Staff is always so nice and very knowledgeable about anything Ive ever gone in there for. They also usually have a great selection of both new and old hard to find games and DVDs :)

Sold some games here. All the employees are great and give awesome advise. This is the 5th time selling gaming items. I have no complaints.

Friendly Customer Service. Awesome guys. They help you with what youre wanting to sale and whatever else youre looking for. My husband sold his Playstation 4 Pro today and my daughter sold her Xbox 360 and her games today to.. They answer your questions and they are up front about the prices. Id recommend you go there first before you go anywhere else. 5/22/21, Today my daughter went to sale 3 of her games for Xbox360 since she has a PS4, anyway, they were practically new games and they gave her $3.60 for $60.00 worth. That was AWFUL!!! Will not be going back....Well just go back to GameStop more often.....They like to cheat people out of money!!!!

Don’t buy from this store unless you want to take your discs elsewhere to get resurfaced.Just bought three games and none of them work. Every disc I’ve bought from here looks terrible and I have to spend extra to get to fixed somewhere else. Don’t waste your time here

Im exuberant about my experience at the North Little Rock Game Exchange location. I used to frequent this particular location when I lived in the area, and the experience was always satisfactory. I now live quite a distance from this store, therefore I do not often get the pleasure of shopping here. Today my husband and I were in need of a very specific Xbox One game, so we called this store to ensure they had it in stock. Scotty answered the call, and informed us that they did indeed have the game in stock. We decided this game was worth the drive, so we began the trek to Game Exchange. I actually called again, and spoke with Scotty once more, to ask if they could hold the game since we were at least 45 minutes away. Scotty was very accommodating, so he kept the game safe for us until we could get there.When we arrived, Scotty and the other staff members greeted us happily. We purchased the game, and enjoyed some friendly conversation, then wanted to browse a bit before heading on our way. We found a few games we will be returning to purchase at a later date.This store is clean and well kept, and most importantly they are practicing the recommended CDC safety protocols concerning Covid-19. Those are just a few of the reasons I would certainly recommend this establishment to my friends, family, and acquaintances.Scotty and his fellow staff members are performing their jobs exceptionally, and theyre very helpful to each customer. I hope that more people will support this business through the pandemic, because this business is very important to the community. Video games are not only entertaining, but they provide a wonderful means of stress relief, and can enrich the mind when used properly. Thank you game Exchange of North Little Rock, and thanks to the staff who show up to perform their jobs with pride.

Very pricey for used products

Great selection, helpful staff, and lots of gems to find among all the inventory. My wife and I visit once a week to browse. If you need anything older than current generation console games, this is the only place you can consistently find what youre looking for. Great place for collectors! If youre looking to trade in games, you can usually get a better trade in value than GameStop. Only complaint is that the checkout process takes a long while at times. Understandably, as they need to find the disks, clean them, then check out, but almost every time they take a long while to find whatever movie/game Im looking to purchase, so perhaps there needs to be a better method of storing those disks.

Only Game Exchange I will visit! They are always extra nice! Always happy to help you find what you need. My wife even loves going here. They help her with what ever she needs. I had an issue with a fake game I had gotten from another game exchange. And they took amazing care of me. And made sure that everything was right with that transaction. Would recommend anyone looking for vintage games to look here first!

The employee didn’t know what a composite cable was (the RCA red white and yellow cables). For a retro game store, seems like they should know what that is. And if that wasn’t enough, he wanted to argue with me about it. I bought what I was looking for regardless. Good thing I knew exactly what I was looking for.

Great store for all your gaming needs. They even have some of the really old game systems and games to go with them. If your a gamer this is the place you need to check out. Prices are pretty great as well.

