Clean store, easy to see from the road, easy to get to. I brought my son here to get a flu shot, and like some other reviews stated, the wait was kind of long. I came here a few months ago for a passport photo and that was quick. Overall it has been pleasant shopping here.

I get told by Walgreens they do not have my medication in stock the day I am to pick it up. Not a word when I dropped it of last week. Nothing when I picked up the others over the weekend. Then I am told Call around and see if another store has itonly to be told they wont tell me over the phone I need come in. I literally cant walk. Its all I can do to have the stuff picked up. Walgreens staff tells me I dont know you can transfer it here but I do not know if we can fill itWhat kind of customer service is this? Im moving everything off of walgreens at my next doctor visit. Im done with them.

Horrible Horrible. This is review is only about the pharmacy. I had scheduled 4 appointments scheduled for covid test. The fam and I went to our appointments at the correct time. After two test the lady working the pharmacy told us that she could not do the remaining 2 test and told us to return in 30 minutes. 30 minutes go by and we wait in line for 2 hours. When we finally reach the window the same person that helped us out tells us to come back after 2pm. We told her that she told us to return in 30 minutes. She responded (Really)? Then to avoid further conversation she said that they were all out of test all because their lunch time was coming up. So I thought to myself she first said come at 2pm and then she said that they were all out of test. This has been the worst experience i had with walgreens pharmacy.

Arrived with vaccination form filled out that I printed out online. Then they hand me another form with same information to fill out again. My appointment was 7:45. I arrived 7:30. It is now 8:30. And Im still waiting to be vaccinated. It took me this long to sit in the chair, just to have second thoughts now. Going to leave if another 10 minutes goes by without being acknowledged.

I had a covid testing appointment at 1245pm. I arrived there at 1220pm because I knew it would take awhile. I didn’t get to the window until 115pm. I told her I had an appointment and the lady told me they aren’t doing testing anymore today and I should of gotten here 15 minutes prior. I explained to her I was but the line was long what do you expect me to do. She said oh well, schedule another appointment. That’s ridiculous! How can you blame the customer for being late when you’re literally holding up the line longer than it should of been. Pretty much an hour waiting and then I get told can’t do my covid testing. Just unbelievable and ridiculous. Even tried calling to talk to a manager, waited 15 mins on the phone then they hang up on me. Unbelievable! By far the worse Walgreens ever!!

This place is a joke. I set up an appointment for a vaccine and when I arrived, I am told that they do not have any available and didnt get any doses in the shipment. I dont know why they did not inform me that they had none available or even wasted my time going there when they were expecting me in advance. The lady then proceeded to try and give me a different vaccine that I did not need. Another thing to note was that my appointment was at 9am and when I arrived there, they were not open yet and I had to wait 10 minutes. Another person was in front of us looking to get the covid vaccine but were turned away because they did not accept walk-ins in the morning due to being too busy but when I looked around, we were the only two there.

Pharmacy has no customer service at all! The only reason I even gave them a 1 star is because I had to do that to leave a review. The wait time is way too long staff is rude inconsiderate and lack of human decensy. The worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to! They are rude, hang up on you, take and hour to talk to you and give you conflicting answers. When I transferred prescriptions from cvs twice they refused to call and get the information, And took 9 days to transfer them with me calling everyday and there rx delivery is a joke that I couldnt get set up for months .I had to call corporate get any resolutions.Im in the process to switching back to cvs.

Numerous times coming to this location to pick up a prescription after 7pm on a Thursday or Friday evening and the wait is absolutely ridiculous! They usually have only 1 person working behind the counter. She is just as sweet as she can be with all that pressure! I told my husband thats it we are not coming to this location anymore! Like 4 times now this is definitely out of control!

