If you think the staff is rude, you’ve got your own issues honestly. The staff is as nice as they come.

The man that runs this store is very knowledgeable on his product. First time we enjoyed ourselves picking out wine for a party. I will definitely come back.

They have a pretty good selection of craft beer and all the associates are really cool

They’re mask reluctant at best. Their close quarters make social distancing difficult and the owners(?)/staff seem to often wear their masks around their chins. They advertise “curbside” because they have no drive thru but emphasize that customers in front of them come first. Drive a little farther to be a lot safer.

These guys are friendly and helpful. They have created a small town independently owned atmosphere in a big city. Nice job guys!

Called today and talked to a older lady to see if they carried a wine I wanted and she was soooo rude I didn’t even get a chance to tell her the name of the wine I just said Nevermind your being rude and she said ok and hung up.

Ive been going there for many years. This is my favorite neighborhood store! They are always very friendly and have a nice selection of wines and just about anything else you need to pick up. And the staff is knowledgeable about things to help with your selections! ♥️5 stars!

I see some negative views and have to wonder what kind of folk youre. They always have my favorite IPA beer and Ive been coming here since I moved to NLR and they have never been anything but nice to me. I guess its because Im low maintenance and dont need to pull a can I speak to the manager Karen card.

One of my favorite places because it is by my mums house. I usually go in and spend a little over a hundred to get wine for my mum and liquor. A bigger wine selection would be great.

Very rude! I asked if they carried a certain type of liquor and the lady told me to go look and see. Older white male mouthed curse words as he looked at me in line today. This isnt my first time feeling like they are racist. Maybe they treat everyone that way from reading the reviews. They wont get my business again. Which sucks because its so convenient.

Shopped here for years, never have I seen a rude person or a dog. One particular gentleman is really knowledgeable about scotch and they happily order in bottles for me. Great location too!

I was sold an old bottle of Bailey’s which I didn’t realize until I had opened it. Upon returning from the weekend I requested a refund, and the women (owner) would not issue a refund. She offered I exchange my $30 bottle for a $7 subsitute, take it or leave it deal, I did not take it. I could not take the $7 subsitute with me in addition to taking my EXPIRED bottle home.Cheap business, cheap attitude, she will not last long if she does not work with people.This place has lost my business for sure.

Loud barking dog is allowed to run throughout the store. Owner would not put up the dog at my request. I will not be returning to this establishment. Jeff Holland (below) may think its appropriate to have untrained animals running wild in a place of business, but you may not. Fair warning.

Great employees..large wine selection. They carry a majority of the regular brands. They have a lot of different beers. Domestic & craft beers avaliable. If they do not carry your favorite spirit, let them know & they will order it. Close to our home, always great service. Would get 5 stars but hours are limited & beer selection doesnt rotate according to populariy or national trend.
