Most of the tools in my garage are from harbor freight. Im just a basic guy with basic needs, if harbor freight would sell Chinese girls robots, I would buy that too..

Great place for Diy around the house. The aisles are clearly marked in English when your walking up the aisles and Spanish on the back when your walking down the aisles . I dont speak Spanish but I thought that was extremely inclusive and just smart. The lines were short I was in and out in a few minutes. Very good shopping experience all around.

THIS Harbor Freight Tools does not enforce mask mandate. My wife died Aug 1st from COVID. I saw at least 3 people without masks. Customers.

Harbor Freight is a good store. They have a lot of items in there and reminded me of an old country Hardware Store. There was everything from various electrical tools 2 car jacks and portable garages. The only comment I would make about this store is that it was sorely lacking in customer service. It took us a while to find somebody that could answer our questions and help us find what we needed. I recommend this store the prices were nice and the store was clean.

I had a rain check with instructions to please give 25% off from the Nellis store. The Craig store took my rain check and did not give any discount. The refused to give back the rain check. Im disable and we discussed this over the phone before I sent someone into the store with my ID and credit card. The guy Brian would not even help the small young lady load the heavy box onto a shopping cart. And refused to let her use the dolly.. Great prices on tools and such... The movers absconded with my hand truck last month so I needed a new one and found a well priced one there. While I was there I took the opportunity to pick up odds and ends that will make unpacking and breaking down boxes easier. At the cash register, the cashier signed me up to receive coupons in my mailbox regularly and handed me a flyer with deals that will be valid in a few days. I like that theres always a freebie in the flyer!

This place is great. The variety of tools and project supplies is great! The coupons and freebies are an incentive I appreciate. Just now learning about their loyalty program and Ive already saved $30 off a tent. So far worth it. My husband loves this place too. Great alternative from Home Depot. Not a big fan of Lowes

I went into this store today. Had to wait outside due to social distancing good good for them. You get in the store and realize they are doing no social distancing too many people in the store. I stood in line (2 lines were formed) for 66 minutes. Two register people, 4 people floating around the store and a manager managing the line going into the store and no one helped this poor guy at the register. Management needs some additional training obviously. That’s really too bad, Harbor Freight has been a staple in my family for years. When the shopping experience changes from enjoyable, informative, helpful to stressful and you leave feeling like you don’t matter you have to cut that store out of your life, that’s done, won’t shop Harbor Freight again

Only problem I ever have with this place is all I needed was gloves and a putty knife! How exactly do I go into a cheap rolls place for 2 things and end up spending over $100? Cuts I got 2 boxes of gloves and 13 potty knives and 2 razer knives and ....

Got what I needed and got back out reasonably fast. Clerk was okay, not overly helpful nor overly pleasant. The feeling of people overworked and underpaid permeated the place.

Good cheap tools. Usually no line at check out. Most employees are very helpful and will guide you in the right direction when looking for a specific item. For the most part this location keeps clean an items where they should be. The lot sales tend to be good here as the have a decent size parking lot. If you are in search of a tool for cheap and quick in an out purchase this is the place to go too.

Came in to buy an air compressor, put it and my coupon on the sales counter. They asked if I wanted the warranty and I sad no thanks. I then noticed they didnt take off the coupon. I had to remind them, and then the first thing the associate says is Oh, now you REALLY have to get the warranty. I said no thanks again and he asked one more time.Thank goodness I was buying it as a gift for someone, but the staff didnt seem apologetic or anything about the coupon. The prices are awesome, but the sale associate I had only cared about pushing the warranty and not getting things right.

Great place to shop for tools.I personally wouldnt say that they are the best, but if you are in need of something cheap but efficient this is your store. Great prices on most of their stock and they also have name brands but of course it comes with the name brand price. Overall I definitely would recommend this place to most of the DO IT YOUR SELFERS

Had to return a HF tool. Didnt have receipt but they looked it up with our phone number worked out good. We were able to exchange for a new working tool. Manager was super. Ended up also buying a new moving blanket. She was helping us out with the sizes only $4. Cant beat the price. Thank you.

My husband and I went to go check it out and they had pretty awesome deals. We got a free flashlight with our purchase. (Who doesnt like free stuff right?) The manager was pretty helpful and told us that they always have specials and to look out for emails from them with great deals and there is always something free!
