was, DEFINITELY WORTH IT.made my first experience trusting someone with my computer a great one and I wont go with anyone else.

Well the online shop does not work when i press laptops or hardware or desktops so this is very unforcenent people in real life are nice prices going down you love to see it so other than the online shop just fix this

Owner throws around insults when you question design decisions in his builds. Very immature as I can see in the responses to other negative reviews.Update: Predictably the owner continues to act like a child. Do not give your business to such an unstable individual.

Sold him something on eBay and unfortunately USPS damaged the item in transit. I offered him a lot of different items for free and gave him a refund once it was returned. He ended up leaving me a negative review even though I checked in w him multiple times and he told me it was OK. I run a very small eBay store and its mind blowing that a guy like this would just ruin years of hard work despite my pleas and offers to make things right.

Steven was amazing. My husband and I are NOT tech savvy and when our hard drive failed unexpectedly, we thought wed lost everything. Steven was able to replace the hard drive with an upgraded version, recover just about everything from our old hard drive and get it back to us in 3 days. He even delivered the computer, helped us install it, and patiently answered any questions we had. All at a very reasonable price. We cant recommend The Tech Monkey highly enough!

Steven has done several jobs for us including building a gaming PC for my son that is absolutely amazing!! If you need any computer work done, hes the go too guy. His prices are good and the work is outstanding!!

So I was having problems with my laptop for a while and I needed somewhere that wasnt too far away from me. I searched online to see what was closer and I noticed this Computer Repair of Henderson. The man goes by the name of Steven and hes a really friendly guy! I brought my laptop to him to look at it and he told me what was wrong with it right then and there. He had to buy a part, so I had to wait a few days without my laptop sadly. I was expecting it to be done a week later, but he got the part early and fixed it up right away which was surprising to me. Steven is a knowledgeable and trustworthy guy; I recommend him! His prices are pretty good and hell be the guy I go to from now on if I ever have problems with my laptop again.

So I was looking for a place to take my pc to get fixed, googled pc repair near me and I found a list of places. Naturally I chose the one closest to me which was Computer Repair of Henderson and I called up the man, who goes by the name of Stephen; and asked him if he would look at my pc and help me figure out what was up with it. I drop it off, and literally that same day he calls me and tells me whats wrong with it and tells me itll be ready the next day. He wasnt kidding. The man is amazing and now has officially become My computer repair guy Check this guy out! His prices are reasonable, and his work is amazing.

We called Tech Monkey to help us out of a stressful situation. My childern downloaded a virus, and my husband thought it was Microsoft contacting us through a pop up window on Google to help us out of the virus. My husband didnt know this company (Right Help Desk) was the one that created the virus to begin with. He just needed help fast so the kids could finish homework. The scammers asked for our home number to contact us. My husband asked them several questions to do his best to verify they were legit in helping him solve the virus. By the time I came into the room, he had already given our credit card to the scammers and access remotely to our computer. They charged $700 to fix. Instinct told me we were being taken advantage of from Right Help Desk (Google, it states scam). I quickly googled computer tech help near me (Henderson) and got Tech Monkey on the phone. Steven immediately told us to shut our computer down, and terminate communications with scammers.. He said to call our credit card company, cancel card. He would be right over the next day. Within two hours, Steven fixed all our issues. Our computer even runs faster than before. He was extremely informative and helpful to us. We now know what to look for and what not to believe in virus situations. I highly recommend to anyone in our similar situation who isnt tech savvy. We plan to use Steven again when we purchase another home computer for our children. Thank you to Steven for being professional (he even took his shoes off at the front door, a plus for good manners!!).