Had issues on the app/internet; kept saying error whenever I tried processing my photo order. So I called and spoke with somebody and asked if they still do 1 HR photos.. I came in with my son; and the African American lady, I got her name to be Jazz; but she was super helpful. However, I didnt like how the older lady cashier spoke to her when she prompted that there needed to be two carts of go-backs done.. and also prompted Jazz that she can see / or was nearby her register when a customer requested Jazz for the cashier so he can pay. Just by observation, I didnt like the vibe of the place other than Jazzs assistance..I called an hour anda half later and spoke to which sounded like the older lady handling the cash register, saying that my order wasnt ready. Usually when its done, I get a prompt through email, text, or something.. but with the process; I ended up having to order at CVS PHOTO at 11:19A and they had it done when I got there at 12PM. I used to love Wal-greens photo even back when we used to just bring in our own film canisters for them to process. Theres no inspiration, motivation or even customer-driven service here anymore.

I truly understand things are difficult between social distancing, covid testing and a plethora of other things. However, something has to be done!I waited 20 min to drop off a prescription for my brother. I was told it be ready at 2pm. My sister in law goes to pick up the medication, waits 40 min just to be told the prescription isn’t ready and WASNT EVEN PRINTED TO BE MADE! They tell her it will be a few more hours. She comes home and not even 20 minutes later I receive the email that the prescription is ready (which we didn’t know we’d be receiving or we would have just waited for that) This prescription was for my brother who had oral surgery early this morning. So imagine him in pain ALL this time... thinking he was going to get some relief soon to be told something isn’t ready.We weren’t told the prescription would be rushed for courtesy and their mistake but instead just let us leave. Driving all the way back home just to have to drive all the way back. This is crazy. I strongly dislike leaving poor reviews but this was not acceptable at all. Didn’t even receive an apology from the staff.

Worse walgreens ever you will wait in the drive through at least 45 minutes to an hour to drop off your prescription or get a test. People are sick and cant get their medication on time. They have a large parking lot with plenty of empty spaces because this Walgreens is not a popular store!They have signs in the parking lot that state 30 MINUTE PARKING.If you park in their lot they will immediately have your car towed away and the cost for retrieving your car is $330!This Walgreens gets a kickback from the towing company!

They are understaffed, untrained and now what really did it for me was I had surgery on Wednesday my wife drop off the pain med prescription in the morning and they told her it would be ready at 4pm.. 4pm rolls around and come to find out they havent even checked tje safe to see if they even have it in stock nor processed it.Here i am agaginizing in pain all becuase these retards dont know how to manage a pharmacy!

Second time in line today. Prescription is 3 days late (with no explanation). Came in earlier to see what was up. They said I could pick it up later. Now theyre saying its only a partial pickup. I was approached by a random woman leaving the pharmacy line and told not to even bother because they are incompetent. Months later, I could not agree more.Today I came to the drive thru with a stat amoxicillin prescription. The woman working the window asked me to come inside and wait 15 minutes for her to call me as she said she’d personally handle the prescription. 20 minutes later, I got in line in the store, waited 20 minutes for them to help 3 people in front of me and was told the prescription was expected 40 minutes earlier but they’re behind so the woman at the counter said now she’d personally handle filling the prescription once they return from their 1 hour lunch. This time she’s assured me that we’ll get a text message when the prescription has been filled however, I don’t want to bank on that being that yesterday I went to the pharmacy THREE TIMES because I’d received an email, then a text, and then called them to verify that my daughter’s Xulane birth control patch was ready for pickup. During each visit a different representative told me they’re not aware of or in control of what the system sends out via text or email about any of the prescription orders and no one knew whom I’d spoken with on the phone or why I was told to come back because the prescription (that had been delayed over a week after two weeks of trying to get it transferred from CVS in person, online and through the app) wasn’t going to be ready for at least 2 more days.Whether you wait in the horrendous line in the store or camp inside your car in the drive thru window you’ll have the same hour long wait no matter the time of day. And, at this point I’m considering paying over $75 for each prescription to get them at other locations since I only come here because the 90 day supply of the Xulane patch is free here under the insurance coverege through my employer.Trust me, the opportunity cost is so much higher than the monetary discount.

