I ordered a curbside order to be picked up at 9:00. I get here at 9:00 and call no one answered so I call back at 9:05. I was put on hold and was never taken off of hold so I hung up and went inside. The lady came out ( straight short hair) and had an attitude she said “I just got here so give me 15minutes) I go ok and walk back in after 15 minutes. She than says their drying and will be done in 10. Needless to say 45 minutes later I got my order. Don’t have 9:00 as a pickup option if it’s not gonna be ready till 45 minutes later.

Ordering from this location is stressful. You do not know when the driver will arrive and that means that you have to wait to start other plans for the day. Example: For mothers day it is 11 am and still have not received the fruit arrangement, lunch plans are on hold until he shows up. Ordering is easy thought

I shouldve listened to the bad reviews. No sense of good communication can be found here. Placed an order for a friend who had plans, order was to be delivered on her birthday. Called the store was told only one driver available, this was an hour after being told that they would arrive within the hour. Had my friend cancel her plans to wait for the order. Called back at 5 minutes before closing no one answers! I am enraged!!!!!!!Update, the arrangement was nicely done but I still feel the same about the service.

Doing this review on behalf of my sister in law, who is in Venezuela and wanted to surprise my brother on his birthday. Simply just NOT what we were expecting for a total of $46.63 (including $14.99 of delivery fee!!!). The presentation of the strawberries NOT what shown on the web picture. Extremely disappointed... and they delivered the day after his bday. For a special occasion industry... zero. Your goal should be to make other people happy, not go trough a disappointing moment on a special day. Hope they improve (or at least charge less than that!)

Edit* Placed an order for mothers day to be delivered and the arrangement never showed. After a few days I was personally contacted by a store manager who not only apologized for everything that happen but also upgraded the order. for my previous review it was wrong and ill patient of me to not wait a little longer to see how things played out during these hard times. Would 100% do business with these stores again

I purchased two arrangements and a tray of cookies for some of the staff at my daughters school. Originally, I placed the order for pick up. That morning, after something came up at work, I had no choice but to have them delivered. I called the store in North Lauderdale, and lucky for me, I was taken care of by Heather. She took care of the all the details and was professional, courteous, and very friendly. The arrangements were even better then I expected. The staff was very happy as was I. If the owner / management reads this review, give Heather a raise!

Extremely unprofessionall I ordered an arrangements to be delivered they did not

Ordered the chocolate covered strawberries and they were terrible. Strawberries were not ripe (white),chocolate coating was minimal and strawberries were tiny. Called the store and the manager had the order remade without issue. The remake made my Valentine quite happy.

My original arrangement person canceled on me, very unprofessional. One of my friends recommended this place to me the day before christmas and even though it was very last minute i was still greeted with a friendly attitude and was in and out very quickly!

Eva is AMAZING!!!! I had questions about delivery expectations, she did her research and got back with me promptly. She walked me thru the ordering process and even helped me write something in the card, lol. Awesome customer service and extremely knowledgeable.... ordering at this location was a breeze!!!!

I had a 930 am pick up. I reached at 940am. The front door was locked. There was a sign that said to knock of the door or call someone will answer. I called multiple times, someone finally answered after the 3rd call, saying to give her a sec. 15 minutes passed still no one came to the door.

Edible Arrangements was enjoyed so much by my mother who lives in Florida because the fruit was so delicious and they delivered it on the day I requested. This is not the first time I sent it to her but she enjoyed it so much I makes me feel good and I will still send it to her as many times as I can.

Literally my go-to place for arrangements! Friendly customer service and a very clean establishment. I often do delivery too and that’s also a 10/10.

Do not get any arrangements made and delivered from this store location.We recently purchased the Small Delicious Arrangement for our dear friend but what we received was nothing like the picture. It was an embarrassing piece of work.The manager did not call back as promised to solve the issue. Customer care is 0 stars.Here is a picture of what we received.

Worse experience ever. They did not deliver on time. They claimed they made multiple phone calls at 9pm, which I did not received. When I called one missed number, no one answered. The following day, they left the fruit basket on the floor. For food that someone is going to eat. Worse store ever!!! No customer service skills...

I must have called a million times the day I ordered. I ordered from this store twice and both times my arrangement came out perfect. Norma “went out of her way” to ensure me that everything would go as I planned and indeed it did.

Highly disappointed right now and see exactly why this place has soo many 1 star reviews. I placed an order at 1 o’clock to be delivered by 430 to surprise my wife at work. They call me to tell me they won’t make by then at 4 and ask if she can stay at work late to receive it. Which then called again to tell me they wouldn’t even be there by 445-5 so I cancelled my order. I’ll never order from here again. If you’re considering using this location I highly suggest finding another or a different company altogether.