Staff seems pretty nice.Other than that, this place feels pretty lackluster. There’s a huge emphasis on shirts, TCG’s, records, and comics now. Games feel almost like an after thought.What’s more: their trade-in values are AWFUL. I took a stack of games in and was given about $35 in cash. I know what these are worth and knew that I obviously was not going to get exactly what they were valued at, but I figured they would at least be 30% of what they’re going to sell them at. This was not the case unfortunately, it was closer to 10% or LESS than what they’re going to sell them for. For example, I know Gungrave: Overdose sells for 19.99, as I’ve seen a few priced at that at other stores. I was offered $2 for it. That’s insane and almost GameStop level stingy. In fact, I calculated the stack through GameStops online trade system and would have actually gotten a bit more. I don’t know if I’ll be shopping at these stores any longer due to having so many poor experiences. There are several other stores that handle things much better and those are likely where I’ll be shopping from now on.

Great place to find used games and consoles. My kiddos have Wii and XBox systems and there are scores of used games to choose from. There is a warranty on used games toward exchange or store credit if defective and weve only had one game out of several dozen that was defective. They also sell used game systems (which weve never purchased so I cant speak for the dependability of the systems). In addition to games, there is also a large selection of used Blue Ray and DVDs of television shows and movies - all at pretty good prices. We would recommend this location as a source for your gaming needs.

I still enjoy playing my PS2 and you can trade and buy PS2 games here.

Visited the store for a gift for my grandson. After searching, Minecraft was one of the games I bought. The gentleman at that counter said let me tell you about this game I got a bit nurvouse but he said..down load the stories within two days. The company has stated that they will stop supporting the games and we are pulling them from the shelves He did not have to tell me but he went the extra mile and I will continue to buy all my games from His store.

Just passed thru on roadway, no a viable legit stop here! Looks like a Game Stop in Lakewood Village, 5 stars for having a sign out front and lights on, too!

Friendly associates, solid selection, and nobody is trying to push magazine subscriptions, store programs, disc insurance, etc. Just walk in, find what you want, and buy it. No hard sell for extras you dont want or need.

Super Nice Staff and great selection of Blu Rays. Always come here before going to wal mart or best buy. Although one time I was buying a Blu Ray Movie with a 3D copy and th eguy didnt want to give me the 3D copy till I threw a fit about it lol.

HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL TREATEMENT BY Matt -I have spent a few hundred dollars in the Lakewood Village Shopping Center store. But the behavior and conduct by an employee named Matt this evening was beyond the pale. And I am not convinced why I should continue to give money to this store.I initially bought an X-Box 360 game for Grand Theft Auto V and also 2k Sports Major League Baseball 2K9. I had also bought Red Dead Redemption a week or two before.When suddenly the games started not working, I brought them back. I was told I needed my receipt. When I had received the GTA V, it was a store xchange because I initially bought an XBox One version. A young lady helped me. So when I returned and both games didnt work, not to mention the baseball game was too complicated, I had an employee (young thin man with longish dark hair who had worked with her). He said his assistant would return. When the assistant returned and I explained my quandry he was very snotty and said there was only a 24 hour exchange policy. When I told him the website says 90 days return, he said the receipt didnt mention the GTA V. I explained it was a young girl and she didnt give me a receipt as it was a change. He was abstinent and obstropulous in saying he would NOT help me. When I asked to speak to the manager he told me I could come back at 9 a.m. in the morning. It eas 5:30 p.m. When I asked why he couldnt call he replied, Why should I, shes off work! When I said he was inconveniencing the customer he said, I dont care. I suggested he use my receipt to bring it up and see the change. He replied, Sorry our system doesnt work that way.I was clearly frustrated and tried to say as I left the store initially, Im not trying to.... and before I could finish he smarted off, Well it seems like you are.RUDE! INCONSIDERATE! UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!!!!Why should I as a consumer spend money now with 2 products that were sold to me that dont work and one that is too confusing to work.All I asked was to exchange and instead in a store full of people was insulted and berated. Is this the type of image you want your store to convey to customers? Why should anyone continue to spend their money and revenue to be verbally abused and mistreated because of shotty merchandise that was sold to me in the first place!