The store is good. It has helpful and friendly staff. I will usually go here if I need only a few things and dont want through all the aisles of a supermarket. The prices are fine and comparable and you can earn points and discounts from using your rewards card. All in all an easy shopping experience at a convenient location. Things are easy to find and usually have what you need. Good place to go if you just want a quick trip to the store

Favorite pharmacy and corner store to go to. Everyone is just so friendly and asks if you need assistance. Good choices of items in the store, when I dont really want to go to the big stores. Check your gift cards and store credit before you leave the store. Not sure if it was an employee mistake or if it was theft. I made a return and I was given a gift card which was the first mistake. According to the manager I was supposed to receive store credit. So I left the store with the gift card. Months later I come back to the store to make a purchase just to find out the gift card was never activated. Seems very fishy. Since I do not have the receipt with the original return there is nothing that can be done. So BE CAREFUL!! I will never shop at Walgreens again. You lost a customer!!

I just left the pharmacy drive thru and the lady at the window was so rude! I went around 5pm to drop off a prescription for my 7yr old son. Yesterday we spent all night at the culinary clinic and they diagnosed him with the flu. The pharmacy there was closed so I came here since its closer to my house. When I pulled up I gave her my ID and she stated your name is not here what were you expecting. I offered numerous times to give her the papers the doctor gave me but instead she made me read her the prescription which I obviously could not pronounce. Then she asked if it was electronically or physically signed. I again told her I waited in line for about 30mins earlier and they told me to come back at 8pm. She then said well this is obviously not going to be ready tonight, as if I was just dropping off. This was so unprofessional! She was so rude and couldve handled this way differently! I have culinary insurance, I can go anywhere else and never be treated this way! On top of that I now have to wait another day to give my son his medicine. This is not okay! I will never come back and I suggest everyone else to not even waste their time because if your life is depending on the medicine, you can just start saying goodbye. Unbelievable!

I had a horrible experience here. I dropped my sons prescription off and the lady told me to come back in an hour & a half and that my sons medications will be ready for pick up. I come back to pick up the medications and they tell me they don’t take my insurance anymore. It was completely unprofessional. I wasted an hour & a half thinking I was going to be picking up my sick sons medications. It would have been better if they told me the first time I stopped by that they don’t take my insurance so I could go to CVS down the street. Instead they wasted my time and had my son wait longer for his medication. I would not recommend coming to this Walgreens.

Epic Fail: We dipped off a prescription for my daughter. She wanted to go to Target but I talked her into Walgreens because it was closer. We dropped off the script at about 10:50 and were told it would be ready at 1:00. My dauter tells me we should have gone to Target because they only take 30 minutes. She went back to pick her order up at 2:30. It wasnt ready. She had to wait around until 3:00 before it was ready. Shes right. Target next time.Walgreens - FAIL!

I come here because I like the people in this entire store, but Walgreens corporate office needs to hire more people for the pharmacy. Always long waiting inside or outside. It makes me feel bad for the girls there but Im going to change pharmacys because Im getting real tired of always having to wait so long. Walgreens should be familiar with all Medicare prescription programs. This location gave me the run around with Netlie Medicare prescription plan.Walgreens, goal is to cheat people out of money. A co-host of $3 50/$ 8.50 When using the Netlie plan.  Walgreen lies and denies the meds are approved. When all they need to do is take a step towards providing true customer service. By calling the prescription plan. To obtain auth.But by not calling they  charge $24.99 & $42.99 for another.Its saddens my heart to know this is how we treat elders in our comnunity. Walgreens should be a shamed but in reality the business  was built on the back of Slaves! So that  corporate  superior mindframe spares no one and has not changed. So they hire dumb lazy ass people easily used to push there agenda.Walgreens have tech. Available when you call and they arent qualified to help get Rx paid. They can only verify some info. Great store bad pharmacy. They have no idea the people who wait in line are either getting more sick waiting for their medication or something of theat nature . They need to step it up I waited almost 1hr and a half to just drop off my prescription. Very unsatisfied... its 520 pm and Im on the phone with this location . Its been 45 min and all Ive been getting is someone picking up the line and then putting it on hold nothing but hearing someone picking up the line. Very unprofessional. Rude and just all out wrong.