Ordered chocolate covered strawberries nearly a week in advance for my moms birthday to be delivered on a Monday. It’s now Wednesday night, and not only hasn’t she received them, but they never even left a message! Now there’s no way to get ahold of anyone after 5 pm. I hope they refund my money!! What a waste.

I ordered a Mother’s Day gift for my mom to pick up for 2:00 pm 05/07/2020. I arrive at 2:16 and the girl comes from the back and say 10 more minutes. I had an appointment for my 2 year old son for speech therapy so I had to leave. I then went back to this establishment at 3:38 pm and then they couldn’t find the order I already paid for and then when they did .. wait for it .. 10 more minutes ma’am. I then asked the lady in the front to speak to the manager twice she went to the back and then she stated that her manager was not going to come to the front. Now that’s really upsetting I am a paying customer and being treated as if my time is not important and the manager is acting like she does not have the time to speak to me. So I was very upset and proceeded to call her through the back window. Immediately she goes into the fact that they are backed up. She never once apologizes because it is not her who is inconvenienced. So I started telling her how horrible their customer service is and yes I did curse but at this point i am beyond upset because this lady only wants to argue with me and tell me she is going to call the cops because I’m in a store for something I paid for. This was the manager and her services was disgusting. Never will go back. Do not recommend this store location to anyone. This is the second time they have done this with my order.

I had a great experience. The customer service was great and the lady who answered the phone was quite funny and made my day. The order was delivered on time and the fruit was delicious!

Walked in and made order. It was done then. I waited 15-20 min. I was not disappoined, the recipient said the fruit was sweet. Im going g back next month for birthday pieces.

I had to give them one star or I couldnt post this review; however if there was -100 stars, that would be their rating! They attempted a delivery to my home on Tuesday December 18th, twice. I was out of town and when I returned home on the 19th, I called the drivers cell number as well as the store directly. I called twice that day leaving messages both times that I was traveling and that I was now home. I received no call back. I left a message the following day again, no return call. It is now 12/26/18 and I just called again leaving another message. Whoever sent me the arrangement hasnt been thanked because I have no idea who it was and that person will pay for something that was never received. What an AWFUL way to do business! Sad, Better Business Bureau, hear I come!

I am absolutely disappointed!! My wonderful husband goes out of his way to buy me something and its delivered late and everything is warm and tastes bitter. Its absolutely disgusting! Im throwing it away and expecting a full refund!

This store is horrible do not order from here.My husband requested a time from 2:30pm-6:00pm on November 20th for a delivery for my birthday to be surprise. We were on our way to dinner at 6:45pm when I received a call from the delivery guy that he arrived at our home...Then at dinner my husband and I discussed that we didn’t want the order anymore since it was suppose to be a surprise for my birthday and it was now ruined.The next day my husband called to cancel and receive a refund. The women said she would refund him. As of Friday, November 30th he had still not received a refund so he stopped by the location to speak with someone. The women (who refused to give her name but identified herself as the manager) was very rude, never apologized, and didn’t explain why they did not issue the refund and turned her back and walked away. She completely ignored him and left him standing there without an answer. My husband at that point decided to call the police since now the store was keeping his money and we hadn’t received our arrangement. At this point it’s theft. She still refused to cooperate and give her name to the police, the police officers advised the next step to take is to call his bank, get a refund and contact the corporate office. Today which is Saturday, December 1st he called his bank to issue the refund, also called corporate to let them know about our experience.So please don’t order from here and IF you do don’t trust them if they say they will deliver in certain time frame. You will be disappointed.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THEM, I ordered a fruit arrangement for $100 a day before the ocassion to an address 8 FREAKING MINUTES from their location its 7pm in the evening and still not delivered and the girl who answers the phone at that location dont give a rat ass about customer services or orders.. she can only said here says is still in transit!!! Its a freaking birthday gift you would think they will be more thoughtful to make it on the day!!! Well no.. no worth it!!! Sooo disappointed I wouldnt buy from edible arrangements ever.. if you have a high demand get more freaking drivers, employees.. cant give zero stars or I would!!! So pissed!!

The worst experience! My boyfriend placed an order for Valentines and they never delivered nor did they call to inform us that they were unable to deliver. Currently attempting to call to speak to someone and unfortunately know one is answering the phone. Throughout the years weve periodically order from various locations with NO complaint. But I will never order from tis location again.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Sent me a delivery confirmation for an order that WAS NEVER DELIVERED. This store sent me a delivery confirmation email a day after I asked them to deliver the order for an arrangement, and after talking to the family I sent it to, I found out the company had lied to me. Called customer service and no effort was made to remediate the situation. Do not buy from Edible Arrangements!
