So slow took 2 hour to find the part i need had to explain myself 10 times i saw 15 customers walk in and out by the time they found the part i need called 5 stores and still didn’t find it. went in the store at 12:30 left at 2 still with no part in hand had to go to a different store to find the part.

Went in with truck starting issues. Was quickly diagnosed for a battery replacement. Bought the battery, they installed for FREE and was on my way in less than 15 minutes! GMC service department didnt have an open appointment until Monday and would have charged me double for the same replacement. Customer for life!

Whoever this guy was that kept answering the phone kept hanging up on me when I was trying to get info on a part for my car. I wound up going into the store because I was furious at that point but a young man came and waited on me that was more than helpful so it ended well. Second bad experience.

I have a friend that works at the one is Southgate on 441. He is always helpful but cant always say the same for every person that works there. Some just dont have customer service etiquette.

They advertise that they check the engine light code for free but when you go there they do not . Its the third advance parts I go that tell me the same thing

Looks old as hell from the outside. Did an online pickup but had to get the items myself. If they arent gonna add a guarantee to the 30mins or less then its pointless.

Hands down the worst advance Auto Ive ever been to and will NEVER go there again.. the guy with the glass was no help at all. I went to the advance on 441 and it was a breeze in and out with no issues at all

Staff is terrible. Go to auto zone or o Reilly. Anywhere else but here worst customer service ever. I had a battery with a 2 year warranty and three months later i dies. They refused to give me another battery under warranty because they couldnt find it in their system.

The guys who work here are the best, professional, and kind guys.

Advance Auto is the go to place for all the do it yourself projects big or small they have everything from spark plugs and oil to engines and transmissions if they dont have they can most likely get it in a short amount of time and the staff are always so helpful to get you what you need so you can get back on the road again I dont know what I would do without them I always used there Southgate store for years and for years to come thanks for everything.