Can i give negative stars? The pharmacy is horrible. Told prescription for my son would be ready at 2pm. Arrive a little after 2 and then im told they dont have his medicine in stock. How can they tell me when itll be ready when they dont even check to see what i need is in stock. I called smiths pharmacy and in less than 30 minutes it was filled. This place is the worst! I read somewhere where they do the largest volume of Prescription Business in all of Walgreens or something to that effect.... well their customer service sucks.This is the third visit by my wife and I to complete our series of Flu and Pneumonia Shots.... we live only 7 minutes away. I have called each time before we left to go to Wallgreens to verify that they have plenty of shot vaccinations available (Specific about 65+ Flu Shot, and 1st & 2nd Dosages for Pneumonia).... Oh, certainly, we have plenty on hand... The 1st visit.... they were out of Flu Vaccines (in 7 minutes????!!, wow, they must have just finished giving them to a football team or whatever).The second time we obtained our Flu Vaccines but they were out of the 1st Year and 2nd Year dosages for myself and my wife for the Pneumonia Shot...This time they did have the 1st year for me and a 2nd year shot for my wife.... Each time we called they had plenty of dosages but, funny thing, I received the 3rd to last dosage of 1st Year that they had on hand, and my wife used up the 2nd to last dosage of 2nd Year Pneumonia that they had on hand. It took 75 minutes for the shots to be administered.Everyone was upset at the huge wait times. The person who was giving shots shared with my wife that this particular store is always chaotic, and that there are always huge wait lines, unlike any other store that she works at...When we spoke with the young manager of this store she was surprised at our experiences, had never heard of any complaints, and they know (thats the pharmacy) that I can get them anything that they need IF they just let me know.From the pharmacy comments over the past few visits.... They are understaffed and they do not have enough personnel to handle the vaccinations process.From the perspective of this mature customer: this store needs training and personnel to turn around customer service. How can Walgreens ignore providing adequate personnel and training while recognizing the pharmacy as having such a consistently HIGH Prescription Volume among Walgreens Pharmacies... doesnt make good business sense to have such a good money maker and then choke off customer service, threatening such a great money maker.We are moving all prescriptions to CVS Pharmacy and will be obtaining our shot record history to transfer those services to CVS... we are quite DONE with Walgreens. We want to have a pharmacy that helps to keep us healthy... not one that so aggravates us that the stress makes us sick.

This pharmacy sucks!!!! They have people stealing narcotic prescriptions!!I dropped off my prescription on Jan 3, they said it will be in stock on Jan 23. I went to pick it up on Jan 25 and after waiting in line for 1 hr they tell me that they must have lost my prescription! I’m furious! I have never been to them before, I always use the one on Craig and camino al norte with no problem!I was trying to save time and go to this one that is closer to me but I do not recommend at all!!!

I was having lots of problems with my doctor sending my prescription to walgreens, but the pharmacists here were so helpful, sending constant reminders to my doctor. One in particular, Steven, also called multiple times for me, and took it upon himself to to get through to the literally unreachable doctors office. He went above and beyond and made sure my problem was solved.

Sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes without as much as hello we will be with you shortly. The pharmacist here tonight is a blonde older woman and she’s pretty into sterilization. I saw her sanitizing customer pens with germ x. Neverthelessi had to call the pharmacy from my car just to get Service, this pharmacist looked at the phone, saw it ringing and refused to answer, after another 2 minutes on hold the female technician who was working on other orders took my call. So basically stay away from this pharmacy, if your not happy with what your doing find someplace else to be, because once I witnessed that behavior it let me know so much about how they conduct business relationships at this location. Furthermore I dropped off a prescription here over 3 weeks ago to be filled and received no correspondence from Walgreens so naturally i come for the prescription and they tell me that they do not accept my insurance. How about a curtesy call. I’ll have to continue my Cvs pharmacy journey, wont be back thanks Walgreens.

This is the slowest pharmacy in the valley. Been here for an hour waiting in ll e just to drop off prescription. The tech has only helped 2 customers in that time.
