Moe has been outstanding with making sure that the facility is neat and orderly.She takes out of her busy schedule to ask tenants if everything is good with their unit.Ive never encountered this type of customer service from any other location.

First time getting a storage, I came in looking for a decent size unit for my belongings. I spoke with Moe the lady that was working that day and she was very helpful and answered all my questions for me. A very sweet and nice young lady. I was very pleased with my decision on public storage instead of an other company. High ratings from me.

Worst place ever. Customer service is non existent. Went to the unit on the 1st at 9:50am and my lock was cut. Rent is due on the first yes but the day was not over. It was 9:50am. The manager has no clue on hire to run this place. Will be keeping my money and buying a shed for $400. Will save a ton.

I happen to be employed by PS so some might say I am bias, but you either have good service or you dont.... I met with the PM, Moe, bright and early, she got me checked in with ease. She was professional, polite and personable. She did her job well, the facility was clean & organized; it was a pleasure doping business with Moe. I would recommend her and this PS location.

Clean place, cameras everywhere and friendly staff too, only thing is the exit dialer is pretty hard to reach from your car, you have to get out to put the code but Moe is always helping with letting me out, she’s very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Clean and delightful storage.

We went in to the North Lauderdale location to look for a 10x20 unit not knowing there was a bigger option of 10x30. Manager Moe showed us both units and went over details. There are lower priced internet promotions, however the 10x30 promo price could not be found. Moe went out of her way to find it and saved us some money, she was kind and very professional. Very happy we dealt with her and very satisfied with 2nd month free offer as well.

Excellent customer service she open exactly at 9:30 a.m. I waited for her to open the door without no problem. I explained about my issue of whats torsion looking for she provided me the perfect right size storage with the AC and everything else. Went to make a payment for my husband and the office was closed everytime I arrived. His unit was in auction status and the property that his unit is at told me that I can make a payment at any location. I dont feel like I should have to drive all the way to Lauderhill when there is a location right next to me. Based off the rest of these reviews you need to do your job and stop slacking!!

As a fellow business owner I know how important customer reviews are to a business.Ive been doing business with this location for a little over a month now my way of giving reviews to a business would be to give myself enough time to experience all the business has to offer with that being said in December of 2016 made online reservation for a storage unit at this facility I was then called right after my booking was arrange to confirm my reservation then I arrived at the location where I meant Eddy who I must say was very knowledgeable and informative about the property and the business he was able to give me a tour and help me better understand the ground rules and regulations of the storage facility which I found very helpful. I have been visiting the location numerous of times and was very amazed and happy to see how the maintenance of this facility is kept. At my initial point of bookingmy unit I arrived not knowing what materials I could have needed to store my valuables, having Eddy with the knowledge of the business assist me and informing me of materials that they do have for sale on the retail display he even helped me get a better understanding of the insurances that they offer. I definitely would recommend this location to family and friends and I give five stars to the services of the employee Eddy and I would also recommend that you give them employee of the month. This is my 30 day review.

Sunshine made shore that I was aware if the schedule payment date an let me know how much time I actually had to pay it. Also notifying me of the consequences of failure to make a payment. The property manager Pearl was very kind and knowledgeable. She was very patient and made my visit a great one as we all no that moving and storage situations are not always fun. If i had to do it again i would choose a Public Storage location where Pearl is the property manager because she is very customer service driven.

Karen was amazing. She explained everything to me that was confusing me and I felt like I had a friend at Public Storage. When I came to Fla from Richmond to select a storage facility, I met Karen. She was great! Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! Her facility did not have the size or AC unit I needed and she told me about location #25578 and introduced me to that Mgr, Claudia. I havent been here over a year, Ive been using this same storage space for three years now & i came to close it out finally and met Pearl. She is thee best customer service rep i have ever met. The staff at this location was very professional and well informed about the products available. Pearl helped get me the right size storage for my needs and was very friendly. Five stars to public storage and its staff. However the packing supplies need to be at a more competitive rate being that it is located bedside Walmart and another storage facility.

I have never seen better customer service in any other storage facility. Moeina assisted me and made me feel confident in public storage. I love the friendly environment and her ability to take interest in my concerns. I cant fathom ever storing my items elsewhere, especially when I can rely on Moeina and her services to continue to make storage errands such a delight!

The service was excellent. I went in on a Thursday and was greeted by Sunshine who was extremely pleasant even when a very disrespectful customer came in and demanded he be helped immediately in the middle of her assisting myself and my boyfriend. She explained the policy in its entirety and gave us a tour of the property. I definitely recommend renting from this location! Ask for Sunshine!
