After spending a significant amount of time searching for the best bed for my personal needs, my daughter and I were pleased to find such a mattress at Mattress Firm, in N Lauderdale. The excellent customer service by James Bauer played a large part in this decision. He showed a sincere interest in meeting customers needs with so much patience and no pressure, never once mentioning the “late hour” we first entered, even though it was nearly closing time, and he was preparing to leave for his 2-days off (per weekly schedule).Am pleased to say we did, in fact, purchase the tempurpedic mattress and adjustable frame and as much as I loved sleep before, this just makes it SO much better...it’s just the right combination of memory foam softness and firmness. Having a bad back makes what I sleep on an essential third of my day, and the adjustable frame so much more appreciated. So very pleased with both the service and the choice made just 2 weeks ago.****UPDATED REVIEW 5/5/21****Suffice it to say my first review was premature as i have had many problems in the 2 months with first adjustable frame as it shifted to the side 5-6” every couple of nights til someone pushed it back into place. After being advised to either keep pushing it back into place (which my bad back prevented me from doing), or adding Velcro to both base and mattress.(?) Original salesman is no longer there, after he took my order to upgrade base from EASE to ERGO hoping it would resolve both the shifting while i got to enjoy the added features, like the massage so pleasing to fall asleep to. But that was not to be. The base was either refurbished or simply defective as i had to have it repaired twice, for it just stopped working with leg half of bed elevated as high as it goes (enabling me to keep my legs elevated above heart level as prescribed), but until I disputed the charge, then my frustrated claim was finally referred to the CAN-DO MGMT level, and thanks to Andrea, i am finally getting a brand new base replaced in 2 days (the earliest possible), and I am very optimistic that she will not give up until it is completely resolved. This time i will hold off on posting a review right away & wait until sleeping on it for a couple of weeks. That seems fair as I only like posting positive reviews, so she will get all the accolades she deserves as she has expressed a fierce determination to see this through (even calling me today on her day off simply because she gave me her word) and i respect that kind of commitment. The pictures posted are an additional problem with this base moving front to back as opposed to side to side like previous base.If I didn’t see how many people read my review i probably would have just deleted it, but i am finishing what I started with this update for it is an expensive investment and only well worth it if it functions properly.

My experience here was amazing Big Rob really went above and beyond from the moment we walked in he was very welcoming and not to mention it was minutes before closing. He did not rush us, he was thorough and very informative. If you ever visit the north Lauderdale location make sure you see big Rob you absolutely won’t regret it.

We went and bought a new mattress and it ended up being too firm either because of a manufacturing error or just didnt wear in after 45 days. We went to do the exchange for a softer mattress but on the delivery day for the exchange there was an issue with the original mattress as there was a mishap with the tags. The sales person as well as the district manager were so HELPFUL in accommodating us and assisting in the exchange. Now my husband and I are sleeping so well in our much softer (yet still firm) mattress. I definitely recommend Mattress Firm for your next mattress. Their customer service is excellent and they truly care about their customers comfort.

Mattress Firm North Lauderdale - Their guarantee is BS. They fail to mention the restocking fee of 10% AND $100 delivery fee to exchange mattresses. My mattress had mice in it. They brought me a new mattress, same problem. They tell me Im crazy, meanwhile 2 exterminators told me the mice can not get out of the mattress and will soon die inside of it. Thatll smell nice and come with many diseases. They dont care and wont return my calls. DO NOT SHOP HERE!Update: a manager finally called back and made everything right. Went in and ordered another mattress, thought all was great. New one comes from a different warehouse in 2 weeks. 2 Days later a higher up manager called to give me a hard time about it and was just nasty. Im thinking I should cancel the new new new one and get my money back or dispute payment on my credit card. She had no right being nasty, I should be, this is ridiculous!More developments: A district manager called, again very concerned and helpful. I must say, all of the employees Ive had to deal with were great, willing to go above and beyond with the exception of 1 manager who was just rude. Otherwise they have been pretty great. They are trying. I cant hold it against the whole company because of 1 employee. She seems to be the odd man out.

Best place in town to do Business with!!!So I went in last Monday when they where having a HUGE sale, but I didnt have the cash to pay for the bed, or in this case home of my future dreams until Friday. So I ended up coming back and sadly the sale was over. After thinking Great, now I have to look for a cheaper bed I dont want. I spoke with Judith Watson one of the employees, and she was able to get me within $60 of the sale price from Monday.
